A localização do apartamento é muito boa. Perto de supermercado e varios restaurantes. O apartamento tem toda infra necessária. Só o colchão da cama é que poderia ser melhor, pois dava pra sentir as molas. O hotel nao tem elevador, mas isso não foi problema pra gente. A equipe foi sempre muito atenciosa, prestativa e bastante educada.
A localização do apartamento é muito boa. Perto de supermercado e varios restaurantes. O apartamento tem toda infra necessária. Só o colchão da cama é que poderia ser melhor, pois dava pra sentir as molas. O hotel nao tem elevador, mas isso não foi problema pra gente. Excelente localização e acomodação. Cama confortável, banheiro ótimo, com cozinha o que tornou nossa estadia ainda mais prática. A equipe que nos recebeu foi espetacular, super atenciosos e prestativos. No prédio existe um filtro para água no hall, a disposição para todos os hóspedes. Amamos!!! Com certeza escolheríamos este local novamente.

Duque de Loule is at a fantastic location - within 5-10 minutes’ walk to heritage spots such as cathedrals, central station, and old town streets. Eduardo is supporting guests with sincerity all the time. You need to make your parking lot secured in advance if you are to being yours (or a rentcar).

Very nice and clean appartment very close (walking distance) to all the main things to see in Porto and also the Dom Luiz 1 bridge which you can cross to go to Villa nova de Gaia (Port caves). Bed was very comfortable, kitchenette has everything you need to cook simple things and they also provide with a parking spot in the garage! Just make sure to contact them before your arrival to arrange the parking.

Lovely apartment very centrally located. Well appointed with everything needed for the occasional dinner in. Bakery right next door. Lovely restaurant Rios a few doors down. Ice cream parlour around the corner. Supermarket a block away. Caution that the parking spaces are very small but the owner will guide you in on arrival. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

O contato com Eduardo ocorreu da melhor forma possível. Ele prontamente nos possibilitou guardar nossas trolleys antes do horário do check-in para podermos passear por Porto. O apartamento estava limpo, organizado e super cheiroso. Que lugar bonito e de bom gosto! Desde a entrada do prédio, até o último canto da casa de banho. Havia até uma pequena varanda com mesinha e cadeiras, onde se podia ver um céu lindíssimo de pôr do sol. Ambiente aconchegante, sofá-cama confortável. Televisão a funcionar (ótimo, pois pudemos acompanhar jogos do mundial), ótima internet também. Bom aquecimento dos espaços. A garrafa de água na mesa foi um toque especial da recepção. Sugestão: Na cozinha, disponibilizar a quantidade de itens conforme a quantidade de hóspedes: haviam apenas 3 cálices de vinho disponíveis, numa reserva para 4 pessoas (um de nós bebeu vinho num pequeno copo de água, hehe). Sugiro também um pano para secar a pia (utilizamos a cozinha para preparar uma refeição e tivemos de secar a bancada com papel higiênico).

We had a great stay! Location was excellent, apartment was spacious and comfortable. Host was professional and responsive. If you are a light sleeper, bring some earplugs as it can get noisy at night from the street, stairs and upper level. Overall 9/10!

The Duque de Loulé is a gorgeous, 250 year old building, which has been renovated while preserving much of the original buildings architectural accents and charm. The area is very walkable, and close to beautiful views and some of Porto's shopping districts. Our host was communicative, and solicitous of our needs. Depending on which platform you book through, consider leaving contact details in a comment or message to the host, so that they can assist more easily if there is any confusion with the check in process

Pontos positivos: acomodação muito limpa, camas boas, apartamento confortável, cafeteira, utensílios de cozinha, comércio perto e muito perto do centro. Além disso o staff é incrível, carregou nossas malas e prontamente atendiam à todos os nosso pedidos. Pontos negativos: o ar condicionado é apenas na sala e isso nao ficou claro pra mim na hora da reserva, não tem elevador e são muitas escadas (mas eles ajudam a subir e descer as malas), como o prédio é antigo tem muito barulho de passos e as janelas anti ruído não seguram o barulho da rua. A garagem é apertada tem que ser bom de manobra.

Carl was fantastic. Upon arrival at the airport, our arrival at the property and responding to any questions or concerns we had. Our original mattress was extremely hard and he changed out the mattress for a softer one promptly. He messaged us to ask permission to enter the room to do this as we were out. He was very informative about the local area, indicating places to go and things to do We had an issue with the A/C unit in that it leaked water onto the floor when turned off. We mentioned this as we were checking out so I have no doubt that it is by next remedied The Duque de Loulé is a beautiful 250 year old historic building it the heart of Porto. We really feel like we were in Portugal. If you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs as the traffic noise and other tenants may be of concern Overall, a great experience.

We loved this apartment in Porto! It was close to the Sao Bento train station (10 min walk), laundromat (3 minute walk), grocery store (5 min walk) and some great restaurants. Kyle was awesome for communication and always communicated in a timely manner. The apartment itself is really great- awesome kitchen and living room area. We loved the fact that they had a water filtration system on the second floor so we could always fill up our water bottles! We highly recommend!

He was very informative about the local area, indicating places to go and things to do We had an issue with the A/C unit in that it leaked water onto the floor when turned off. We mentioned this as we were checking out so I have no doubt that it is by next remedied The Duque de Loulé is a beautiful 250 year old historic building it the heart of Porto. We really feel like we were in Portugal. If you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs as the traffic noise and other tenants may be of concern Overall, a great experience.

The Duque de Loulé is a gorgeous, 250 year old building, which has been renovated while preserving much of the original buildings architectural accents and charm. The area is very walkable, and close to beautiful views and some of Porto's shopping districts. Our host was communicative, and solicitous of our needs. We loved this apartment in Porto! It was close to the Sao Bento train station (10 min walk), laundromat (3 minute walk), grocery store (5 min walk) and some great restaurants. Kyle was awesome for communication and always communicated in a timely manner. The apartment itself is really great- awesome kitchen and living room area. We loved the fact that they had a water filtration system on the second floor so we could always fill up our water bottles! We highly recommend!

Great location! Walking distance from everything you want to go to. The host was so accommodating! The bed was comfortable, though the pullout sofa was a sofa, not a futon. Loved the addition of the water dispenser downstairs! Definitely recommend this location for your stay in Porto!

Duque de Loule is at a fantastic location - within 5-10 minutes’ walk to heritage spots such as cathedrals, central station, and old town streets. Eduardo is supporting guests with sincerity all the time. You need to make your parking lot secured in advance if you are to being yours (or a rentcar).

Very nice and clean appartment very close (walking distance) to all the main things to see in Porto and also the Dom Luiz 1 bridge which you can cross to go to Villa nova de Gaia (Port caves). Bed was very comfortable, kitchenette has everything you need to cook simple things and they also provide with a parking spot in the garage! Just make sure to contact them before your arrival to arrange the parking.

Lovely apartment very centrally located. Well appointed with everything needed for the occasional dinner in. Bakery right next door. Lovely restaurant Rios a few doors down. Ice cream parlour around the corner. Supermarket a block away. Caution that the parking spaces are very small but the owner will guide you in on arrival. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

The location was great, you can walk to everywhere around in Porto. And they provided you parking spot if you have a car. And place was so clean, last of all, staff was so kind and helpful. I would definitely coming back to this place when I am in Porto again.
