Eurostars Aliados is very well located on A Aliados and committee to Sao Bento Train Station. Beds are comfortable and clean. I had gave 4 stars for the only reason of the elevators are too slow and at rush hours can take up to 5 minutes to get one.

The property location was great. The staff were all very pleasant. The only real downside was the bar area and service. There was absolutely no ambience and even though we were there during the cocktail hour, the bar area was being vacuumed. Service was very slow. We would stay there again, but we would go elsewhere for cocktails.

The hotel staff does not know their parking agreement. They referred us to a specific parking garage where they have a discounted agreement with, when it was time to check out, they give us a hotel card with a signature for the garage to apply the discount. The garage refused to apply the discount as we needed a card from the hotel with a bar code. The garage stated that the hotel only had 25 spaces and that they had run out of spaces. This was not explained to us at check in, we were given the understanding that the special rate was guaranteed. When we claimed the difference at check out, the hotel refused stating that the parking contract was between us and the garage. The Manager, Duarte, claimed there was nothing he could or would do. We will not stay there again because we believe we were mislead intentionally

Comunicação ! Além de um imenso atraso no check in , me colocaram em um quarto diferente do que adquiri ! Por não concordar optei em up grade para a suíte presidencial pagando caro por isto e ao entrar o local não havia sido higienizado. Havia sujeira , faltavam itens como roupões e toalhas além de itens descritos no frigobar . Não limparam o quarto! Na pressa nos colocaram sem qualquer respeito a um cliente contumaz que sou da rede e do próprio hotel . Decepção

on m'avait attribué une chambre sans la terasse, j'ai du demander le changement. La terasse etait vraiment très sale, j ai du demander de la nettoyer et cela n'a pas été fait. Fantastiks läge och rummet jag tilldelades hade fin utsikt över torget. Hotellet är generellt välhållet och prydligt och rummen har hög kvalité på möbler och ytskikt. Tyvärr hade badrummet i mitt rum problem med en oerhörd avloppsdoft som inte kunde åtgärdas under min vistelse. Personalen är trevlig med tyvärr inte särskilt hjälpsam och servicen haltar en hel del både i receptionen, baren och i frukostmatsalen.

Right in the heart of historic Porto this hotel was brilliant. The room was massive, with all sorts of complimentary items that make for a special stay. The room was very clean too. Breakfast was fantastic and they even disinfect the highchair then wrap in clean film; very efficient. The staff were great and we had a complimentary bottle of wine that evening. One of the best hotels we stayed in and think will make it our Porto hotel for future bookings. Shame no parking with the hotel so our advice would be to look on maps for the closest parking sites, of which there are a few.

Balcony room overlooking the square was very nice; Very easy shower to figure out. Front desk staff always attentive and quick with answers. Hotel is in great location for walking everywhere. Parking around the corner is dicey to find the first time and $23/day, but manageable. Breakfast buffet is loaded with lots of stuff for everyone. Subway right outside the door if you need that. Can't nickpick anything.

The hotel feels more like a 4-star than a 5-star, with small room and bathroom sink, bed uncomfortably hard, and it's a bit far from downtown center. The room is clean and front desk staff are friendly, but the price of $320 per night is outrageous. The buffet lunch was one of the worst I had in 25 years touring around the world. Very limited selection of hot breakfast items for 20 euros.

A lovely stay in Porto could have been much different if Paulo from reception had not arranged a room move from the 1st to the 6th floor. The experience from then on was 4/5star! The noise from the road ( both traffic and pedestrians) was intolerable at 1st floor level but unnoticeable once we moved. The entire staff at this hotel are the stars and deserve recognition. Whilst the rooms are pleasant and comfortable and the showers excellent, in many respects this is as it should be for the price paid. The breakfasts are lovely but once again the staff are even better! The hotel does give a complimentary bottle of water each day and a small chocolate sweet which is so unremarkable I’m not sure why they mention it in their questionnaire! As I pointed out to them this is customary in a small B&B in England. On arrival at a similarly priced hotel in Lisbon we received a complimentary bottle of Prosecco and some fruit and there was a complimentary mini fridge refilled daily!!

The hotel is steps from the metro, very convenient to walk around the neighborhood. The hotel is also near many areas of interest so we were able to walk to many of the places. The staff were so kind and welcoming.

La experiencia peor que mal, el personal de recepción totalmente desagradable, llegue el sábado por la tarde- noche lloviendo muchísimo, dado que no hay plazas de aparcamiento en la puerta ni parking en el hotel,mi marido me dejo con el equipaje en el hall del hotel y el carrito de nuestro bebé, en ningún momento me ayudó a nada el personal del hotel, viéndome sola y empapada con maletas y un bebé, tuve que desplazar todo sola hasta el mostrador para hacer el registro de entrada y llevarme todo sola hasta la habitación, ya que de nuevo no me ayudaron ni a llamar el ascensor, una vez acomodada con mi bebé, bajé al bar para que mi niño tomase algo caliente y estuve más de media hora esperando a que alguien me atendiese , después de a ver avisado de mi presencia allí con el bebé, mientras el empleado estaba dentro de la recepción comiendo y hablando , totalmente vergonzoso

We will never stay again in this hotel nor in any Eurostars hotel. They repetitively refused to reimburse us an extra night that was booked by MISTAKE despite making the reservation MONTHS ahead of the trip, and despite notifying them IMMEDIATELY after reserving. We sent multiple emails. They kept throwing us back and forth between Expedia and their management, with a negative answer at every single time. We even tried to reason them personally upon checking in. They could have accepted and sold the night to another client easily, without making a fuss and without losing a frequent traveler customer! They didn't even make up for it during our stay, not even an upgrade. Everything is documented by emails. Several persons managing this hotel, including the front office director, operations manager and regional director should resign or be fired. What a shame ! Congratulations Eurostars: you made a little extra money by tricking / benefiting from a simple unintended mistake of your client who clicked an extra day while reserving.

Property was located very well. There is a metro station right in front of the hotel. You can be at heart of downtown in 5 min. Very nice shopping and restaurants are about 5 mins walk away. Staffs were very nice and kind. Room was very clean and no complaints.

I loved the rooms and cleanliness. I didn’t like the idea when most of the places includes breakfast but this place we had to pay separately. Even then hotel charges 10$ extra for making omlet after paying $37 for each breakfast.

The hotel is very nice, but it should not be categorized as a 5 star hotel. Aside from the great location, there isn’t much about the hotel that feels like you’re getting a 5-star experience. The staff was friendly at check in, but don’t acknowledge you anytime afterwards. The breakfast is completely self serve with very minimal service from any one. We didn’t have the breakfast included in our stay, so for 20€ per person, I’d expect a bit more than self serve coffee machines and minimal food options. If you’re looking to stay in a great area, this hotel has that. But if you’re fully expecting a 5 star experience, I’d suggest looking elsewhere.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, en una avenida muy bonita y se puede caminar fácilmente al centro y otras partes de interés de la ciudad. En nuestra experiencia, destacó Lucas en recepción que fue muy amable con el equipaje, enseñándonos todo acerca del hotel y dándonos recomendaciones. El desayuno está bien a secas, podría tener un poco más de variedad.
