The rooms very small and uncomfortable. Loud noises from AC unit, removed the key from Energy saving unit but the noise did stop, I couldn’t sleep at all even though I had early flight. It was terrible not to be able to sleep especially when you 15 hours direct flight. I wouldn’t recommend or stay in this hotel

I received excellent service from Bilal, Yakup, Reshat, Yhlas and Irfan. The hotel room was great. The breakfast was very tasty, served according to the choice of my wife and me. There was so much food that we could eat only a quarter of it. I stayed in many free breakfast hotels, this was definitely the best. The hotel is as small taxi or public bus ride away from the airport. There is a bus stop next to the hotel that goes to a tram line going to the city centre. İstanbul is a great city to visit. It is historic, great food, friendly people, easy to go around and safe. The hotel was just the same.

The Hotel was "disgusting" and rating this as a 4-star hotel is a "complete Joke " The photos on your site are completely misleading On entering the hotel it smells musty, the lift is tiny very old, and rickety, and the carpets are stained. The room was old and musty, the lights did not work in the room, the shower had mold all around and general cleanliness was really poor. After looking at the (rooms x 2) myself and colleague returned to the reception desk and refused to stay at the hotel, this was 2100 hours and we now needed to find another hotel . We ask the reception to call us a taxi which would cost around 200tl to the next genuine 4-star hotel he even then wanted to charge us 25 euros for a shuttle bus . We paid £188.00 for a 1-night stay at this hotel for 2 rooms. When leaving we asked the receptionist for a full refund as we did not stay at this hotel he replied I am not the manager he is not here you need to speak to Expedia. We expect a complete refund for this completely misleading experience.

Food was good, people was great but there was a taxi who they recommend who take you mostly for shopping in his friends stores also is extremely expensive, that’s was the bad impression.
