The hotel itself was adequate, but the “restaurant” charging in euros at Western European prices, and the offered airport shuttle service at three times the metered taxi rate, amounted to price-gouging abuse. The place should be shut.

I missed a connecting flight and decided to stay in Istanbul. Since it was same-day reservation I searched for a hotel in 10-20 min away by taxi. Photos of Airport express were good and total non refundable double room was $47. So I took it. The taxi was $9 to get in hotel. Hotel is under construction, but room and facilities were acceptable. Staff was however above "acceptable". Whatever I asked was arranged for little pay compared to the USA. I hired car with a driver for 3 hours and 110 euro and manage to see enough just for one day to stay. There is great restaurant Durumcu Musa Usta 12 min walking distance (not expensive). There is 18 min away Metro station Tasoluk. Hampton Inn even closer in same area if you prefer hotel chains.

A very good stay, especially for the price. A 15 minute ride to the airport for an early morning flight. Service was good and transfer to the airport was well organised, but quite expensive.

The elevator wasn’t working when we arrived. The air conditioner was broken. It took them at least 3 to 4 hours to fix the AC in our room from the time we checked in. The room was extremely hot.

I gave the taxi driver the address of the hotel, and he could not find it on his GPS. He drove us to the city and asked for direction. That is how hard to find this hotel. On our way back to the airport, another taxi driver charged us 100 lira more. He said that is for the hotel because they called the taxi for us. I don't know if this is a deal between the taxi driver and the hotel, or this is a scam. But be aware!

This property is located in 11 km. from the airport. It is a big plus for transfer passengers. But it is an old hotel with sloppy design. In my room an air-conditioning was not working, and a litter container was not emptied. I paid 100$ for one night. This price includes a breakfast - that is nice, even very nice. But I paid 55$ for 2 ways transportation, which is too expensive.

Stay was fine for quick stop. The room was dirty (found nuts and other junk on the floor). Biggest issue was the taxi transportation scam. Hotel reception offered shuttle, and “warned” us of taxi scams. But we decided to take the taxi. However, when we got in the taxi - we could see the taxi driver was calling Mr Kerin from the hotel personally and of course we got overcharged. It was clear after the fact that the hotel man works with some of the taxi drivers for a kick back. The taxi was 200 Lire more than it should have been, and driver had started the meter for quite a while before we got into the car (we entered the car and the meter was already at 162.5 TL, should have been 42-62). The hotel should check to see if there is funny business between the guy at reception and the taxi drivers. He pretends to be helpful - it he is actually scamming you.

From the photos the lobby area looked like different rooms. Unpon arrival you find it’s one big open plan area with the reception. The room size for what we booked was okay, but the bed sheets were ripped (not ripped through but had abrasions to the outside of the sheets. The bathroom was very poor the toilet seat was loose, marked on the outside and the seat had not been fully cleaned as it has urine residue still on it. The AC is controlled by the front desk which is very bizzar. And the mini fridge is a glass panel with no way to turn off the light so we covered it with a towel.

Room was not the best in terms of cleanliness, air conditioning was not working despite calling multiple times to ask for it to be turned on. Some of the staff we actually nice and easy to talk to hence the 1 star.

This hotel located by front of very busy street, lobby of hotel and also rooms very noisy. Reception of hotel and staff very unprofessional and no experience. I asked them to adjust the Air conditioning room temperature They said all rooms stay at the same temperature which was very cold, and they couldn’t do anything. I got cold that night and I’m still coughing. and also TV remote does not work, They could not fix it.

To be honest we were not happy with our stay. When we first got into the room the heating was on 26 and very hot. We had to call 3 times to get someone to turn on the AC. Apparently the only solution was to completely turn off the system. The windows were stuck and would not open, The bathroom was still in renovations with parts looking very gross, the faucet is old and stained. And the bed was very hard. Also your hotel is rated 4 stars on Expedia and I would give it a much lesser rating.

Sehr klein habe was draufgezahlt damit wenigstens eins mit Fenster und Balkon bekomme. Toilettendeckel fällt von alleine. Klimaanlage kann man nicht manuell einstellen, dafür das ich für den Balkon bezahlt habe erwarte ich wenigstens ein Stuhl und ein Tisch was leider nicht vorhanden war und ich auf anfrage zumindestens ein Stuhl bekommen habe leider ohne ein Tisch

The price was excellent, and front desk staff were very helpful. The room was fine overall, but did not look like to photo of the triple room in the Hotels.com posting. There were no chairs and no desk, and I selected that room so I would have them for a zoom meeting. I had to get a chair from another room to make that work. There was a fair amount of road noise, because the window didn’t close fully. Also the temperature was very high upon arrival, as it was set to heat to 27degrees Celsius/ 81 degrees Fahrenheit. They said it was centrally controlled so we could t Charlotte g it just in our room. They adjusted it for the whole hotel to 22 C.

I needed a layover in Istanbul, so my criteria were to spend the least time and least money to have an adequate night's sleep between flights. I didn't love any of the options. This hotel did its job fine. The decor is a lot of black and gray, in a business tech way. The front desk staff was professional. It''s on a busy street, so we heard road noise.

I picked this hotel because it was extremely close to the airport. Quiet comfort and it was perfect. The staff are impeccably professional and courteous. The room was very clean and the bed super comfortable. Thank you so much!

Enjoyed the communication from the front desk and the first time trying Turkish coffee. Also went above and beyond to set me up with transportation to and from the airport on short notice. Very nice and comfortable bed

Nice friendly staff, clean room and comfortable bed. Misleading information on Expedia when I selected this hotel. The restaurant was closed the night I stayed and I didn’t want to go out at night alone so I went hungry. There is no buffet for breakfast. I was served mostly food I could not eat and so it all went to waste.

The hotel itself was adequate, but the “restaurant” charging in euros at Western European prices, and the offered airport shuttle service at three times the metered taxi rate, amounted to price-gouging abuse. The place should be shut.

Hotel is close to the airport. Rooms are spacious but the bathrooms are tiny & dark. Don’t like the fact that the AC/heat unit is controlled by the front desk & you have to call them every time to turn up/down the temperature or fan speed. Breakfast is a set meal that you don’t get to choose from a menu or anything. It was OK though. Wished we could’ve had the option to choose what we wanted to eat though.

Hi I pay 31 £ for 1 night the room was clean and hotel wasn’t far from airport But I choice on Expedia hotel including free breakfast but on reception they take 10 euros For breakfast and they said breakfast is not free

Bastante sucio, el suelonestaba lleno de pelos. No tienen restaurante como dicen, piden a domicilio cuando pides... y llega todo frio. No merece la pena ni para pasar una noche, no repetire.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is very clean and tidy. Check in was quick and easy. Room and bed were comfortable. Breakfast was really good and plentiful. Reasonable hotels are about 20-30 minutes from IST and this hotel is worth a try if just doing a transit. Nearby supermarket was good to pick up some food.

Great lighting in the room, delightful staff, very nice breakfast, excellent shower. This is a perfect place to stay for a quick overnight stay near the airport.

The rooms very small and uncomfortable. Loud noises from AC unit, removed the key from Energy saving unit but the noise did stop, I couldn’t sleep at all even though I had early flight. It was terrible not to be able to sleep especially when you 15 hours direct flight. I wouldn’t recommend or stay in this hotel

I received excellent service from Bilal, Yakup, Reshat, Yhlas and Irfan. The hotel room was great. The breakfast was very tasty, served according to the choice of my wife and me. There was so much food that we could eat only a quarter of it. I stayed in many free breakfast hotels, this was definitely the best. The hotel is as small taxi or public bus ride away from the airport. There is a bus stop next to the hotel that goes to a tram line going to the city centre. İstanbul is a great city to visit. It is historic, great food, friendly people, easy to go around and safe. The hotel was just the same.

The Hotel was "disgusting" and rating this as a 4-star hotel is a "complete Joke " The photos on your site are completely misleading On entering the hotel it smells musty, the lift is tiny very old, and rickety, and the carpets are stained. The room was old and musty, the lights did not work in the room, the shower had mold all around and general cleanliness was really poor. After looking at the (rooms x 2) myself and colleague returned to the reception desk and refused to stay at the hotel, this was 2100 hours and we now needed to find another hotel . We ask the reception to call us a taxi which would cost around 200tl to the next genuine 4-star hotel he even then wanted to charge us 25 euros for a shuttle bus . We paid £188.00 for a 1-night stay at this hotel for 2 rooms. When leaving we asked the receptionist for a full refund as we did not stay at this hotel he replied I am not the manager he is not here you need to speak to Expedia. We expect a complete refund for this completely misleading experience.
