Good room. Comfortable. Still fairly new feel, but they could keep up better on maintenance issues. Shower door wouldn’t shut properly. High-tech TV in room but we couldn’t connect to it. Front desk wouldn’t answer my call from the room. Went down in person and was given a number to call. They couldn’t fix it and said they’d call back in five minutes. Then called back over an hour later after we were in bed.

Excellent service and relatively new, clean rooms. We've stayed here many times and have always been pleased with the quality for the $ spent.

Love this hotel. Our favorite stop when traveling between Knoxville and Washington DC.

The facility would have been okay but the toilet in one room would not flush. When we tried to call the front desk, we got no answer. We tried a cellphone call to the hotel number. No answer after 15 rings. I went down to the desk and was given something I could try myself to fix it. It did not. I took the lid off the tank and we flushed it by hand.
