Excellent rapport qualité prix. En revanche il manquait du savon dans la douche (distributeur vide). Peu de moyens de transport à proximité. Le contact donné pour un taxi n'était jamais disponible.

Unstaffed...check in involved a phone call to retrieve key from safe box outside. Had certainly seen a lot better days, could have done with a lot of updating. Attached pub was not welcoming or helpful. Only good thing was off-street, underground parking which was available as there were very few guests.....which is understandable! NO breakfast available, but there is a nice little bakery/cafe just up the road that does offer a few alternatives . The location itself is out of town, and confusing as road name I input to sat nav was in centre of Stuttgart. There was absolutely NOTHING in this place, so if you wanted an evening meal you would have to travel back into the city.

Simple, clean and affordable room, just what I needed. The person running the bar was very friendly and helped me check in. They also explained what was nearby, which was really useful.

Das Hotel an sich, ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. TV hat nicht funktioniert und die Kommunikation zwischen Service und mir hat nicht funktioniert! Ich habe das Hotel mit täglicher Zimmerreinigung gebucht, jedoch gab es für mein Zimmer nur ein Schlüssel, sodass ich jeden Morgen, den Schlüssel hätte abgeben müssen. Dies wurde mir jedoch erst am vorletztem Tag mitgeteilt. Des weiteren wurde mir gesagt, dass wenn ich neue Handtücher etc haben möchte, meine gebrauchten einfach vor die Tür legen soll. Ich tat dies, jedoch wurden acht Stunden später, diese nicht gewechselt bzw erneuert, sodass ich meine dreckige Wäsche selber runter tragen musste!
