On the paper it could be nice but the reality is an other thing Rooms in a bad condition A lot of noise outside

We were there for three nights, it was very nice, good location, great for a rest and near mirador Nervion for a good walk. Good food nearby. Markets available close to hotel.

definitely not a 4 stars hotel.no enought people working at same time.i been waiting 15 min to do the check in at 9 pm.beside that staff was rwally helpfull and nice. No usb outlets to charge cellphone and no hair conditioner.

Hôtel pas à la hauteur d'un 4 étoiles. Très belle bâtisse mais chambre froide à notre arrivée, chauffage d'appoint non adapté au standing et à la taille de la pièce et quelques finitions à revoir. Manque de traduction en français étant proche de la frontière.
