LEGOLAND Beach Retreat

Le personnel est le gros + de cet hôtel. Ils sont très gentils et courtois. La piscine pour les enfants est super aussi et il y a beaucoup de sauveteurs. Par contre, Le prix ne vaut pas l'endroit. Ce sont de vieux bungalows et il a fait froid lorsque nous y étions et il n'y a pas de chauffage. La climatisation est difficile a régler et nous a rendu malades. A savoir il n'y a pas de réception, première fois que je n'en vois pas pour le check-in, cela se fait comme a une aire d'autoroute. Enfin, si vous voulez essayer une seule nuit suffit! Nous étions avant au Hilton sur la meme rue et avons voulu essayer le Beach Retreat mais le premier était vraiment mieux.

Only one vending machine and sold out of water. Pool closed for too long. Parking not great. But overall good time. We went to the other hotel for activities.

Fue una bonita experiencia. Queda de 8 a 10 min a pie del parque pero igual tienen servicio de bus gratis. Los trabajadores muy atentos sobre todo los del restaurant.

The very first thing that happened when we arrived on the property was that the person at the front desk that gave us our room keys and directions to the room she gave us the wrong directions to the room not once, but twice. She even gave us a map that sent us 100% in the wrong direction in fact it was on the other side of the property. Therefore, we unloaded the vehicle the first time and dragged all our stuff to the room that she directed us to and it was the wrong room wrong key wrong everything. We then had to pack all her stuff back into the car drive back up to the front gate where the checking area is and get a new direction with a new key. We then went to the second location and unload it all of our stuff out of the car driving to the room and that one didn't work either. At this point you would think that somebody would have made us considered apology or done some kind of a compensation for us but she did not. She finally gave us the right key with the right room number and we once again had to unpack our stuff and bring it to the room. Don't waste your time with this place. Ànd half the people don't even speak English. If I could give it no stars I would.

We had a short 2 day stay! But we will definitely be back! The rooms were adorable, staff was very kind and helpful. They all want to make sure your children have the best time and that is obvious!! The breakfast in the mornings is fantastic!! They have everything, so even picky eaters like my daughter had a belly full! The pool was shut down during our stay but, the staff made sure we could still have fun! They provided after hour shuttle for guests to go to the big hotel and use their pool and while we were there we played putt putt and ate at the Shipwreck restaurant and swam at the hotels awesome pool that also has a slide! We will be back again!!
