OYO Hotel Bald Knob near Searcy AR

I arrived at 9 pm, but there was no one there. The doors were closed, and the place looked abandoned.

There was no hotel

The motel was CLOSED due to renovations!! NO ONE advised me. Had to make last minute arrangements that cost me much more money. It has apparently been closed for months. Lousy

I drove 14 hours today. Find closest hotel to me and book online. I get to hotel and it’s closed. No one at office. I call all numbers. I talk to chat agent. Ask for pics and no one believes me!!! I’ve been a Travelocity member for 10 plus years!!!! Book 3 to 4 times monthly! Over the poor handling of a $49 booking you lost me as a member! I’ve uninstalled the app. Next time train your agents to look at member history!!! Never 1 time on all these years a single complaint. They should be easy to see!!! Do better and believe your members!!!!!!

Could not find any staff to check in. The phone number sent you everywhere but to the front desk.
