If you pick the correct parking garage, the hotel elevator accesses the parking area. The correct parking garage was not provided until AFTER checkin so had to move car to correct garage.

Zimmer war wie beschrieben. Sauber, ruhig, angenehme Betten. Man kommt per Fahrstuhl direkt aus dem DB-Parkhaus ins Hotel. mk ist an der Einfahrt zum Parkhaus (sehr klein) angeschrieben.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral in der Innenstadt, direkt gegenüber vom Hauptbahnhof. Für Gäste, die mit dem Auto anreisen, steht eine Tiefgarage mit einigen Stellplätzen zur Verfügung, was sehr praktisch ist. In den Nebengebäuden befindet sich ein Einkaufszentrum mit Restaurants und Lebensmittelläden, was für zusätzlichen Komfort sorgt. Allerdings sollte man auf die Öffnungszeiten der Läden achten. Die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt, und die Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel ist hervorragend – praktisch direkt vor der Lobby.Zimmer: Unser Zimmer war modern eingerichtet und sauber. Das Bett war äußerst groß und bequem, allerdings war auf einer der bevorzugten Schlafseiten eine leichte Vertiefung spürbar. Obwohl wir keinen besonderen Ausblick hatten, ließen sich die Fenster vollständig öffnen, was notwendig war, da die Klimaanlage das Zimmer stark heruntergekühlt hatte, während die Außentemperaturen um die 30 Grad lagen. Das Badezimmer war von angemessener Größe, die begehbare Dusche mit Handbrause und Regendusche war sehr angenehm. Zum Personal kann ich nicht viel sagen, da der Kontakt eher kurz war. Es gab keinen Zimmerservice für die zwei Übernachtungen. Frühstück habe ich nicht in Anspruch genommen, da der Preis von 18 Euro für ein paar Brötchen meiner Meinung nach zu hoch ist. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war für die zentrale Lage und die gebotenen Annehmlichkeiten etwas zu hoch. Ich kann jedoch diesen Hotel gut weiterempfehlen.

Wir haben in diesem modernen, komfortablen Hotel am Bahnhof eine Nacht verbracht, um die Passauer Altstadt zu besichtigen. Ein optimaler Ausgangspunkt, um zu Fuß alle Attraktionen dieser schönen Stadt zu erkunden. Freundlicher Checkin, ein sehr schönes und modernes Zimmer mit guten Betten und ein außergewöhnlich gutes Frühstücksbuffet sind zu erwähnen. Leider ist kein Balkon vorhanden, was aber in Stadthotels ohnehin seltener der Fall ist. Parken kann man in dem angrenzenden öffentlichen Parkhaus für 10 € die Nacht - hier die Einfahrt zu P0 nehmen und nach links in den hinteren Bereich fahren - dort gibt es einen direkten Zugang zum Hotel. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlendes Hotel für eine Städtetour.

Tolle Lage direkt am Bahnhof, sehr gutes Frühstück und klimatisierte Zimmer. Fahrrad ist gut untergebracht, Check in und -out super schnell.

Very nice hotel with excellent service. Good location. Comfortable bed. Shower floor was dirty. Euro 18.50/person for breakfast was over priced. We bought breakfast groceries for two people at the supermarket 25 metres away for Euro 6.50.

Ganz wunderbar. Tolle Lage, super Personal. Die Zimmerreinigung muss vorbestellt werden und klappt trotz Vorbestellung “nur” meistens. Wegen der Notwendigkeit der Vorbestellung und der manchmal nicht durchgeführten Zimmerreinigung gibt es entsprechende Abzüge bei meiner Bewertung. Für Deutschland ist das Hotel wirklich gut. Mit internationalem Standard kann und muss es natürlich nicht mithalten. Auch die Rechnungsstellung gestaltet sich schwierig. Das Rechnungsportal des Hotels kann keine Rechnungen für Firmen im Ausland erstellen. Nach Eingabe einer ausländischen Firmenadresse wird einfach eine “Rechnung” mit dem Namen des Gastes erstellt. Mehr ist nicht drin und der Eingabeprozess ist auch nicht wiederholbar. Das ist sehr ärgerlich.

Passt im Großen und Ganzen. Negativ: Insgesamt sehr unpersönlich, Matratzen unbequem, Zimmer nicht ordentlich gereinigt. Positiv: direkt beim Bahnhof, auch zentral zur Altstadt, gute Parkmöglichkeit, Zimmer sind in ordentlichem Zustand, guter Lärmschutz ( Fenster)

The desk clerk was quite snippy and unfriendly when we checked in. She rushed us, but did not have other guests waiting! We had questions, but she obviously did not want to help. Room was nice, but too dark which made it difficult to see. Needed more pillows! King size bed with only 2 small wimpy pillows?! Modern and clean,

It’s complicated! The hotel is quite new and is actually pretty good. Located conveniently to the train station, staff helpful and the rooms are spacious, modern and quite nice. There is no safe or fridge in the room. Now the issue is that our stay was during warm weather, the hotel really warmed up and there was no air conditioning. Apparently it is controlled by head office and the hotel has no discretion to turn it on or off. It was apparently due to be switched on the following week. Most of our tour group struggled to sleep in the heat. Pretty poor service element.

Stayed here for one night and had a decent time. The A/C didn't get the room as cold as I would prefer but the room was otherwise comfortable. There was a great breakfast buffet with a lot of selection. The location is literally steps from the train station and rest of Old Town is easily reached by foot. Would definitely consider staying again next time I'm in Passau, though maybe not in the summer.

Our room was very hot. We told the front desk and they said they would check. When we came back an hour later, the AC still was not working. We finally asked for another room which they did give us. But we had to ask, they did not offer.

Liked: room design, location, friendly young staff, breakfast brunch, cleanliness Did not like: cigarette smoke smell in the hallway, I was on the 1st floor. I would stay there again

Very convenient to transportation and embarking on the river boat cruise.Walkable to the old part of Passau and convient to all shopping.The hotel was clean and the staff were very helpful .

The Mk hotel overall was a nice stay. The young man in reception was totally unengaged in his job and not helpful. At one point I asked for some ice to place on an injury and he told me to go next door to the grocery store for ice. I went to the grocery store and they didn’t have ice. I went back to the reception desk and reported no ice. He then directed me to a tourism location across the street. I asked if I could just get some from the kitchen and he very reluctantly got up and went to kitchen to get me a small bag of ice. If he doesn’t want to work with tourists he should find another job

Staff were very friendly and gave early check in. This was very welcome after a long day of delays and travel.

When we arrived given room someone else occupied. Given another room. Door did not close properly.

Check in was fine and the rep at the desk was friendly. The next day was not the same. The rep was rude and totally unhelpful. She treated us like we were a burden, and couldn’t be bothered to make more than one call to get a cab. She said “there are no cabs, sorry” and handed me a phone number and told me “good luck”. I went outside and spoke to a cab driver and got a ride in 5 min.

Das Hotel ist telefonisch nicht mehr zu erreichen. Stattdessen wird man an eine absurde KI weitergeleitet. Ein Check-In war über den zugesandten Link nicht möglich. Nachfragen kann die KI nicht beantworten. Sie gibt erst einen falschen Buchstabencode und dann die Empfehlung, man solle sich doch bitte ans Personal wenden. Aber wie?? Zwei Mails wurde nicht beantwortet, der digitale Room-Key funktionierte auch nicht. So kann man Personal sparen und Kunden vergraulen. Bin dann trotzdem irgendwie ins Zimmer gekommen.

We loved staying at MK Hotel in Passau. It was very close to the train station but very quiet. And it had all the modern luxuries you needed for easy traveling. I would definitely stay there again! The people were very nice and accommodating too!
