We enjoyed our stay at your hotel. The staff was friendly , helpful and professional. We especially enjoyed the indoor pool and exercise room. The breakfast buffet wes excellent! We also enjoyed the Vista Alegre ceramics on display and neighboring museum.

Accueil pas digne d’un 5* .cet hôtel devrait être 4* pas plus!!!! Accueil impersonnel vous devez vous débrouiller avec vos valise depuis la voiture puis pour trouver votre chambre car personne ne vous accompagne . Ensuite trop de famille avec enfant qui occupent bruyamment une piscine trop petite pour le nombre de client . Service minimum à la piscine digne d’un hôtel ibis …A éviter

Hotel incrível, tem uma parte moderna e a parte antiga, que eram as antigas moradias dos operários da fábrica vista alegre. Tem Um palácio dentro do hotel que vale a visita. O museu da vista alegre tb é muito interessante e as compras na loja também. Imperdível pra quem gosta das loucas vista alegre.

Hotel incrível, tem uma parte moderna e a parte antiga, que eram as antigas moradias dos operários da fábrica vista alegre. Tem Um palácio dentro do hotel que vale a visita. O museu da vista alegre tb é muito interessante e as compras na loja também. Imperdível pra quem gosta das loucas vista alegre.

Un superbe hôtel tres design, chambre tres spacieuse avec grand balcon et superbe vue sur le canal. Tres tranquille, piscine et spa a disposition, visite offerte de la fabrique de céramique, diner tres bien servi par un personnel attentionné. Le seul reproche viendrait de ce design tres prononcé qui enlève de l'âme notamment a la salle du dîner.

Um hotel 5 estrelas onde o atendimento, com exceção do incrível e prestativo Lionel, foi tenebroso. Profissionais mal educados e sem vontade de atender. Um hotel com mais de 500 quartos e preço para qualquer tipo de serviço. Nos quartos não tinham taças disponíveis e para levar ao quarto seriam cobrados 8 euros. Para que vinhos fossem abertos devia se levar os mesmos até o bar para abrir pois não emprestavam abridor de garrafa (pasmem, estamos em Portugal). Para os serviços de piscina se exigiam toucas obrigatórias onde o custo era de 5 euros - Mas porque diabos é obrigatório usar touca na piscina? Restaurante do hotel limitadíssimo no que tange as opções e menu. Café da manhã e conforto do quarto excelentes apesar da pessima disponibilidade de luz no quarto.

Dois pontos negativos. O hotel está passando por uma reforma, o que o está deixando meio bagunçado. Porém após essa reforma sem dúvida estará em excelentes condições. O café da manhã poderia ter opções a la carte também.

Very spacious bedrooms, extremely comfortable beds & finally a Hotel which provides good pillows of different sizes. Breakfast was a buffet breakfast including fresh, cut fruit, plain & flavoured yoghurts, pastries, cooked options (thankfully with real eggs used for their scrambled eggs & not a powder base mix), bacon, beans, mushrooms, sausage, different breads & rolls, pancakes & crepes, fresh fruit juices…..this was a real treat. The gym is also a large room compared to the norm. The pools are both indoor and outdoor options & yes, they are large. Sauna & steam rooms are poolside inside as is a jacuzzi. Plenty of parking is available on site. Vista Alegre is world renowned and is worth taking the very few steps to visit their shop & their museum, especially off-season when the weather may not be perfect

Hotel incrível, muito bom. Limpo, café da manhã sensacional. Apenas o chuveiro não estava tão bom em razão da falta de pressão na água. Há diversas opções de lazer no próprio hotel, como visitação ao museu, igreja e loja da Vista Alegre. Para quem vai a Aveiro e está de carro é uma excelente opção.

This is a fabulous 5 star hotel. The room was very spacious, with every amenity we could wish for. Amazing and extensive breakfast buffet with freshly prepared and constantly replenished selections to suit any palate. They even had the makings for mimosas. We also had an excellent dinner in the restaurant one evening. Food was impeccably prepared and inventive- gourmet twists on local cuisine. This was our favorite of 7 hotels we stayed in during our recent Portugal road trip.

We enjoyed our stay at your hotel. The staff was friendly , helpful and professional. We especially enjoyed the indoor pool and exercise room. The breakfast buffet wes excellent! We also enjoyed the Vista Alegre ceramics on display and neighboring museum.

Accueil pas digne d’un 5* .cet hôtel devrait être 4* pas plus!!!! Accueil impersonnel vous devez vous débrouiller avec vos valise depuis la voiture puis pour trouver votre chambre car personne ne vous accompagne . My husband has stayed here previously on business and thought it would be a place I would enjoy. It was, however our stay was marred by the very poor service. This was due to a lack of trained staff . It was August , the hotel was busy and there were just not enough staff who knew what they were doing to give a level of service you should be able to expect in a 5 star hotel. The facilities were good, breakfast was also good and the food offer was good when you finally got it. I’m sure if you visit at less busy times of the year you will enjoy your stay. It was a disappointing end to our holiday

Hotel incrível, muito bom. Limpo, café da manhã sensacional. Apenas o chuveiro não estava tão bom em razão da falta de pressão na água. Há diversas opções de lazer no próprio hotel, como visitação ao museu, igreja e loja da Vista Alegre. Para quem vai a Aveiro e está de carro é uma excelente opção.

This is a fabulous 5 star hotel. The room was very spacious, with every amenity we could wish for. Amazing and extensive breakfast buffet with freshly prepared and constantly replenished selections to suit any palate. They even had the makings for mimosas. We also had an excellent dinner in the restaurant one evening. Food was impeccably prepared and inventive- gourmet twists on local cuisine. This was our favorite of 7 hotels we stayed in during our recent Portugal road trip.

Even taking into consideration cultural differences, they are ambivalent at best, dismissive and grumpy at worst. The front desk are particularly unhelpful with a few exceptions of individuals. We found the hotel director the only person that was any help and her two assistants. They have a ‘kids club’ which has absolutely zero in it, literally nothing, not even colouring which we had to ask for. The infant cot that they provided was completely broken and wouldn’t even have been safe, but we had to point this out to have it replaced. Nobody is able to come up with any practical solutions to facilitate families finding appropriate sleeping arrangements, even though there is plenty of space to do this. The beds are extremely comfortable and the one bed apartment worked well for us, but the customer service was completely woeful.

Hotel avec un beau domaine entretenu. Nous avons regretté l'accueil reçu à la réception non digne d’un hotel 5*. Accueil froid, minimaliste et limite désagréable. Nous remercions le jeune homme qui a pris nos bagages et nous a accompagné très agréablement jusqu'à nos chambres. Nous avons séjourné à 4 adultes sur 2 chambres. Les chambres étaient grandes et confortables sans effet wouahou pour un 5*. Pas d'attention particulière d’accueil hormis une bouteille d’eau. Literie confortable, chambre spacieuse avec un petit extérieur. 2 parking disponibles, un couvert et l'autre non. Petit déjeuner très bien avec de très bons produits. Nous avons dîné au restaurant. Tous les plats étaient très savoureux et service impeccable. Quelques améliorations de prestations à envisager pour être réellement au niveau d’un 5* et surtout améliorer la réception. C’est la carte de visite de l'hôtel et la première impression.
