Having never stayed at a My Place hotel, we were pleasantly surprised with the full-sized fridge/and kitchenette. The room was very comfortable, clean and nicely appointed. The pool and grill area was nice, clean and uncrowded.

When we road-trip we've learned to wait until we get to our destination and see where we end up. For the price point on a mid-week one-night stay, we found a darling little gem that we'll stay at again the next time we're in the area. There's no on-site breakfast but they serve coffee 24/7 and you have a small kitchen with an almost full-size refrigerator which was a nice option as we were unloading from a roadtrip that had us traveling on the I-70 through about 8 states. the rooms are pretty spacious and the A/C unit was pretty quiet. The pool (while oddly shaped) was lovely on a summer evening for a quick swim and very refreshing after a day of travel. For those with small children or adults with mobility issues, they do have a ramp built into the pool to help with access (or just splash around with just a little bit of water). For those with EV's there are complimentary chargers on site, but they do charge slowly. Luckily, we were able to leave our car charging throughout the night for $0 and then took off in the morning with no delays!

Excellent location -- short drive to the adorable town of Moab in one direction, and a short drive to Arches the other. The pool and hot tub were great after a day of hiking. More dining delivery options would be the only thing that could have been improved. I would stay here again. It has a pretty mountain view right in the parking lot!

We had the most enjoyable stay here for two nights. This hotel had everything we needed: sparkling pool, inviting hot tub-both with Mountain views. The washer and dryer onsite was a huge bonus as this was towards the end of our long vacation and everything was covered in Utah red clay. The front desk staff was helpful with anything we needed. The room and bathroom was clean and the kit here was perfect for a longer stay. We were glad this hotel was away from the crowded Moab main st area. Perfect and easy to get around and close to Arches and the scenic 128 highway.

Good aircon and water pressure for hot shower. Ice making freezer in your room. Had a very restful and comfortable 4 nights stay . 3 min drive to the town ctr with lots of food choices and City market (big supermkt).

It was nice all around except that when I got in the showers I saw SEVERAL different hairs..many. Long. Medium. Short and curly. There was also hair in the sink. Unfortunately this is one of my personal huge pet peeves. I do NOT want to see anyone’s hair in a clean bathroom.

Loved the kitchenette in the room and the jacuzzi out on the terrace we had all for ourselves. Phenomenal views. The only thing we would change is the hard overinflated pillows for softer small ones.

I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Very clean, room was roomy and clean, the only draw back was the bathroom was a bit small. Had to close door to get out of shower, not a big deal, but when you have 2 people in a room and 2 people need to be in bathroom at same time this could be a problem. Otherwise I love this location, it was great for our triip. Highly recommend.

The room was clean upon arrival. The only issue I had was that the reservation started that 3 could sleep in the room. Not true. The room had a king bed and a recliner. How can you say that a recliner is a bed. I thought it may have a sofa bed but it didn't.

Property was clean and friendly. Room and bathroom are small, but served their purpose. Walls are very thin and you can hear your neighbors all around, including above you. The kitchenette was nice to keep our own groceries and snacks. Had an issue when we arrived where we were given the keys to someone else’s room and we walked right in on them. They were naturally very upset. The reception person apologized but didn’t seem surprised, which made us wonder how often this happens.

My Place Hotel-Moab was one of the first available when you arrive in Moab from the west, so it very convenient for our trip to Arches National Park the next day. Check-in was fast and easy. The front desk agent gave us a free detailed guide to local restaurants that included menus. The room was very clean. It had a kitchenette with refrigerator and stove; we were able to heat up our dinner leftovers for brunch the next day. The beds were comfortable; there was a choice of pillows with different firmnesses. Highly recommend.

The hotel looks new/remodeled. Very clean and friendly staff. Nice outdoor heated pool and outdoor hot tub. Free parking close to front door. Nice luggage carts. Room desk table was mobile with wheels which was awesome. TV easy to use. Full refrig. and cooktop/microwave. Staff provided dishes for no fee. Even though on website says it will be a fee. Limited items so bring your own special dishes as needed. Beds/pillows very comfortable. Two queen bed room with plenty of space except bathroom way too small. Tub and bathroom countertop with lots of storage space was great but again the bathroom was a small box to get in and out of it. Would for sure stay at MY Place hotel again in the future.

Nice place, very easy to check in. Amazing views, and room was spacious. Only reason I’d knock off a point is it does get a little loud in the morning. Rooms are not very good with noise resistance, so we did get waken by the early birds but were able to rest after the 7am rush.

A nice place to stay. Usually on game. Been here before. This time, way too long to check in. Slower than any for the places I’ve stayed the last four nights. Found toilet running. He handle sticks…each time. Can work around that, no biggie. But then a fight with the wifi getting kicked off etc frankly, just not smooth. But great clean rooms. They said, Slow check in, facility issue, and WiFi concerns. Average.

Everything about this place was amazing and staff was friendly. They were there for all of our needs especially since our AC went out in our room after I called front desk they quickly found us another room. Will be staying here again 🙂

This was our first stay at a My Place Hotel, on a quick overnight trip through Moab on the way to SLC. It's only a few minutes from Arches National Park, and has beautiful views all around. It's also very convenient to many restaurants and stores in Moab. The nightly rate was quite reasonable, and the front desk service was prompt and friendly, with a good recommendation for where to get dinner. Parking was ample and there was a nice outdoor pool. Our rooms were spacious, clean, well equipped and comfortable. I especially liked having a full sized fridge + freezer with an actual ice maker in our rooms, instead of the usual tiny dorm-sized ones. They were great for filling up water bottles before going to the park. I'll definitely look for other My Place Hotels to stay at on our future travels, based on this visit. We were very satisfied.

The hotel is new and the room was spacious and clean. The AC unit ran a little loud and we were on the side of the hotel next to the Main Street. Traffic was pretty loud up until around 12am. It seemed to quiet down after that. I think it would have been much quieter on the other side of the hotel. The full refrigerator would be nice if you were staying here for a couple of days. The front office staff was very nice and accommodating. Parking was convenient. You wouldn’t want to pull a trailer or anything into this parking lot since it is up a pretty steep hill. We didn’t have that issue but just a recommendation. I just wish it would have been a little quieter since we were just staying one night on our way home, but overall the hotel was very nice.

Excellent location -- short drive to the adorable town of Moab in one direction, and a short drive to Arches the other. The pool and hot tub were great after a day of hiking. More dining delivery options would be the only thing that could have been improved. I would stay here again. It has a pretty mountain view right in the parking lot!

We liked that this hotel was on a hill - great view of the area. Room was clean and quiet. We loved having a large fridge since we were staying a few days. Outdoor pool was wonderful after a long day of exploring. Water was fairly warm from the sun but still cool enough to feel refreshing. Our only issue was Expedia stated there’s breakfast for a few, but the front desk stated breakfast isn’t offered. When we were checking out, we noticed they had a “breakfast in bed” option. There are tons of restaurants in the area so not a big deal. Super close to Arches and lots of other activities.

Staff are wonderful, and this is my favorite hotel in Moab (we've stayed in several). The pool is outstanding. The view is second to none. The only downside, and it's really small, is there's no continental breakfast. That's no problem for me personally, I just thought others should know. There are some food items available for purchase, and you're going to one of Moab's restaurants for breakfast anyway (Moab Grille is the best, but don't tell anyone).

Hotel was neat and clean. All basic needs were met. It was nice to have access to a kitchenette with a stove & refrigerator. There were nice touches such as board games available and brewed coffee 24/7. It would be nice to have access to a continental breakfast, but we knew going into our stay this was not available. Hotel staff were friendly & helpful.

Quiet, clean, full kitchens, comfy beds, nice bathrooms. Absolutely everything we could need out of a place at an affordable price. My only request would be some healthier breakfast ordering options. Everything was from a microwave.

This is a great place from Arches National park only 15 minutes. New and had a kitchen area great pool and hot tub. Free coffee no breakfast but snacks to purchase. Proper Brewery in walking distance was amazing for food. The have a laundry area and have change for your large bills for the machines.

When we road-trip we've learned to wait until we get to our destination and see where we end up. For the price point on a mid-week one-night stay, we found a darling little gem that we'll stay at again the next time we're in the area. There's no on-site breakfast but they serve coffee 24/7 and you have a small kitchen with an almost full-size refrigerator which was a nice option as we were unloading from a roadtrip that had us traveling on the I-70 through about 8 states. the rooms are pretty spacious and the A/C unit was pretty quiet. The pool (while oddly shaped) was lovely on a summer evening for a quick swim and very refreshing after a day of travel. For those with small children or adults with mobility issues, they do have a ramp built into the pool to help with access (or just splash around with just a little bit of water). For those with EV's there are complimentary chargers on site, but they do charge slowly. Luckily, we were able to leave our car charging throughout the night for $0 and then took off in the morning with no delays!

My Place is by far my new favorite chain hotel. I can only speak to the one in Moab, but I stayed here for a few nights on two different occasions this past July. It was not the busy season in Moab, and this hotel's rates were exceedingly cheap at the time. It is also located on the north side of town, close to where I needed to be. I also wanted a simple kitchen to do some meal prep as I usually cook my own food to save money on business trips. The hotel felt very modern and perfectly clean. The room had a full fridge, and simple stove top, which was super helpful. The staff was always amazing and friendly. They have self-serve coffee at any time of the day, and it was actually quite good. Took advantage of that one several times! There is a small laundry room guests can use (coin op, but still, when you travel for weeks at a time, essential). Because I camp in a tent most of the time, summer monsoon weather forced me back into town on the tail end of my trip, so I booked last minute at My Place again, and the staff remembered me, and made me feel at home. Now I can't speak to the tourism season rates... I imagine the prices can go up substantially, but off season, I couldn't believe what I got for the money. Best value I've ever experienced. You'd easily pay in the hundreds of dollars more for some major chains that I think are not as good as this place. Anyway, whenever I travel to cities with My Place hotels, they will be the first to consider.
