Mon séjour dans cet hôtel s'est très bien passé tout était propre moderne et la restauration sympa. Le personnel était très accueillant et très sympathique. Dans l'ensemble l'hôtel est bien situé plus proche de benalmadena que torremolinos a 2 pas du port et avec vue sur la mer au top et accès direct à la promenade et la plage. En cette période cad décembre il n'y avait pratiquement que des personnes âgées dans l'hôtel pour info même si ca ne m'a pas du tout dérangé. Les seules bémoles étaient l'accès à la piscine couverte qui se fait par l'extérieur du coup en hiver c'est pas top pratique il fait froid malgré tout et on doit se changer sur place mais il n'y a pas de vestiaires seulement des toilettes. Ensuite l'eau de la piscine n'est pas chauffée et salée pour info mais ca ne m'a pas gêné pour ma part. De plus, le jaccuzi était fermé et cela apparement depuis le covid mais ce n'était pas indiqué sur le site de l'hébergement enfin je ne l'ai pas lu en tous cas.

Välstädat. Stor buffé både frukost som middag samma rätter varje dag. Det fanns alltid Kött, fisk fågel och vegetariskt. Hårda sängar. Mycket vänlig och tillmötesgående personal. Fantastisk läge precis vid havet och strandpromenaden. Stor fin pool. Barnfritt. Handikappvänligt.

Really nice, modern hotel, at the far end of Torremolinos, closer to Benalmádena. Great base for exploring the area. Excellent outdoor pool area and direct access to the beach. Decent buffet breakfast and dinner with plenty of choice and different options each evening. Colour scheme in the lobby area not to everyone’s taste, but bright and airy. Nice indoor pool, gym and spa.

Excellent.. from when we arrived (early) to when we left, the service and facilities were excellent. Room available for early check in, reception staff very helpful, even when we left a rucksack in the taxi! Buffet food for breakfast and dinner fresh and plentiful and meal times were perfect.. Ideal location, miles of promenade to walk and within easy reach of bars and beach. Used the indoor pool, chilly but clean, didn’t use the outdoor pool, very cold but this was early March.. Will definitely visit again, well done to the staff and team, loved our visit. Thank you.

Lovely hotel. Large well equipped bedrooms. Shower very spacious. Room cleaned on a daily basis. Food absolutely outstanding. Plenty of choice and lots of choices for Vegetarians. Live music in the hotel every evening. Hotel foyer large and attractive. Decor very pleasing. Pool area faces the beach but is private and secure. Plenty of sun beds and towels available. Indoor pool and spa which we did not use. Car parking available in front of hotel including 3 spaces for Blue Badge holders.

Fantastic Hotel. right down to the promenade, the beach and the Mediterranean. Nice pool with plenty of sunbeds, even if you arrive late there is the option of getting a sunbed. Super delicious morning and evening buffet. Possibility of a la carte in the evening. Very clean and nice common areas. Friendly and welcoming staff. +18 years to stay at the hotel provides a nice and quiet hotel, both day and night. It's certainly not the last time we've been there. Greetings, a couple in their 60s.

Wunderschön gelegenes Hotel direkt an der Strandpromenade von Torremolinos. TOP ausgestattet, wir hatten ein sehr grosszügiges Zimmer mit zwei Betten, grosses Bad mit Dusche, Fernseher (mit einigen deutschen Sendern) und alles extrem sauber. Das Frühstück/Abendbuffet war abwechslungsreich und garantiert für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei, sehr lecker!! Die äusserst zuvorkommenden Mitarbeiter haben einem jeden Wunsch von den Augen abgelesen und konnten in allen Sprachen Auskunft geben. Aufgefallen ist uns auch, dass die komplette Anlage barrierefrei war und sogar der schöne Pool mit Rollstuhl-Lift ausgestattet. Direkt an das Hotel angrenzend ein schöner Sandstrand mit Liegen und Schirm (gehören nicht zum Hotel). Das Publikum ist altersmässig durchmischt. Torremolinos selber ist ein ruhiger, netter Ort, mit dem Taxi ist man relativ schnell auch in Malaga und am Flughafen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Der Aufenthalt war äusserst erholsam und sehr empfehlenswert, vielen Dank an alle Mitarbeiter des Riu Nautilus!

Veldig bra sandard, restaurangen hadde veldig god og passe variert mat. Hyggelig betjening og god service over hele hotellet. Det er deilig med ingen musikk rundt bassenget, men mange som reserverer solstoler på morgenen for ikke å bruke dem før mye senere. Desverre slår ikke hotellet ned på dette.

My wife and I spent 5 wonderful days at Riu Nautalis in Spain. The Hotel was clean, comfortable and the Buffet had some wonderful food choices. The hotel was near the beach and was within walking distance of shops, reasaurants and bars. We had a wonderful time and will use Riu hotels in the future.

Booked for two nights and stayed for four. We received a great welcome, had a lovely room on the seventh floor and had dinner included. The food was typical of a buffet style hotel restaurant and with plenty of choice. A good hotel to rekax in. We especially applauded the fact that there was no music around the pool area. Easy access to the beach. Very clean throughout with friendly and helpful staff. We'd definitely stay again if we were in the area.

Just returned from a child free break at the RIU Nautilus. We arrived at 1230, greeted with a glass of Champagne and our room was ready! Had a brilliant top floor sea view room which was really big and extremely clean. Fridge in the room to use, wifi was brilliant, even available round the pool. Food was fantastic, plenty of choice both at breakfast and dinner. Cannot fault the service. Location was perfect, right on the seafront with lots of bars, supermarkets on the doorstep. Will definitely return again if we have the opportunity.

Overall very very satisfied wuth this hotel staff friendly and very helpful, very cleaned every where. The room is huge and cleaned daily, the only downside is no coffee maker in the room.

Dit is echt een top-hotel! De kamers zijn ruim, ik had een balkon en zicht op het zwembad en de zee. Raquel in receptie spreekt perfect Nederlands, op een charmante manier geeft ze je het gevoel welkom te zijn. Ze herinnerde mijn naam ook, zeer persoonlijke aanpak. Het restaurant is buffetstijl en zeer verzorgd. Alle bediening is sympathiek en vlot, en Carmen sprong eruit met een glimlach en aandacht. Verse vis, die voor je ogen gebakken wordt. Ontbijt zeer uitgebreid en lekker, zelfs met avocado's die je zelf kon opensnijden, en veel vers fruit. Een echte aanrader om even te ontstressen. Adult only, een chique en toch huiselijk hotel.

Mooie ligging vlakbij de promenade Hotel heeft nood aan opfrissing. Licht verouderd. Ingewikkeld gebouw. Goede bedden. Heel goede WiFi

Extremely rude Gentleman on check out today. Named Abdel. Abdel should be trained up in the correct attitude towards guests, for example, he could ask how a persons stay was, and perhaps not hang up so abruptly upon denying a late checkout. The hotels not full and I’d have booked further days without that checkout experience if they could have organized a proper double bed for us. Single beds only it seems?? Also, a policy of talking to younger clients like a teacher would do, I am 45, the hotel was I’d estimate at a third occupancy of mainly Dutch retirees. We were told that the hotel does not allow ppl use the facilities after check out. The Lady made an exception for us it seems as the pool wasn’t busy. Excuse me for expecting the use of facilities on check out day. Speaking of checkout it was our delay in checking out that ruffled the feathers of Mr Abdel. I make no apologies for being tardy to checkout when you arrive the night before at 9pm.

Lovely hotel. Large well equipped bedrooms. Shower very spacious. Room cleaned on a daily basis. Food absolutely outstanding. Plenty of choice and lots of choices for Vegetarians. Live music in the hotel every evening. Hotel foyer large and attractive. Decor very pleasing. Pool area faces the beach but is private and secure. Plenty of sun beds and towels available. Indoor pool and spa which we did not use. Car parking available in front of hotel including 3 spaces for Blue Badge holders.

The hotel interior is a little bit used, but otherwise ok. Beds are side by side but separated that was a problem for us. Average age of the clients is about 70. Pool is excellent. Altogether satisfied with the holidays.

Just returned from a child free break at the RIU Nautilus. We arrived at 1230, greeted with a glass of Champagne and our room was ready! Had a brilliant top floor sea view room which was really big and extremely clean. Fridge in the room to use, wifi was brilliant, even available round the pool. Food was fantastic, plenty of choice both at breakfast and dinner. Cannot fault the service. Location was perfect, right on the seafront with lots of bars, supermarkets on the doorstep. Will definitely return again if we have the opportunity.

Fabulous hotel, welcome drink on arrival and really helpful staff. Great rooms with huge comfy beds and big bathrooms. Tea,coffee in room too. Lovely pool and reasonably priced drinks. Would recommend and will stay again. Views over the pool are the best.

Excellent.. from when we arrived (early) to when we left, the service and facilities were excellent. Room available for early check in, reception staff very helpful, even when we left a rucksack in the taxi! Buffet food for breakfast and dinner fresh and plentiful and meal times were perfect.. Ideal location, miles of promenade to walk and within easy reach of bars and beach. Used the indoor pool, chilly but clean, didn’t use the outdoor pool, very cold but this was early March.. Will definitely visit again, well done to the staff and team, loved our visit. Thank you.

This hotel says “adults only” but its really pension / senior only, being sarcastic. I was the only one below 60 years and with tight skin. Service of the hotel receptionist are very arrogant, I think they are not used to a young person. I had insects in my room and I spent the night finding insects and mosquitos.

Really nice, modern hotel, at the far end of Torremolinos, closer to Benalmádena. Great base for exploring the area. Excellent outdoor pool area and direct access to the beach. Decent buffet breakfast and dinner with plenty of choice and different options each evening. Colour scheme in the lobby area not to everyone’s taste, but bright and airy. Nice indoor pool, gym and spa.

My wife and I spent 5 wonderful days at Riu Nautalis in Spain. The Hotel was clean, comfortable and the Buffet had some wonderful food choices. The hotel was near the beach and was within walking distance of shops, reasaurants and bars. We had a wonderful time and will use Riu hotels in the future.

Booked for two nights and stayed for four. We received a great welcome, had a lovely room on the seventh floor and had dinner included. The food was typical of a buffet style hotel restaurant and with plenty of choice. A good hotel to rekax in. We especially applauded the fact that there was no music around the pool area. Easy access to the beach. Very clean throughout with friendly and helpful staff. We'd definitely stay again if we were in the area.

Hotellpersonalen i receptionen var trevliga och hjälpsamma. Serveringspersonalen i restaurangen var fantastisk. De var snabba, vänliga och serviceinriktade. Speciellt servitören som jag tror heter Ali eller Ale. En stor eloge till honom! Vårt rum var lagomt stort och fräscht. Städningen superb! Stort plus till att det fanns vattenkokare, kaffe/te och kylskåp på rummet. Frukosten och middagen var dock lite enahanda vilken gjorde att hotellet inte fick full pott. De flesta gäster på hotellet var pensionärer. Jag och framförallt min son (18 år) sänkte medelåldern ett par år. Vi var nog de enda svenskarna på hotellet. Övervägande gäster var från Tyskland och England.

Et dejligt hotel, hvor alt var i orden og med en perfekt beliggenhed. Der var stille og roligt, og man kunne slappe perfekt af. Morgenmadsbuffeten var dejlig varieret. For the price they charge, and they call themselves four stars and ‘palace’ it’s a bit of a stretch. The one good thing is it’s adults only so no crying babies anywhere. The breakfast and dinner are great but it’s too crowded and loud no matter what time you go. Same with the pool area. Too crowded. The pool itself is shallow, a max of 4 feet. It’s not deep at all so you can walk from one side to the other and they keep it at a too warm temperature, like a bath or a jacuzzi. I would have preferred it to be cooler especially when it’s 40 degrees Celsius! The rooms are great (but I guess it depends what room you get) I befriended the staff working in the dining room and they were lovely. When I asked them what time they eat dinner…. They said they don’t… and that all that food gets thrown out instead of allowing their hardworking staff to eat there or to take it home. It’s a shame to throw all that out. Beware though that in your room you get one bottle of water on the first day and that’s it. They have no place to fill up your water bottle… which is ridiculous. So you have to keep buying plastic bottles. Be aware also that during the dinner buffet they don’t offer water (free) either prepare to pay 3 euros for water during dinner. Or other soft drinks. For the price they charge, and they call themselves four stars and ‘palace’ it’s a bit of a stretch. The one good thing is it’s adults only so no crying babies anywhere. The breakfast and dinner are great but it’s too crowded and loud no matter what time you go. Same with the pool area. Too crowded. The pool itself is shallow, a max of 4 feet. It’s not deep at all so you can walk from one side to the other and they keep it at a too warm temperature, like a bath or a jacuzzi. I would have preferred it to be cooler especially when it’s 40 degrees Celsius! The rooms are great (but I guess it depends what room you get) I befriended the staff working in the dining room and they were lovely. When I asked them what time they eat dinner…. They said they don’t… and that all that food gets thrown out instead of allowing their hardworking staff to eat there or to take it home. It’s a shame to throw all that out. Beware though that in your room you get one bottle of water on the first day and that’s it. They have no place to fill up your water bottle… which is ridiculous. So you have to keep buying plastic bottles. Be aware also that during the dinner buffet they don’t offer water (free) either prepare to pay 3 euros for water during dinner. Or other soft drinks.
