We had a wonderful time staying for 9 days at this lovely hotel. The staff was so helpful, accommodating and personal. The rooms are clean and newly painted. Balcony is big enough to sit and relax. Bathroom is a little small, but not cramped in any way and is very clean. The pool is small, but not crowded even though the hotel seemed fully booked. Fair prices in the bar, an example is that a bottle of water costs the same as in supermarkets. Amazing beach just 400m away, and 3km to Rhodes town centrum and old town. The restaurants nearby the hotel is VERY good and full of locals, which is a good sign! There is also a little kiosk 10m from the hotel, where you can get snacks, drinks and ice cream 24/7. If you are looking for hotel resort (All inclusive style) this is not for you, but if you want a nice clean hotel where you can relax during the day, and go out to dinner at night, this is the perfect place! We are looking forward to come back next summer.

Die Lage ist super. 20 Minuten Fußweg zur Altstadt von Rhodos. Supermärkte in der Nähe. Kostenlose Parkplätze. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles sauber! Die Zimmer sind jedoch spartanisch ausgestattet und das Bad mit WC ist sehr klein. Die Dusche ist wirklich sehr klein. Netter Balkon, aber hatten einen Blick auf die Straße. Trotzdem gut zu sitzen. Kleiner Pool, aber bei dem schönen Strand in der Nähe braucht man den gar nicht. Das Frühstück ist enttäuschend für Griechenland. Der Frühstücksservice war super, aber man hatte nicht den Eindruck lojsle Produkte zu Essen. Wenigstens einige Oliven und einheimische Tomaten etc. wären gut gewesen. Wir waren letztendlich zufrieden.

We had a lovely stay at the Marine Congo Hotel, it was only one night and wish it could have been longer but we were only there to wait for our ferry the next morning. Room was immaculate, clean and welcoming. We had a pool and sea view from our balcony. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was great for us as it was only a 20 minute walk to the ferry port. There are roadworks along the main road at the moment but once they are finished it will be an easy walk to the ports and city.

Really friendly staff , room was clean and tidy with a decent balcony , the pool area was a nice size even though the pool was small , that didn't hamper the enjoyment of having a peaceful rest for 11 nights . bars and restaurants are on the doorstep , the town centre is an 8-10euro ride depending which area you want .

Marine Congo is a well located, family run hotel in a quiet residential part of Rhodes town, only 5 minutes walk from the beach, and perhaps 40 minutes walk into the centre of Rhodes town. Some good local restaurants nearby, well frequented by locals as well as some tourists, and a very good coffee shop just up the road for fresh coffee, break, pastries etc. The rooms were very clean, and although the hotel is perhaps a little dated, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The small pool was enough to have a cooling dip but not really big enough for a proper swim, but we spent most of our time on the beach where comfortable sunbeds were available for 7 euros per person per day.

Personalet var utrolig serviceminded og hjælpsomme. Hele hotellet var meget rent og vil specielt fremhæve poolområdet som var eksemplarisk. Det var tydeligt at se at personalet passede godt på det lidt ældre hotel. Effektiv aircondition og elevator.

Lovely stay with friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is a bit older, but well maintained. The pool is small, but outside the high season there’s plenty of space.a really nice little beach just a 5-minute walk away. It’s about a 20–25 minute walk to the old town – a bit hot during the day, but no problem in the evening. Great value for money, and we would happily book a stay here again.

Prisvärt hotell med jättetrevlig personal som gjorde allt för gästerna. Supertrevliga. Nära stranden och ca 20 min att gå till gamla staden. Liten pool med solsängar utan någon trängsel. Frukosten var bra och saknade inget av vikt. Lite hårda sängar men ok AC och städning. Störande tung trafik varje dag från färjorna. Långtradare som körde på lilla lokalgatan utanför poolen och vår balkong.

I was there two nights before going to symi then an additional two nights. Disappointed I that being a hotel and price they did not clean my room during my second stay. There was no sign to say don’t clean my room. Therefore I did not have clean towels and bed wasn’t made up. The staff was very helpful but if they are charging higher prices I think cleaning the room is a must. Also breakfast is part of the deal. But if you didnt get up early the food was gone. I am sure other customers have mentioned this. Need to put out enough eggs. I am not a big eater but had to ask for them to refill their trays because trays were empty. Again desk staff was very helpful. Can’t give higher rating because of other conditions.

The staff were really helpful and friendly. They organised car rentals for us, booked taxis and helped us when we needed. Place is simple and clean - perfect if you’re not planning on spending too much time at the hotel but wanting to do lots of activities.

The Hotel Congo has been a great choice for my vacations in Rhodes,it’s well-located close to downtown.The staff is incredibly kind,the room was clean and spacious.I really recommend the hotel and I Hope to be again your guest

Sehr Nettes Personal 24/7 erreichbar.Sie kümmern sich um alles.Ausflüge,transfer,tips,alles perfekt.Jeden Morgen wurde das Zimmer gereinigt,jeden 2 Tag neue Handbücher.Immer mit lächeln begrüßt.Auf jeden fall würde ich das weiter empfehlen.

We had a lovely stay at the Marine Congo Hotel, it was only one night and wish it could have been longer but we were only there to wait for our ferry the next morning. Room was immaculate, clean and welcoming. We had a pool and sea view from our balcony. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was great for us as it was only a 20 minute walk to the ferry port. There are roadworks along the main road at the moment but once they are finished it will be an easy walk to the ports and city.

Prisvärt hotell med jättetrevlig personal som gjorde allt för gästerna. Supertrevliga. Nära stranden och ca 20 min att gå till gamla staden. Liten pool med solsängar utan någon trängsel. Frukosten var bra och saknade inget av vikt. Lite hårda sängar men ok AC och städning. Störande tung trafik varje dag från färjorna. Långtradare som körde på lilla lokalgatan utanför poolen och vår balkong.

We had a wonderful time staying for 9 days at this lovely hotel. The staff was so helpful, accommodating and personal. The rooms are clean and newly painted. Balcony is big enough to sit and relax. Bathroom is a little small, but not cramped in any way and is very clean. The pool is small, but not crowded even though the hotel seemed fully booked. Fair prices in the bar, an example is that a bottle of water costs the same as in supermarkets. Amazing beach just 400m away, and 3km to Rhodes town centrum and old town. The restaurants nearby the hotel is VERY good and full of locals, which is a good sign! There is also a little kiosk 10m from the hotel, where you can get snacks, drinks and ice cream 24/7. If you are looking for hotel resort (All inclusive style) this is not for you, but if you want a nice clean hotel where you can relax during the day, and go out to dinner at night, this is the perfect place! We are looking forward to come back next summer.

Marine Congo is a well located, family run hotel in a quiet residential part of Rhodes town, only 5 minutes walk from the beach, and perhaps 40 minutes walk into the centre of Rhodes town. The staff were really helpful and friendly. They organised car rentals for us, booked taxis and helped us when we needed. Place is simple and clean - perfect if you’re not planning on spending too much time at the hotel but wanting to do lots of activities.

The pool is small, but outside the high season there’s plenty of space.a really nice little beach just a 5-minute walk away. It’s about a 20–25 minute walk to the old town – a bit hot during the day, but no problem in the evening. Great value for money, and we would happily book a stay here again.

Konumu merkezde olması çok iyi. Otel çalışanları çok ilgiliydi ve otelimiz temiz bir oteldi. Gürültüden uzak sakin bir otel. Biz otelden memnun ayrıldık Rodos’a yine gidersek aynı oteli tercih ederiz. Hotels.com’a teşekkür ederiz…

I was there two nights before going to symi then an additional two nights. Disappointed I that being a hotel and price they did not clean my room during my second stay. There was no sign to say don’t clean my room. Therefore I did not have clean towels and bed wasn’t made up. The staff was very helpful but if they are charging higher prices I think cleaning the room is a must. Also breakfast is part of the deal. But if you didnt get up early the food was gone. I am sure other customers have mentioned this. Need to put out enough eggs. I am not a big eater but had to ask for them to refill their trays because trays were empty. Again desk staff was very helpful. Can’t give higher rating because of other conditions.

Çalışanlar çok cana yakın ve problem çözücülerde, temizlik te mükemmeldi. Bence , Bu güzelliklere yakışmayan yek eksiklik kahvaltı sunularının çok yetersiz kalışı idi. Örneğin domates ve salatalık dilimleri salam dilimleri gibi çok çok ince , kruvasanlar paketlerden çıktığı gibi servise konmuş , bir tek çay çeşidi sunuluyor , su servisinin yanında meyve suyu ikramında sadece limonata vardı ve bence hiç kalitesi de düşüktü. Toparlayacak olursam , tüm personel çok güler yüzlü , yardımsever, odaların ve genel temizlik son derece güzel hatta mükemmel idi , yazdığım gibi bu mükemmelliklere kahvaltı sunumları çok çok yetersiz olması yakışmıyordu. Tüm personele bir kez daha çok çok teşekkür ederek mesajımı bitiriyorum. Saygılarımla…….

Nice helpful and friendly staff, clean rooms, nice breakfast. My shower was not very hot, but i didnt mind because it was so hot outside! Overall, good value for money.

Fijn, basic hotel. Alles was schoon en netjes. Prima bed en douche. Vriendelijk personeel en een lekker ontbijt. Op korte loopafstand van een prachtig strand. Ongeveer 25 min lopen naar de oude stad.

Prisvärt hotell med jättetrevlig personal som gjorde allt för gästerna. Supertrevliga. Nära stranden och ca 20 min att gå till gamla staden. Liten pool med solsängar utan någon trängsel. Frukosten var bra och saknade inget av vikt. Lite hårda sängar men ok AC och städning. Störande tung trafik varje dag från färjorna. Långtradare som körde på lilla lokalgatan utanför poolen och vår balkong.

Personalen var helt fantastisk, allihopa. Hjälpsamma och bemötte våra behov konstant. Man kan även hyra bil för ca 60 EUR med 300 EUR i deposition som man får tillbaka om allt är okej. Baren serverar toast och olika drycker. Skönt att slappa på vid lilla poolen på hotellet vissa dagar

A very disappointing stay here after booking because of the great reviews. The hotel is tired and the pool is small. The fridge turns off every time you leave the room. The hotel is on a roundabout close to the port with lorries driving past day and night. We paid for two double rooms and we were given a small single and a small double and when we asked we were told that that’s all they have. We hired a car from them but then they argued with us over the amount of fuel we returned the car with, despite returning it with more fuel. On the last day we realised that we had had €150 taken from my husband’s wallet and they weren’t interested. We won’t be back and we wouldn’t recommend!
