PEST-BUDA Design Hotel

O hotel é realmente muito bom! Staff atencioso e comida gostosa. Pequeno e calmo. Bem decorado e com localização privilegiada. Porém, falta esclarecer os hóspedes no anúncio pobre a obrigatoriedade de pagamento de estacionamento na zona monumental onde ele se localiza. São aproximadamente $60 euros por dia a serem pagos para sair na cancela da zona histórica.

The reception staff at Pest-Buda were courteous, polite, and genuinely helpful, which created a good first impression. Unfortunately, the rest of the stay was disappointing. • Restaurant service: breakfast-The staff were consistently rude and unaccommodating. Orders were mixed up, and any request for flexibility—such as switching homemade bread for a croissant—was met with a firm “no.” One staff member in particular (with a beard and ponytail) was especially dismissive and negative. • Facilities: The hotel does not have a lift, and this was not clearly mentioned in advance. Carrying luggage up the stairs was inconvenient. • Housekeeping: Room cleaning was below expectations. Housekeeping even removed our personal plates, spoons, and knife, and only returned the plates—never the spoon or knife. This felt careless and unprofessional. Overall, while the reception team was excellent, the poor restaurant service, lack of transparency about facilities, and subpar housekeeping made the stay frustrating. Pest-Buda has potential, but significant improvements are needed before I could recommend it.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful and the staff were really lovely and helpful. The only main issue is that the hotel runs very warm temperature wise and our room was no different. It was impossible to adjust the heating to a comfortable level despite 3-4 times discussing with the front desk and having someone come to the room. Breakfast was lovely too however it was very busy most mornings— once we had to be sat in the reception to await a table. The dining room didn’t seem to be big enough and maybe not enough staff

Beautiful hotel with a wonderful restaurant attached. The staff was welcoming and offered to help with our luggage. Would recommend this hotel!
