Não tenho palavras pra descrever o quanto foi incrível estar na Suíça! A nossa hospedagem foi muito boa, um lugar muito agradável, além do mais a TV conseguíamos colocar YouTube pro nosso filho assistir! De toda nossa passagem pela Itália e Suíça, esse foi o único lugar que conseguimos utilizar isso. Quando chegamos para fazer o checkin foi um pouco complicado porque tínhamos que preencher um formulário para liberar a entrada, por isso acredito que muitos dão uma nota baixa, mas para nós foi tranquilo! Chegamos um pouco antes e nosso quarto ainda estava para ser liberado, e os anfitriões nos acolheram muito bem, estávamos cansados de uma longa viagem vindo de Milão! Enfim, foi maravilhosa nossa estadia, fizemos muita coisa a pé, uma cidade tão limpa, tão clean que deu vontade até de morar! Já estamos sentindo saudades desse lugar! Super indicamos , nota 10/10

The apartment had everything you could need for a stay. It was a 15 minutes walk Ute walk from the train station. The area seemed ok, a few bars around. The bed was very comfortable. The area was not very noisy. The room was very warm, it was exceptionally hot in Zürich when I stayed. There is no way of controlling the air con. I used the fan, but it did not help much. I could not open the window as I was low level, level 1 and I was a female traveller on my own. I had a lovely stay

The property is an OK distance from the train station, 10ish minutes walking. The room was clean and has all the kitchen essentials you’d need. Some of our toiletries in the bathroom were running low upon arrival. The rooms did not have air conditioning which was a challenge. The rooms did was very very hot when we arrived and although a fan was provided, it was very poor. The area is extremely loud at all hours of the night which was made worse by having the windows open (to help with the heat). Numa does provide earplugs which was great and did help, but truly I’ve never stayed in a noisier neighbourhood. It was World Cup so I imagine this is partially the reason, but the road noise itself was very very loud. Aside from that the essentials closet is convenient, we were able to replenish towels, ear plugs etc. The AI chat bot is decently helpful but when referred to an “onsite rep” I waited hours for a response and by the time I received one it was no longer helpful. All this to say we stayed at a Numa in Salzburg and had an amazing experience, I think this location in Zurich was challenging during our stay given the heat wave and World Cup.
