It measures 10m x 5m with a depth ranging from 1.70m to 1.80m and is secured for children's safety. You can also relax on one of the sun loungers or enjoy a drink at the outdoor table while admiring the views. Another table is located at the entrance, with two chairs where you can unwind and read a book while enjoying nature. Behind the door, there is a small chapel available for your use whenever you wish. Please note that there are neighbors, and privacy is partial. The interior of the property, with a style typical of a Mallorcan finca and featuring stone walls, is designed to offer you the rest you deserve. In your apartment, you will find a small living room and a kitchen equipped with gas hobs and all the necessary utensils so you can cook comfortably. For sleeping, there are two bedrooms with double beds and en-suite bathrooms with bathtubs. Both bedrooms have a fan. The second bedroom has access to a terrace where you can enjoy the spectacular views. This second bedroom can also be accessed independently via stairs located outside.
