The man working at the reception seemed intent on causing problems rather than helping us from the very moment we arrived at the hotel. He was someone who lacked the necessary skills for his job, shifted the blame for his own incompetence onto customers, had no idea how to treat guests properly, and refused to admit his mistakes. On the other hand, the other hotel staff and the valet team were very friendly, welcoming, and well-intentioned.

Resepsiyondaki adını bilmediği siyah gömlekli ve yaşlı çalışan dışında hem otelden hem çalışanlardan çok memnun kaldım. Ama bu arkadaş yüzünden çalışanlar kısmına 4 yıldız vermek zorunda kalıyorum. Ne konuşmayı, ne müşteri ilişkilerini ne de insan ağırlamayı beceremeyen biri. Bence bu otele yakışmıyor.

Konum iyi, çalışanlar güler yüzlü. Bunun dışında odama girerken sürekli kartla ilgili sorun yaşadım, tek çözümleri benimle beraber her seferinde kapıyı açmaya bir personel gelmesi oldu. Balkon en son ne zaman temizlenmiş belli değil. Genel olarak oda ve banyo da çok temizdi diyemeyeceğim, belli ki üstünkörü bir temizlik yapılıyor ve nevresim/havlu değişiyor sadece.
