Extended Stay Suites Cookeville - Tennessee Tech

Room wasn't ready on time. TV was malfunctioning and needed replacement. Sink did not work, wasn't fixed. Skip this palce

Room in poor condition. Sheets had burn wholes. Door had to be slammed shut. A/c unit very loud. I had to ask for someone to kop my room because there was something spilled all in the floor.

The good: our room was very clean and appeared to have been recently renovated and in excellent condition. A full size refrigerator and microwave were included and working, but there was no coffee maker or stove. The bad: The hotel "lobby" is located in or shared with a U-Haul rental lobby (???) and the exterior

Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating for my particular trip which needed an early check in and check out - they went out of their way to make sure I had a room cleaned and ready very quickly and gave me instructions on how to check out at a very unusual time. All I can say is that a lot of Hotel staffs could learn a lot from this staff how to make customers feel welcome!! Plenty of storage- plenty of Hot Water - AC worked well as did the appliances!!!

The first one hadn't been cleaned but the woman apologized and gave us a different room immediately.
