Pristine 2-Bed Apartment with Pool and Balcony

The apartment is beautiful, the location is close to the beach and the beds are comfy. However, we had issues with access and the apartment. The refrigerator wasn't working. We bought groceries that then needed to be discarded since no one could come to repair it until the next afternoon. The wifi password was incorrect...more time on the phone with them. There is no air con, and no fly screens so doors and windows must stay open at all times for circulation of air but that brought bugs into the house, closet, and kitchen. It is very loud as the building sits between two busy roads and with the windows and doors open you hear everything. We were provided with 1 towel each and no washcloths or towels for the beach for a 5-day stay. The check-in process was very difficult. We had to call from an AU #, which we didn't have so needed to find someone to help us, multiple times to gain access codes, and verification, and had to provide a selfie at the location to prove our identity, which I have never had to do any other place in the world. It was a disappointing stay.
