Anderson Valley Inn

The room was very comfortable. There is no staff to help with any questions. The fire-pit had been turned into a table. A fire would have been nice.

Geraldo the property manager was great! We had an issue with the room and he upgraded us ASAP!

The room was tidy and clean. The setting in the trees and greenery was quiet and calming.

The location is not the best due to the traffic noise and a rooster crowing early morning. They gave us a warning about the water tank of the property being refilled and ended up wity dirty water (light brown color) in the shower and toilet. I didn’t feel ok with this and if I knew this was the case I would I have stayed somewhere else. The positive side is that it’s across the street if sharfenbeger winery and the staff was very communicative throughout. I was going to attached the sample of dirty water but I rather not and hope they do better next time(for other guest)

Excellent location. Problems with remote check in: intermittent wireless connection made it impossible to use. The back up key access was a little fussy. In the past, a bottle of water was made available, but this was not the case this time, despite the high temperature. Toilet flushed poorly and became worse over the time of the stay.
