Hôtel très bien situé proche de st sophie a pieds. Arrêt de trame au oied de l hôtel. Restaurants , epucerie et magasin proche. Piscines tres sympathique chambre agréable.

Hotel location is very good, excellent for the major sites and attractions. The spa facilities and pool are also good. Outside terrace very nice, although pool had not yet been filled during our stay. Beds are terrible! We had bad backs for 4 days The breakfast was ok but needs a more continental feel. The coffee was terrible…undrinkable. So we went to the cafe near by. Overall, we enjoyed the stay and a few refinements would make the hotel excellent!

very pleased with our stay at this hotel. We had a family room for 3 adults. Room was a good size and Bathroom facilities were very good with plenty of towels. The hotel staff were very helpful in all matters and the breakfast service was faultless. I did not get chance to try the pool but it looks very nice. I would be happy to stay here in the future.

Pros - located walking distance to two tram lines Spa is nice however the female only sauna was nit available for a full week throughout our stay Cons - reception staff are unhelpful and not friendly. They all seem to have a chip on their shoulder. I believe this attitude comes management above who are probably not treating them well and this is reflective in their behavior tiny basic rooms for the amount they charge Breakfast was average

J’ai rarement eté aussi deçu d’un hotel , certain receptionniste sont incapable de vous apporté une solution si ce n est en vous disant de payer plus , j ai pris deux chambres economiques( 90 euros par chambre ) je pensais qu elles seraient legerement plus petite, au final ces deux chambres n’avaient ‘ pas de fenetres ´celle si donnaient sur une genre de cave interieur tres sombre… je pense qu en france et dans beaucoup de pays c est interdit. Aucune info sur ces fenetres etaient dans la description de la chambre. Lors du passage du menage ils ont du oublier les toilettes … Le 2nd jours je remonte dans ma chambre je trouve un employé qui bricole la douche sans que personne ne m ait prevenu. La piscine est minuscule et es contour sont sale , pas de roof top , le petit dejeuner est dans un sous sol sans lumiere et avec une qualité d’aliment honteuse. Vous pouvez aussi oublier les douche chaude a partir de 17h , il vous restera uniquement de l’eau tiede. Vous pouvez aussi oublier les graces mat’ les murs sont fin comme du papier et ils ont eu la bonne idee de mettre des canapé pour que tout le monde puissent discuter dans les couloirs. Le seul element positif est la literie et je dirais quelques employer qui restent souriant. Mes autres hotel sur la place sultanamet etaient moin couteux et beaucoup plus agreable et realiste sur leur qualité dans les descriptions.

Hallo Das Frühstück war vielfältig. Zwar immer das gleiche, aber viel zur Auswahl. So konnte man sich selbst jeden Tag ein anderes Frühstück zubereiten. Mein Zimmer war sehr groß und jeden Tag sauber. Nur die Wände waren sehr dünn. Wenn alle Mitarbeiter sich genauso Mühe geben würden wie die Frühstücksdamen, wäre es ein 4 Sterne hotel. Vor der Tür ist Straßenbahn und die U Bahn. Am besten nicht direkt in der Umgebung ins Restaurant gehen. Die haben teilweise sehr überteuerte Preise.

Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist die zentrale Lage des Hotels – viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Geschäfte waren bequem zu Fuß erreichbar, was uns den Aufenthalt sehr erleichtert hat. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit. Als das erste Zimmer für uns etwas zu klein war, wurde uns sofort und ohne Probleme ein größeres, komfortableres Zimmer angeboten, was wir sehr zu schätzen wussten. Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt war die Sauberkeit, besonders im Badezimmer wo wir Schimmel entdeckt haben. Die Reinigung könnte gründlicher sein. Das Frühstück war gut. Allerdings gab es an manchen Tagen Zusatzkosten mo di mi do war z.B omelett im inbegriffen frühstück drinnen aber rest der woche mussten wir dafür zahlen so wie z.B auch getränke (orangensaft) obwohl das Frühstück bereits im Preis enthalten war. Insgesamt hatten wir einen angenehmen Aufenthalt, vor allem dank der hervorragenden Lage und des freundlichen Services. Mit kleineren Verbesserungen bei der Sauberkeit und den Frühstücksoptionen wäre das Erlebnis perfekt!

Alles sauber, guter Service.

Leider stimmt der Hoteltext bei Expedia nicht. Dort steht nach dem inkludiertem Frühstück, dass es einen Shuttle-Service vom und zum Flughafen gibt. Den gibt es nicht und der ist schon gar nicht kostenfrei. Auch eine Terrasse gibt es nicht. Unser Zimmer war sehr klein und das Badezimmer renovierungsbedürftig. Schade, wir haben uns von den Bildern und vom Text mehr erhofft.

Didn't like that end of floor A hallway was not lit up and floor A flooring was carpeted compared to other floors which were tiled. If you can live without a window then overall very satisfied especially with complimentary breakfast buffet and yes I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

I love the location, employees are all great, the only issue I have with this hotel is rooms are small and warm and some rooms don't even have windows to get some air, but the staff make up for that , I was there on my birthday and without me mentioning that, I came back to my room to find it decorated and a medium size cake with candles on the dresser with birthday wishes, I thought that was very sweet of them and I really appreciated that gesture. despite the room size, I will go back to this hotel, and again thank you to the staff.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour, la chambre était petite mais cosy et bien agencée. Les 2 points négatifs sont l’insonorisation car tous les bruits raisonnent et le stationnement car avoir une voiture pour venir à cet hôtel est un inconvénient. Sinon tout le reste est irréprochable….

Horrible experience , my flight was delayed 3 hours and due to terrible traffic in Istanbul My wife and I arrived at the hotel around 8:30 pm. The hotel reception flatly refused and said we don,t have any reservation with them , even though I shown the confirmation email from Expedia , they just said that no reservation for us . I had to go around in other hotels in the area and after checking several hotels I luckily found a room in another hotel. It was a not a good experience , very rude and unhelpful staff an management of Miss Istanbul Hotel .

What you see in the photos is what you get, excellent staff and location in Istambul, i left behind my airpods and sunglasses and they send it over with NO CHARGE AT ALL. Very good breakfast and hot jacuzzi. Will return for sure.

If I could give this hotel zero rating I would. Save your money and stay someplace else. Hotel is a 4 star scam. Front desk employees are rude, very rude. We’re paying guests but they make us feel as if we’re seeking free shelter. Whole hotel is a catfish, worst experience ever. I couldn’t even cancel my reservation as they do no refunds. First they gave us basement room with no airflow, then comes the foul smell from their drains. Literally had to beg to switch rooms, and eventually did after a screaming fest in the lobby. Seven days in hell. Save your money.

Super dichtbij bezienswaardigheden en restaurant en tegelijkertijd zeer rustig gelegen.

Erg nette hotel met vriendelijk personeel. Ontbijt is uitgebreid. Centraal gelegen in een drukke wijk maar de straat zelf is erg rustig waardoor je geen last hebt van geluid, tram en metro is op 1 minuut loopafstand. Hier kom ik zeker weer terug

We were very pleased with overall experience, staff is wonderful, I just wish breakfast staff would be a little more quiet, they chat the whole time and are very loud , the dinning area is loud enough and staff should be more quiet, other than that, staff were amazing and hotel feels like a true hotel and loved the location, I will most definitely be staying there again if the price is right.
