Very quiet, plenty of parking, breakfast was delicious. Staff was nice and friendly.

Kind & helpful staff, parking was easy and felt safe, facilities were clean and well kept. Great place to stay!

1. I stayed at this place for two days, the room and environment really look very nice but my room really smelt bad and remained for the whole two days. Every time I entered the room, even though I have opened the window. (kind of kitchen smell) 2. I’ve got an electric car which uses J1772 car charger but the facility’s J1772 is only available at handicapped parking space. Really annoying

The hotel is nice. However, the patio/BBQ area are completely oppisite the pool. The front entrance is not easily visible. I had to drive around a few times to find it. The check in process was simple. Friendly service. Beautiful, clean, well equppied suite! Its only cleaned every 2 days and not enough trash recepticles inside. The suite has a full service kitchen and sleeps up to 8! I feel the room should be "tidy-up" daily and deep cleaned every other day would be acceptable. Other than those couple things, we had a great stay here!

Great location to the mall. My 1 request would be to have an appearance of some type of security for the parked vehicles.

The hotel was nice, the front desk people were nice, our room had problems. It looked like things were not being maintained in the room we were in. The automatic shades did not work in one of the rooms, the dishwasher I will send it did not work, the garbage disposal did not work, carpet was starting to lift between a doorway which can be a hazard for someone to trip on, the bathroom drain stopper was stuck in the sink making it so water could not drain, also the refrigerator was leaking water, and there wasn’t a hook for towels in the bathroom (it looks like maybe one came of the wall and they covered it?). We wondered if the other rooms were like this or if we were placed in a subpar soon since we booked with Expedia. We stayed for 3 days and requested that housekeeping come refresh the room for us while we were out all day. Nobody came. Also, we reported all of the issues with the room, and no one took note of it. On our last day Gabriela was there and took the time to write down our concerns and said she’d talk to the manager. We appreciated her. Things that were good - the actual hotel was nice, the people at the front desk were nice, and the attendant in the buffet was very sweet- she took the time to be extra kind to my children. Parking was easy. The nature area outside was great for my kids to play at. What I didn’t like was the lack of care about our room and requests (towels, etc). It’s uncomfortable to have to report the issues like these.

Nice property - clean and nice gym lots of parking. Avoid during Black Friday weekend - traffic was a nightmare. 90 minutes to drive 2 miles due to blocked off roads in outlet mall. No advance warning and no sympathy from hotel staff 🙄

Great place to stay for families but some lack of resources for room cleaning daily. Traffic from the outlets can be a pain. And no big expectations on breakfast, typical for what Americans call a continental breakfast

This has been our go to hotel when my husband and I want a little getaway. This time however was a bit disappointing. On our check in date, once we got our room, we noticed it had a weird smell. Turns out there was 2 bags of garbage under the kitchen sink. Whoever was housekeeper did not do a very good job at cleaning. We also lacked body wash soap and only had 1 toilet paper roll.

Modern and clean. Squeaky clean, in fact. Very comfortable suite - spacious with many amenities. Very close to the SF premium outlet mall.

Very Clean Room and welcoming staff

I rented a 2 bedroom suite. When we set our bags down in the bedroom and immediately noticed a period blood stain on the bedding. We asked to be switched to another room and apparently there were no other room options to offer us. I highly doubt the entire hotel was booked up, I’m sure there could have been an accommodation made. Never the less the staff offered to bring up a spare set of bedding that we had to change and put on ourselves. We were unsure of the entire bedding cleanliness for all of the beds and called down to ask for more more bedding, no one answered the phones. We tried for 15 more minutes. The lighting in the rooms were VERY dim, the sitting area lamp didn’t work. When I woke in the morning and opened the curtains in the main bedroom, I noticed ANOTHER large dried blood stain on the pillow that my head had slept on. This was in a completely separate room, unaccounted with the bedroom acrossed the sitting area. I was mortified and sick to my stomach. The fact that we were not offered another option and had to change the sheets in a “clean room” is far below par for a Marriott and completely unacceptable even for a Motel6.

Rooms are roomy and clean.

This hotel is super clean and has an excellent location. Walking distance to Starbucks, the Outlet Mall, and restaurants. We enjoyed the selection at the breakfast buffet and the staff was very friendly.

Amazing layout, clean and comfy. This will be my new standard for comparing other hotels.

Love the spaciousness of the suite with separate bedroom from living room, dining area and kitchen Ceilings also probably 12 feet high make it seem much larger

Tried to extend stay and clerk was somewhat unhelpful stating that our reservation was booked though a “ third party”, meaning Expedia, so it would hard for them to extend any stay. Marriott sold the room to Expedia so I don’t understand why they are so critical of “ third party” bookings.

The staff was very friendly, it was late when we checked in and it was pretty cold. The staff could not be nicer. Room was clean and we had an option of what floor!

Booked a suit, pre paid for it, when we arrived they told us they’d given our room away and we were going to be in a queen bed room… keep in mind this was our wedding night, so we were slightly annoyed. The women at the front desk was rude and defensive about it every time we interacted with her and showed zero empathy about the situation. On top of it all, hotels.com was a huge pain in the ass to even get ahold of and get any help with the issue.

The staff there is very nice and went above and beyond for me, making my birthday weekend very special. I will definitely be staying there again.

Worst customer Service.

It was much nicer than I expected. Nice lobby and definitely the nicest Residence Inn I have stayed at. Lobby staff was very nice.

3rd time staying at Residence Inn Livermore. Nice hotel with spacious rooms and very friendly staff. Only complaint I have is about the person who’s manning the front desk when i checked in Friday night. The gentleman looked annoyed that he had to man the front desk. When I got to the counter, he told me “ID”. That was it. Very rude. Guy had zero customer service skills. Sitting on a chair while legs are crossed in a 4 position. Should not be working front desk. He creates a negative impression on hotel guests. I hope management notices issue and address l. Very bad for business and will make loyal customers think twice of staying at residence inn for future trips.

Friendly staff and very accommodating. We had an emergency and couldn’t make it to the hotel the first night and they were understanding and didn’t charge us for the first night. They certainly didn’t have to do that so it was extremely appreciated on our end. Room exceeded our expectations with the cleanliness and nice furnishing. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Front staff was very friendly! Room was clean and really spacious! Bed was very comfortable! I would recommend this place to anyone! Especially with the Outlets just a short walk away and many other dining options as well!

Really nice place surrounded by beautiful landscapes, good eating and shopping options close by. The hotel itself is modern, clean and very quiet. The included breakfast is excellent! Highly recommend overall.

Clean and close to our venue. Love the ahopping center so close you just have tonwalk across the street.

The rooms are very spacious, new and clean. The location is fantastic. The breakfast was lacking. We were there for 3 nights. The 2nd day breakfast was terrible. They reused sausages from the morning before and they were disgusting and old. They were not replaced. The fruit bowl was the same rotten pears from the morning before. There was no waffle batter for the first 30 mins of the breakfast. They ran out of condiments such as butter. They had 4 egg dishes on the 3rd morning as they ran out of sausages and bacon. No fresh fruit options. It was so disappointing. Homewood Suites right next door has a far superior breakfast. It's such a shame as everything else was fantastic. If they didn't try to skimp on breakfast we would be back, but unfortunately we will go back to Homewood Suites.

Great place and I would have given a 5 but breakfast starts at 7am and nothing at all (even grab and go) was out prior. Not even water. Kids had an early tournament so scrambled to get Starbucks instead. Not a deal breaker, just a bummer.
