The staff provided impeccable service, paying attention to every detail with unmatched cordiality. They were excellent professionals who offered valuable support, tips on the best places to visit, where to eat, the most beautiful beaches, and must-do activities. Without a doubt, it was an incredible experience.

Péssima experiencia na pousada. Fomos alocados em quarto de categoria inferior à reservada. Nenhum funcionário se prestou a resolver o problema, apenas se reservaram a dizer pra eu entrar em contato com o aplicativo Hoteis.com. Além do quarto ser de categoria inferior, o deck ao redor da piscina que ficamos ja apresentava sinais de deterioração e servindo de abrigo para animais peçonhentos. O cafe da manhã é mediano, você deve encaminhar o pedido no dia anterior por um formulário engessado, principalmentepelos horarios. Ademais, apresentava poucas opções de comidas típicas.

Bom Café da manhã, tivemos um problema no ar condicionado mas foi resolvido , uma das recepcionista necessita um pouco mais de treino , e notamos uma jornada muito longa dela, o café não está sendo mais servido do quarto
