My boyfriend and I were pleasantly surprised to find the cottage stocked with nearly everything we could need. There was seasonings, coffee, pots and pans. Board games, books, tv. I could go on with all the amenities but trust me when I say you cannot go wrong with this place. I raved about the shower because the water pressure was just awesome! We had fire in the back yard, grilled out, and the walk to the beach was very doable. The next time we come to the Vero Beach area we will return here!

The Beach House felt like home the minute we pulled in the driveway. The inside was inviting and well laid out. It had every amenity you could want and everything was easy to find. We only used the master bedroom and the bed was super comfy. So many wonderful beaches to explore including the we walked to each morning for beautiful sunrises and morning walks. Jason and Rachel were very responsive and generous. We highly recommend staying at the Beach House whether its a romantic getaway or a family vacation. It is perfect for both. We will be back for sure.

So happy to have found this gem on Orchid Island. Front porch swing and rocking chairs were perfect for greeting friendly neighbors, back deck and fire pit provided private sanctuary for al fresco dining and evening chats. House was well equipped and well-supplied with essentials. Close to beach, restaurants, and wildlife refuge areas. Great location; lovely trees and shrubbery all around. Highly recommended!

We loved the community that had classic old FLA cottages. It felt like you were nestled in a tropical jungle. The cottage was a delight with plenty of space for a couple or family. We loved sitting on the front porch or grilling in the back. The host was very helpful with any issues and quick to respond. The property is across the road from the beach and an easy walk. Once on the beach, you can walk for miles either direction. Many nature preserves are nearby for those that love to see the birds that congregate here. We especially loved watching the wood storks, skimmers and roseate spoonbills. The area did not feel as crowded as the gulf side which we loved. We found some great restaurants and a wonderful theater too in the area. We hope to return one day.

It was in a quiet area, short walk to the beach, friendly neighbors, variety of beach accessories and carts to transport to the beach, close to a number of wildlife preserves. We very much enjoyed our stay. The house was in good repair, had a variety of pots and pans, nice outside sitting areas. Could use some drawers in the 2nd bedroom.

This place was much more than expected. It was spacious enough for our family of 5 (3 teenagers), with room to spare. The drive up to the property from the road was like something out of a movie. The decor of the house was so great and had little surprises all over. The owners had everything we needed and some things we didn’t know we needed. Games, internet, smart tv’s, laundry and fully stocked kitchen are just some of the amazing things these owners provided. Just a short walk to the private beach access where we had the beach to ourselves. We will certainly be back and so sad we couldn’t stay longer. Highly recommend!

This was the perfect vacation location for us while visiting family in the area. It reminds us of the Florida beach bungalows we watched in movies. It is much larger than we expected, accommodating all 7 of us easily. It is surrounded by tropical landscapes from the house to the short walk to the private beach. The house was clean and stocked for what we would need throughout our stay. The backyard had a nice sandy outdoor area for cooking out and relaxing. The owners responded promptly from the time of our reservation until our checkout. We will definitely use this place again.

We stayed at The Beach House for a short visit and we hope to be back soon. The house was charmingly 'beachy', had all the comforts of home - clean and comfortable. I'm a person who never sleeps through the night - but I did here. Location was perfect - Loved that it was right across the street from the beach. Hosts communicated almost instantly - Highly Recommend.

The owner was very responsive. Summerplace was clean, cozy, and makes for the perfect get away vacation spot! We enjoyed the front porch and the short walk to the private beach access. We couldn’t have asked for anything better! We truly enjoyed our getaway at Summerplace!

This was a wonderful property - very clean and well-appointed with thoughtful touches designed to make your stay as comfortable as possible! It was great being within walking distance to a fairly private beach. The communication with the property manager was timely and clear. The cottage was very spacious and well laid out - it was just me this time but I can see where two couples could share this place easily. There is a split layout so everyone has their own bedroom/bathroom/privacy with plenty of common areas for sitting and hanging out. I really can't say enough about this place. It was fantastic and I hope to visit again!

This sweet cottage was bigger than it looks with two suites and everything you could want. A great place to have friends over. We took many walks to the beach and a great spot to see space launches.

Such a cute cottage! The bed and linens were super comfy. Everything was well organized and stocked including unexpected surprises like coffee and ice cream. The decorations were beach themed and well curated. The neighborhood had similar cottages and was well vegetated with palms and plants creating a canopy like affect over the quiet roads. Walk to the beach was less then 5 minutes and worth it! Beautiful beach and the water was wonderful! Crystal blue and warm!

This cozy and spacious 2 bedroom beach cottage was the only place I have rented in Florida that my husband and I would love to come back to over and over. The location is superb! We slept so well in the comfy king bed. There is so much to see and do in laid back Vero Beach. Our morning walks to see the sunrise and collect shells as we walked along the shore were perfect and uplifting to our souls. We needed to slow down and enjoy what God has made. We stayed nine nights and we were sad to say goodbye for now. Thank you for having us! The cottage had everything we needed and more.

Jason and Rachel were very responsive and generous. We highly recommend staying at the Beach House whether its a romantic getaway or a family vacation. It is perfect for both. We will be back for sure.
The Beach House felt like home the minute we pulled in the driveway. The inside was inviting and well laid out. It had every amenity you could want and everything was easy to find. We only used the master bedroom and the bed was super comfy. So many wonderful beaches to explore including the we walked to each morning for beautiful sunrises and morning walks. Jason and Rachel were very responsive and generous. We highly recommend staying at the Beach House whether its a romantic getaway or a family vacation. It is perfect for both. We will be back for sure.

My husband and I stayed at this beautiful home for a few nights to investigate the treasure coast, and we thoroughly enjoyed this home. It was warm and welcoming, comfortable and had all the amenities needed! The host was quick to respond and resolve an issue we had with the microwave. Will definitely be wanting to stay here again if our travels bring us back. A 10+ home!

This rental is beautiful and comfortable inside. The owners made check-in and check-out very easy. The location is fantastic - steps away from the ocean and easy to get to food and entertainment. I plan on renting this location again if I can.

We loved the community that had classic old FLA cottages. It felt like you were nestled in a tropical jungle. The cottage was a delight with plenty of space for a couple or family. We loved sitting on the front porch or grilling in the back. The host was very helpful with any issues and quick to respond. The property is across the road from the beach and an easy walk. Once on the beach, you can walk for miles either direction. Many nature preserves are nearby for those that love to see the birds that congregate here. We especially loved watching the wood storks, skimmers and roseate spoonbills. The area did not feel as crowded as the gulf side which we loved. We found some great restaurants and a wonderful theater too in the area. We hope to return one day.

My wife and I and I very much enjoyed our stay at the Sebastian Beach House. As a native and resident of Naples, FL, it is nice to get away and see other locales. We found Wabasso Beach to be a very nice place to land as FL natives. This time of year was great, the beach was sparsely populated. We meet many nice folks on the beach while taking in the beauty. Jason & Rachel were great hosts. We treated their property as if it was our own. Truly and Florida destination. We loved the property. We would certainly visit this property again. Thank you Jason & Rachel for sharing your home with us.

This was a wonderful property - very clean and well-appointed with thoughtful touches designed to make your stay as comfortable as possible! It was great being within walking distance to a fairly private beach. The communication with the property manager was timely and clear. The cottage was very spacious and well laid out - it was just me this time but I can see where two couples could share this place easily. There is a split layout so everyone has their own bedroom/bathroom/privacy with plenty of common areas for sitting and hanging out. I really can't say enough about this place. It was fantastic and I hope to visit again!

We enjoyed a lovely weeklong stay in mid-May. The house was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. It was just a short 5 minute walk to what felt like a private beach. We would love to visit again!

It was in a quiet area, short walk to the beach, friendly neighbors, variety of beach accessories and carts to transport to the beach, close to a number of wildlife preserves. We very much enjoyed our stay. The house was in good repair, had a variety of pots and pans, nice outside sitting areas. Could use some drawers in the 2nd bedroom.

So happy to have found this gem on Orchid Island. Front porch swing and rocking chairs were perfect for greeting friendly neighbors, back deck and fire pit provided private sanctuary for al fresco dining and evening chats. House was well equipped and well-supplied with essentials. Close to beach, restaurants, and wildlife refuge areas. Great location; lovely trees and shrubbery all around. Highly recommended!

The property airconditioning was not working properly. I called the host and although he made calls to get a person out to service the unit could not guaranty it would work. I communicated that ok put up us in a hotel and when it was fixed to let us know and we would come back to stay. He was unwilling and belligerent and even stated no one else complained. It was 82 in the house and getting hotter while the setting was on 74. Its a great location but the juice is not worth the squeeze.

We greatly enjoyed our escape to this adorable “Old Florida” style home. A quiet & friendly neighborhood with a quick walk to the beach. Honestly, it is much roomier in person than the photos on here reflect. We also had reason to request help from the property manager and he was so helpful & very quickly took care of the situation. Book with confidence!

Wonderful beach cottage-well stocked, roomy, comfy bed, good appliances and baths. Weather was cold and wet for a few days and staying inside wasn’t an issue.

Host was very responsive with tv issues. Resolved quickly. Mattresses in bedrooms and furniture in tv room could be replaced. Appliances new and nice. Plenty of extras for kitchen use.
