Valet parking only, long lines to check your car in. no organization so first serve was whoever could shove up to stop in the middle of the street closest to the hotel instead of first come first serve. No views but perfect for walking to stadiums. Everything else was great

I did not realize you had to pay for valet parking. There is no parking so you have to valet. It cost me 90 dollars for 2 nights. I wont be staying there anymore. When I called to ask for parking they said just pull up to valet didnt mention it was 45 a night. Put a damper on my stay when I got the bill.

Great for attending events next door at On Jackson. The gym is top notch! Love it when a hotel has foam rollers and weights.

Good location for sport events or concerts. Stayed here 2 times and both times we're great. It is valet parking only so make sure to have extra cash for tips. They do have a link where u can pay for tips.

Hotel is located within walking distance of many restaurants and the convention center. Valet parking was convenient but pricey. Free breakfast had a variety of options.

They have $100 required valet parking when you get to the hotel, but it's a really clean, nice, and conveniently located hotel. Will definitely stay again. Complimentary breakfast was also delicious with many options

Staff was very friendly, valet service super quick, hotel is located in a great spot for baseball or basketball and walking distance to food store and tons of restaurants. Only downside was shower floor was stained and dirty.

Perfect walking distance to chase field. I have also stayed here for events at footprint center. No fighting crowds to leave in a vehicle or waiting hours for an uber with hundreds of other people. Very clean, very good staff as well. The only thing not up to par was the breakfast. it was actually really bad, and I didnt expect that from this otherwise wonderful hotel.

Close to Chase field and Phoenix arena. Lobby and breakfast area clean and comfy. Our room needed some maintenance. Shampoo dispenser had fallen off thr wall. King mattress was terribly sagging. Not comfortable. Dirty, old wash cloth was tossed to the back of a shelf in the bathroom. Missed by housekeeping for months. Dishwasher did not work. Fridge was good size and very cold.

The staff were amazing. Someone was always at the front desk. My only concerns were the hallway to the rooms were so hot that it felt like we stepped into an over. The rooms were clean but the carpets in both rooms had stains. They looked looked like animal urine stain that they'd tried to clean.

The cleanest, affordable and centered to all downtown areas and update to style! Although our stay was just two nights, no parking it was just expensive valet parking. They were charging a bit more and I really didn’t see any parking at the back and the only other thing I would say the microwave was not working. We try to heat it up one thing we had and called the front desk. They weren’t able to help, but other than that this is the best stay!

Hotel was so close to the ball field. There was breakfast at the hotel in the morning and we found it to be quiet and relaxing. There were lots of dining options in the area which was a short walk from the hotel. Would stay here again

Clean, comfortable, great location, breakfast is basic but had healthy options. 24 hr tea and coffee for free. Room was much bigger than expected, with kitchenette. Shower and bathroom was very good. Air conditioning unit was not great as it smelled so probably no hepa filter.

If you chose a room with a sofa bed then be expecting a very uncomfortable nights sleep unless you enjoy sleeping on a bed of nails…BUT when I went to the front desk asking for a room switch, Teana at the front desk was so wonderful and accommodating that it made it less inconvenient, thank you Teana. Hotel was clean, valet parking was great. For me personally, I found the ultra white lighting made the look and feel less elegant and warm than it could have been.

The hotel itself was great. But we woke up mid night by loud sound of a passing train. We found out the hotel is right beside the track. It took us an hour to get back to sleep but it wasn't over. Till morning there was a few other trains passing that makes it impossible to have good sleep. If you are going to that hotel ask for a room on there side of the building or not go at all.

The valet parking is strange but it works well unless it’s during check in time. Our party had three rooms and one had a clogged drain, one had a broken refrigerator and then one of us got locked out of our room because the security bolt caught on the door. The free breakfast was amazing, there were tons of options to choose from. The beds and sheets were extremely comfortable and the room temperature was great! We went to a baseball game at Chase field so the location was the best as it was only a couple blocks walk. There is also a grocery store and Starbucks a block away :)

We were here from Prescott for emergency eye surgery my husband had to have for detached retina. We booked 2 nights originally as we weren’t sure what surgery was going to entail. Needed a third night so I messaged via text with front desk night before and confirmed yes we could add a 3rd night and I could book via their site or 3rd party (hotels.com). Was ensured that once booked to let them Know and they would pull the reservation and keep us in same room since husband had surgery and couldn’t change rooms. He had to lay facedown for 48 hours no exceptions. Long story short message wasn’t related and there was a big deal with the reservation and getting to be able to keep same room. Front desk particularly in evening hours were not very polite, accommodating or professional. Requested toilet paper and was told “ we have nobody here to bring it up, but it will be at the front desk.” Went down to get it and front desk young lady was leaned over counter on her cell phone, chatting it up with security guard. One single roll of toilet paper was on the front desk and we asked if it was ours since we called. No real response. One single roll, half used. Not new, not clean. Not sure where from.

We were there for a 5 night stay. The first night we were very tired as we came from the eastern time zone. The room darkening blind in our room wouldn’t come down. I asked for some help and they sent Christian. He was spectacular. So kind. The shade was broken so they gave us a new room! He brought a luggage carrier up for us and was just so helpful.

Unfortunately I will not be returning to this property after the valet damaged our vehicle and when we notified the property they said to contact a third party, no sympathy, no customer service. Basically not their problem which is very unfortunate. Self parking isn’t even an option. We have never had this happen before. Now our car won’t start properly.

This is the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL HOTEL I have ever experienced. I booked this room for a Celebrity Performer that was doing an event down the street the following day. I booked the room for 2 nights through Hotels.com and paid for the room. The performer was not going to arrive until early in the morning the following day. I called the hotel on Wednesday evening at 10:00 PM to let them know that the reservation wasn't going to arrive until 10:00 AM the following morning so they wouldn't give the room away. I booked for two nights to ensure early check-in. The phone rang for 35 minutes without anyone answering. I called Hilton's 800 number and they would not do anything for me since I booked through Hotels.com. When I finally got them to pick up the phone at the hotel at 10:35, I asked if it was normal to not pick up the phone for 35 minutes. They said they were "too busy" to pick up. Then when I explained what I was trying to do, they said I had to call back at midnight. I calmly pushed back saying I had to get up at 5 AM and it wasn't really practical for me to stay up another hour and a half. They said that's their policy and then hung up on me. I called back and they didn't answer the phone. Then when I reached someone again and started over, this person hung up on me like I was in third grade. Again, I did not swear or raise my voice. The third time I was told I had to call back and find a manager. The fourth time, someone helped me. Unacceptable.

I like the location of the property being downtown and walking distance to some of the attractions and shops. Property was very clean as well and room size was awesome. Great value for that time of the year. Property is close to government center and not too much activity after dark. Street appeared deserted.

love H2S. However we showed up at 845a for a breakfast that ended at 9 and all of the actual food was gone. No good this is one of the reasons why we have booked with H2S.

Valet and receptionist was very helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean, homey and amenities were plentiful. The breakfast was tasty and had a large variety. I will be keeping this location on my list when visiting PHX in the future.

The rooms are nice and It's a quick walk to Chase Field. I loved the bar and snack selections. You can't go wrong with the waffles during breakfast. Delicious!
