Sin más. La habitación, pese a su lujo aparente, tenía un importante olor a humedad y me encontré insectos pequeños corriendo por las paredes y en el baño. La oferta alrededor del hotel es escasa. El único punto positivo es que fueron muy eficaces gestionándome un transporte de la isla a tierra firme para que pudiera salir antes de que llegara el monzón.

Bella struttura, purtroppo in città stanno costruendo molto (in particolare devono aver aggiunto di recente un immenso villaggio proprio poco distante dalla struttura e la struttura a fianco sta costruendo degli altri piani riducendo la vistra sul lato sinistro), quindi la vista che da sulla città non è come mi ero aspettato La struttura e vicino alle spiagge più famose Cat Co 1 Beach, Cat Co 2 Beach e Cat Co 3 Beach. Diciamo che se il personale fosse più sorridente sarebbe meglio, ogni volta che passi vicino alla reception salutano prontamente ma senza nemmeno guardarti. Qui, come in altre due strutture in Vietnam, per i pagamenti con carta di credito ti aggiungono un ' addizionale del 3%

Everything was amazing. The decor of the hotel is out of a novel, nestled on a mountain side, our room had a private balcony on a mountain ledge. Room was clean and worked well for our excursions into town and to explore the areas.

This is a lower end hotel made to look from appearances like and awesome place! The hot water literally last for about 2-3 minutes for a shower and then you have to wait another 15-20 minutes for more hot water for only 2-3 minutes worth of hot water. It’s impossible for 2 people to take a shower unless it’s together and very rushed but still you will have ice cold water 1/2 way through your shower. There was also a very loud party in the 3rd floor on the outside balcony that kept us up into the night around 22:00 with then singing karaoke extremely loud. Most tour start early so this made us get minimal sleep having to wake up at 6:00am. We had 1 power outlet next to the bed and the Air conditioner hardly worked. We messaged the hotel through hotels.com with our complaints before posting this review and they never responded. We even complained to hotels.com customer service and they messaged the hotel and still no response.
