Great parking! Great breakfast! Helpful kind staff!

My stay was great and the staffs was professional,friendly. No Complain.

This reservation was CANCELLED because my room was not available after over an hour past check in time. I left a deposit when I got there, and was STILL charged for the whole night. 4 phone calls later, including a message to the manager got us nowhere. The reservation desk assured us that we would be credited and even gave us a gift for our trouble. I’m guessing she knew we would pay no matter what.

Everything was good. Really clean and comfortable. My only complaint was water pressure in shower was not good. But overall a great stay

Gave us a 2 queen room instead of a king, would’ve preferred the other. The front desk didn’t allow late checkout even though the manager said it was okay a few days prior. I probably won’t go back.
