This hotel is as advertised. Simple. Sparse. No muss, no fuss. The communication with management was really good. Parking is tricky. Street parking only. If you're just looking for a place to rest your head in an interesting neighborhood for a low cost, this is great.

Need more info on absentee landlords.

I didnt use the pool. No room service after initial check in. Asked for towels and didnt get a reply. They read the message and ignored me. No kitchen it felt tight and like hostel not a hotel. I wouldn't recommend it at all.

Only one hand towel, no bath towels for shower, only two small pillows, bathroom looked like there was black mold on the ceiling, we checked in late so no one to talk to and no parking nearby.

The place has a lot of mold and lacks essential amenities. There are no fresh towels, toilet paper, paper towels, cups, or utensils. The excessive mold and lack of windows made the place feel suffocating. Additionally, I had to constantly message them to request a cleaning. This place is suitable for a short stay, perhaps one or two nights. The location is convenient, being just one block away from a 24/7 market and close to the main Loiza Street.
