Macchiato Resort Savannakhet Opposite Thai Embassy

朝食はビュッフェタイプで、4つ星レベル、レストランで卵焼きやヌードルを作ってくれるところまであったら5つ星。野菜は日本人が食べなれない苦くて硬い野菜しかないので、個人的にはもう少し種類が欲しい。フルーツが古くて前日のものが出てると思う。スイカが古くて腐ってたので食べれなかった。 スタッフは親切です。 2階の部屋で階段しかなく、足を怪我していたので、上り下りがちょっとしんどかった。 部屋も十分な広さですが、大きな窓があってもカーテンを開けると外の廊下を歩く人から丸見えになるので、ホテルの設計が悪いかなと思います。 これだけ高めのホテルなので、バスタブがあっても良いんじゃないかなとも思いました。 あとはキャンセルの払い戻しができない点も次から利用することはないと思いました。

Clean, staff, breakfast was the best I have ever see

I think the upkeep of the property is going down a bit. Last time I stay here’s everything look brand news. Now it look old just from a year ago. I Liked everything about it, breakfast was the best I see so far. Love their take on laos food, they make every dish special. They make it tiny but it perfectly makes. Their staff is the best I see. Pay attention to the customer. Giving 5 stars to the staff

19時にレストランが閉まっては困る。石鹸、シャンプーも極小ボトル１つずつでは節約して使わざるを得なかった

This place is basically a hotel room. That’s it. Definitely not a resort. They only serve continental breakfast. No lunch. No dinner. The room didn’t have a closet. They only supplied one towel per person. There was nothing to do as you would expect from a resort. Noisy at night.
