I had read promising reviews about this hotel and I must say that it has gone beyond my expectations. Sorry for not remember your names: personnel at reception very helpful when needed, staff from the restaurant looking after us since our arrival facilitating and booking the same table every day which was close to the buffet to make it easier for my wife as she is a disabled person, staff from the beach bar the same or even more, the maid who made our room every day leaving petals on the bed drawing shapes, also leaving two baskets of fruit and always smiling and greeting us when we bumped into each other in the mornings. Keep working like that and keep providing this amazing service to your customers. THANK YOU and really MUCH APPRECIATED.

Öncelikle şunu söylemek istiyorum otelde havlularımız çalındı. Havlum çok pahalı bir markaya ait ve sınırlı kişiler için üretilen bir havluydu. Buna otel göz yumdu ve bunun yerine bize önerdikleri ise tamamen kullanışsız bir spa hizmetiydi. Dalga geçtiklerini düşündük ama ciddilermiş. Hem de tatilimizin 2. Gününde başımıza geldi. Sonrasında yerini doldurmasa da otelden havaalanına transfer istedik ücretsiz olarak onda da bize para ödettiler. Gerçekten asla ve asla gitmeyin parasını bile hak etmiyor çok daha iyi oteller var aynı fiyata. Hayatımda ilk defa böyle bir şey yaşadım. Avrupada gitmediğim ülke kalmadı ki derler Avrupada hırsızlık çoktur, bir kez bile başıma böyle bir şey gelmedi, burada geldi. Korkudan 1 hafta boyunca house keeping bile sokmadık odaya. Gerçekten kesinlikle önermiyorum asla ve asla gitmeyin böyle bir rezillik olamaz

Amazing stay. Staff were so friendly and helpful, especially Zainab and the reception staff. Room, beach, pools were all great. Couldn’t recommend enough!

Hôtel dans un groupement de 3 hotels. Indiqué 5 étoiles. Point positif : serveurs et autres personnels très serviables, un buffet pour petit déj et dîner très très diversifié et bon, une très belle vue sur la mer, suite spacieuse, très calme Point négatif : communication difficile avec l'hôtel avant l'arrivée, literie trop dure et inadmissible de faire payer 50 dt par personne et par jour pour accéder à une salle de sport en sous sol sans fenêtre, ça ce n'est pas digne d'un 5 étoiles
