5 friends and I stayed here during a motorcycle trip we were on. The garage was big enough for all 6 bikes to fit in for the night which was nice. The backyard was definitely the highlight for us with a great view and comfortable seating.

House in Kanab was outstanding, just a wonderful experience. Location close to everything we wanted- Zion, Bryce, North Rim Grand Canyon all just short drive away. House is in nice quiet neighborhood. View of cliffs behind house just beautiful. Lovely garden with covered terrace made for a great spot to enjoy breakfast, a cup of tea/coffee, or a glass of wine in the evening. There was a problem with the dryer- I texted Host Thierry, he answered within 20 minutes, and had a repairman out the next day! Then a smoke detector battery was “chirping early one morning- texted Host and again within 10 minutes responded and went above and beyond to resolve ASAP. House was clean & comfy. Definitely recommend this house and Host!

We needed somewhere to stay after driving up from Arizona to do the Ragnar Trail Zion at Ponderosa Ranch. This location was perfect, and the house had everything we needed. We had some trouble with the lockbox to access the key at check in, but the host was quick to respond to text messages (even though we arrived at almost 11pm) and then we got the help we needed to get in and everything was fine! Would definitely stay here again if I come back with family to do more exploring of Zion NP. The views from the backyard are positively STUNNING and this house is in an excellent location with plenty of space for a large group of travelers.

Large beautiful home with a great backyard view. Great location near Zion and Bryce. Sand caves are a fun quick trip. Safe quiet neighborhood. Plenty of parking space, and a garage to get the car out of the heat. Wish we could have stayed longer.

The house was fantastic and everything was as advertised. The house was very well equipped with plenty of linens, pots and pans, dishware, and.paper goods. Each bathroom had dispensers in the shower with shower gel, conditioner and shampoo which was extraordinary. TV even had Netflix. The outdoor patio was very relaxing in the evening. We were able to park our vehicle in the garage every night. Location was awesome with the rock formations right behind the house. We were very satisfied and would definitely stay there again.

The stay was wonderful. We used the house as a ‘base’ for visiting the North Rim of the Grand Canyou, Zion, Pink Coral Sands and just taking drives to see all of the beautiful cliffs and rock formations. The yard was right below some beautiful red cliffs. Thierry was very responsive and even replaced the coffee pot the next day after we told him the one in the house took an hour to make a pot!! Not good when you have 5 adults wanting their coffee in the morning!!There are some very good restaurants in Kanab and we had several nice meals out while we were there.There was a momma hummingbird in her nest in the light on the front porch. We would peek out the door to see her. So very cute!!The kitchen was well equipped and was ‘multiple cook’ friendly.

Fantastic vacation home! Beautiful location with amazing views. The outside space is relaxing and spacious. The house was very clean and had everything we could need and more. The beds were comfortable. The pictures don't do it justice. We would definitely stay here again.

A very unique location right next to the red mountains of Kanab. Local hikes are literally right out the front door. The property Itself was plenty of room for our mixed family group. We really loved the outdoor space which had a nice table and chairs a peaceful garden with pond nearby. It was summer so we didn’t use the fire pits or any of the grills. The home itself is very well organized for guests.

My wife and I traveled to Kanab for Grand Circle Trailfest and this house was walking distance to Jacob Hamblin Park which was very convenient for us. Overall great house, had everything we needed. Great views in the backyard.

The location is amazing with the cliffs literally in the backyard.The house is quaint and charming.Only downside in my opinion is the carpeting is worn and probably time to be replaced, but I would not let that stop you from staying here.

We planned to visit some of the National Parks in AZ / UT. This location in Kanab was a perfect place to use as home base. The house was very clean, in a quiet area, well stocked with all the essentials, and the owner was extremely responsive to questions. The view of from the back yard of the cliffs was stellar! Two grocery stores within a couple of miles of the house and a decent choice of restaurants in the area. We enjoyed our stay here and the chance to visit a beautiful part of the country.

Overall, the house was very clean and very nice. It has a beautiful view. We were happy with our stay, and I recommend it to others. Two things: 1) I was initially frustrated, because we didn't receive the code needed for the key. For whatever reason, we didn't get an automated response with that info. However, once the owner realized this, he was prompt to help us, and it turned out fine. 2) A member of our group noted there were ants in the laundry room. However, we didn't see any elsewhere. Again, overall it was a great place to stay.

We loved hiking the trails that go up the red hills in the back yard. The place itself is very spacious and clean with a beautiful patio. The host is great, very communicative and we had no issues. We will absolutely stay here again the next time.

We ended up driving around and being away from the property much more than expected. But the area was great for us and when we came back tired at night, we had a great place to stay. The 4 bedrooms was great for a larger family group. Kitchen/cooking amenities were what we needed! Neighborhood was quiet. We had a great time!

I want to give 5 stars because the location was great, the size was just right, there were lots of towels, my kids liked that even though the bedrooms were smaller, they could have their own room, and the kitchen seemed to have what it needed. The only problem is it was not quite ready for us when we arrived, but the owner was very quick to respond and take care of things.

The house has plenty of room and beautifully decorated. The outside area is lovely along with the amazing view. Contact with the owner was very easy with prompt responses. So comfortable and cozy that it felt like being at home. Highly recommend this rental.

The owner was responsive to questions. The home was clean. The beds were comfortable, though as mentioned in previous reviews, the pillows were thin. (There were 4 thin pillows on each bed which helped a little.) We were happy to have a place to stay after a day at the North Rim since there were no vacancies at the North Rim. But the photos make the outside landscaping and home interior appear newer than it is. The red rock behind the house is beautiful; wish more of it could be seen from the back patio and inside the home. The available frying pans probably should be replaced. The cleaning fee seems high since we were expected to strip the bed clothes, then load and start the washing machine. And load and start the dishwasher. Just FYI, we don't recommend pizza from the local pizzeria, Lotsa Motsa. It was extremely expensive and in our opinion didn't taste that good. Stick with tried and true Pizza Hut!

We needed somewhere to stay after driving up from Arizona to do the Ragnar Trail Zion at Ponderosa Ranch. This location was perfect, and the house had everything we needed. We had some trouble with the lockbox to access the key at check in, but the host was quick to respond to text messages (even though we arrived at almost 11pm) and then we got the help we needed to get in and everything was fine! Would definitely stay here again if I come back with family to do more exploring of Zion NP. The views from the backyard are positively STUNNING and this house is in an excellent location with plenty of space for a large group of travelers.

The stay was wonderful. We used the house as a ‘base’ for visiting the North Rim of the Grand Canyou, Zion, Pink Coral Sands and just taking drives to see all of the beautiful cliffs and rock formations. The yard was right below some beautiful red cliffs. Thierry was very responsive and even replaced the coffee pot the next day after we told him the one in the house took an hour to make a pot!! Not good when you have 5 adults wanting their coffee in the morning!!There are some very good restaurants in Kanab and we had several nice meals out while we were there.There was a momma hummingbird in her nest in the light on the front porch. We would peek out the door to see her. So very cute!!The kitchen was well equipped and was ‘multiple cook’ friendly.

The house was very clean, in a quiet area, well stocked with all the essentials, and the owner was extremely responsive to questions. The view of from the back yard of the cliffs was stellar! Two grocery stores within a couple of miles of the house and a decent choice of restaurants in the area. We enjoyed our stay here and the chance to visit a beautiful part of the country.

Really nice and spacious house and very well equipped with everything you need. Well located for Zion park, entering though the less busy east entrance, and we also visited Red canyon (Peek-a-boo) and the animal sanctuary, both very close. The owner is very quick in responding and very friendly. Would definitely recommend.

House in Kanab was outstanding, just a wonderful experience. Location close to everything we wanted- Zion, Bryce, North Rim Grand Canyon all just short drive away. House is in nice quiet neighborhood. View of cliffs behind house just beautiful. Lovely garden with covered terrace made for a great spot to enjoy breakfast, a cup of tea/coffee, or a glass of wine in the evening. There was a problem with the dryer- I texted Host Thierry, he answered within 20 minutes, and had a repairman out the next day! Then a smoke detector battery was “chirping early one morning- texted Host and again within 10 minutes responded and went above and beyond to resolve ASAP. House was clean & comfy. Definitely recommend this house and Host!

Large beautiful home with a great backyard view. Great location near Zion and Bryce. Sand caves are a fun quick trip. Safe quiet neighborhood. Plenty of parking space, and a garage to get the car out of the heat. Wish we could have stayed longer.

My wife and I traveled to Kanab for Grand Circle Trailfest and this house was walking distance to Jacob Hamblin Park which was very convenient for us. Overall great house, had everything we needed. Great views in the backyard.

This is a wonderful place in a great location. We used it as our base for 5 days and traveled to many of the major sites: Grand Canyon north rim, Zion, Bryce, Cedar Breaks, and also explored the local area. We loved hiking the trails that go up the red hills in the back yard. The place itself is very spacious and clean with a beautiful patio. The host is great, very communicative and we had no issues. We will absolutely stay here again the next time.

We ended up driving around and being away from the property much more than expected. But the area was great for us and when we came back tired at night, we had a great place to stay. The 4 bedrooms was great for a larger family group. Kitchen/cooking amenities were what we needed! Neighborhood was quiet. We had a great time!

I want to give 5 stars because the location was great, the size was just right, there were lots of towels, my kids liked that even though the bedrooms were smaller, they could have their own room, and the kitchen seemed to have what it needed. The only problem is it was not quite ready for us when we arrived, but the owner was very quick to respond and take care of things.

Fantastic property with fabulous location. Beauty in every direction. Our group did Hog Canyon, Peek a boo slot, white pocket, the Grand Canyon, and Zion. Property was centrally located from so much beauty. We enjoyed grilling each night in the backyard under amazing views and stars. Excellent.

The house was fantastic and everything was as advertised. The house was very well equipped with plenty of linens, pots and pans, dishware, and.paper goods. Each bathroom had dispensers in the shower with shower gel, conditioner and shampoo which was extraordinary. TV even had Netflix. The outdoor patio was very relaxing in the evening. We were able to park our vehicle in the garage every night. Location was awesome with the rock formations right behind the house. We were very satisfied and would definitely stay there again.

The owner was responsive to questions. The home was clean. The beds were comfortable, though as mentioned in previous reviews, the pillows were thin. (There were 4 thin pillows on each bed which helped a little.) We were happy to have a place to stay after a day at the North Rim since there were no vacancies at the North Rim. But the photos make the outside landscaping and home interior appear newer than it is. The red rock behind the house is beautiful; wish more of it could be seen from the back patio and inside the home. The available frying pans probably should be replaced. The cleaning fee seems high since we were expected to strip the bed clothes, then load and start the washing machine. And load and start the dishwasher. Just FYI, we don't recommend pizza from the local pizzeria, Lotsa Motsa. It was extremely expensive and in our opinion didn't taste that good. Stick with tried and true Pizza Hut!

We stayed here as a halfway point between our Zion and Grand Canyon visits. This house was comfortable and perfect for our needs - a place to make a nice meal and relax as we prepared for a big hike. Great communication with the owners.

We were a little concerned when we arrived because the area by the driveway looked clear and pristine on the VRBO site. When we arrived, it was covered with weeds and the grounds looked unkept. However as we entered the home we were pleasantly surprised. The home was clean, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen had all the amenities we needed except the aluminum (we forgot)!We appreciate the efforts the owners put into providing a comfortable, relaxing place for their guests and would definitely recommend their home to friends coming to visit the Kanab area!
