#House Rules ■ There is no parking lot in the facility. Sorry to trouble you, but please use a coin parking near you. There are about 6 coin parking lots within a 5-minute walk. Since it is close to the station, there are relatively many coin parking lots. There are also some rental bicycles, so please take advantage of them. ■ The number of guests will be ¥ 2500 for each additional guest from the third person. (No increase for 2 guests) * If the number of guests is found to be false, an additional ¥ 5,000 will be charged per person. Please be careful. ■ Please contact us if you need cleaning, linen replacement, or replenishment of amenities during your long-term stay. ■ Do not throw trash outside, but keep it indoors. If it gets in the way during a long stay, I will visit you regularly for collection. Alternatively, there is a container box near the smoking area outside, so you can store it in it. ■ Check-in time is basically from 15:00, but if the cleaning and inspection is completed early, it is possible to shorten the time. We will contact you when the cleaning and inspection is completed on the day. Please note that if cleaning is prolonged, it will be from 15:00. Check-out time is 10am. ■ Please spend quietly after 20:00 without making noise. The neighborhood is a residence. Never get drunk and make noise or play loud music. Close the windows tightly at night to prevent sound from leaking out. Please note that you may be asked to pay attention to noise. ■ Smoking areas are located outside the building.
