The hotel wasn't terrible by any means, but it was definitely nothing fancy. My room smelled like an entire bottle of cologne had been spilled in it. The scent was so strong that it gave me a terrible headache, and I almost asked to switch rooms, but I didn't want to make a big deal out of it. The main bathroom light did not work, and several of the lamps had burnt-out bulbs. Another issue was the window coverings. Most of the window was covered only by sheer curtains, while the "blackout" curtains were positioned on the sides more as decoration than functional curtains. Normally this wouldn't have been a big issue, but the parking lot lights were extremely bright and shined directly into my room all night. It would be very nice if the blackout curtains actually covered the window and blocked the light. The staff was very friendly, and the hotel was clean and not unpleasant overall. However, the jets in the hot tub also did not work, which was disappointing.
