Bonjour ce séjours, vraiment agréable et apaisant,le personnel au top ,le spa ,le massage, la piscine vraiment top et le top de séjours le restaurant c'était vraiment délicieux 😋. Je recommande cette hôtel a tous.

Accueil a la hauteur du site majestueux, et personnel aux petits soins, prevenants et gentils. Spa un peu vetuste dans czrtains équipements ou prestations, mais tres propre et encore une fois personnel au top. A recommander sans problème, d'autant que le cadre est juste incroyable !

Disappointing service and meal options as it was a Tuesday! The limited wine menu, never has any stock and you are always offered an alternative. We had to ask for the wine menu and our dinner got cold whilst waiting for our wine, as it wasn't in stock but noone bothered to tell us until we chased them. There were only 7 tables, but our dirty plates were left in front of us for ages and the 'Fawlty Towers waiter', had no structure to his service. Also rather than dinner served in the lovely dining room, it was served in the breakfast room on sticky plastic mats. This is our third time here, and things have not got better, it feels like the love and care have gone and jobs that were outstanding 4 years ago are still outstanding. The food was nice, but we wanted the gastronimique menu and was not advised that this was unavailable at booking, so had no choice but have the lesser menu. Previously it was available on a Tuesday, as this is the day we travel home.After eating breakfast a previous year, we did not bother this time as other hotels give you much better options with hot food, and better quality items for the same price. The shower leaked and the sealant is mouldy. We could not have the windows open during the night due to noise from the frogs!! But the duvet was a tog you would use in winter, and there was no fan, so it was not a comfortable nights sleep, being summer. We will not visit again due to the Tuesday menu choice, as this outweighed the negatives previously

Property is remarkable, but needs TLC. Staff were wonderful

Séjour d'une nuit pour le travail. Expérience extrêmement désagreable. Si la chambre en elle-même était correcte et assez confortable, le service lui, est tout simplement honteux et non professionnel. Je ne mentionnerai que très rapidement les cheveux dans la baignoire et le rouleau de papier toilette quasiment fini et sale (!) lors de mon arrivée dans la chambre. Je vais en revanche insister sur le manque total de professionnalisme du propriétaire des lieux.
