Stay was nice they need to work on their elevator and the breakfast could be much better but overall great rooms nice staff

I liked the property. Everyone was pleasant. There is a bar across the street and it gets a little rowdy towards the evening.

I liked the ease of parking and the location accessibility to so many things.

Rooms are renovated but restaurant is in property due to lots of people come to restaurant, parking is issue and very noisy until mid night also feel very unsafe due to environment.

The parking was easily accessible although the club next to the facility had patrons who were parked there I was able to find a spot and had to walk a little ways to reach my car

Nice stay, clean place, just a little parking lot work that was very loud early in the morning.

There is a busy bar in the parking lot which required cops to be sitting outside at night. Very noisy and it constantly smelled like smoke because it is an open motel. Elevator did not work. People constantly walking back and forth and yelling all night. Room was updated and clean for the most part, there was debris under the bed. No fridge or microwave( which I was made aware of after booking so it wasn't a shock). Manager upon checking in was pleasant. Agent while checking out said nothing just took my cards. Overall, decent for a night if you are a heavy sleeper.

Great staff. Parking lot is tight

The rooms are clean. 3 things that I really don't like. 1st I've for so ling to check in because their internet was so bad. 2nd there's no elevator, our rooms are in the 3rd floor. 3rd one was there's no internet.

Towels and bed were clean. Tub and toilet looked worn. Toilet bowl was dirty. The floor was dirty. No iron and board.

Was not kidding did was not comfortable time in the bathroom but the child's book after was certain machine but the bottom was not the absolute I believe was dirty underneath so rack fully towels working Dusty the floor was sticky and dirty had to have housekeeper need to come back in in

I was so incredibly grateful for this experience and super impressed by the cleanliness and comfort of the room. It was obviously not brand new or freshly renovated and I didn’t expect that but the cleanliness was incredible, the bed was extremely comfortable and the room overall was just unexpectedly wonderful.

You cannot offer juice/coffee/breakfast bars and claim that you offer breakfast. There is no toaster. No waffle maker. No muffins. No fruit. Guest would be better off to go up the road to Weis and pickup breakfast groceries. Exercise room looked lovely. It is obvious that this is a property that is currently being worked on as the furnishing were new and the paint was fresh. However, the landings need swept daily. You cannot allow smoking on balcony areas. It comes right into the rooms. Room was freshly cleaned but cigarette burns in blanket. Microwave and refrigerator were clean.

The rooms labeled as smoke free, we signed the agreement not to smoke. However, when we walked in to the rooms, both rooms were full of smoke and stuffed. We had to refresh ourselves. There is a sign in the room which stated that "if smoke occurs during your stay, a $250 cleaning fee will be billed.." But, i wonder if they actually clean the rooms. The floor is dirty. Hotel rooms usualy place trave size toothpaste, bottle of water... , I don't see nothing. We checked in late and had to leave early so we didn't request rooms swap. We were not happy about room conditions.

Newly renovated and super clean. I surprisingly nice room for the money.

Checking in and out was very easy and quick and the room seemed to have been updated more recently than I was expecting. The only complaint is that the shower curtain rod fixtures were installed upside down so the curtain couldn't stay all the way open while showering. Other than that, it was a very pleasant stay at a reasonable price.

Rooms were beautiful! Everything was remodeled & stunning. Bathtubs had some cracks but I didn’t mind. Staff was nice! Great for the price.

Beds are pretty comfortable, and there is a great seafood restaurant next door. Great for when on a budget. Bathrooms are big and accessible

The floors were greasy, but otherwise the room was fine. The noise was unbelievable coming from the club that shares a parking lot. Between 12:30-1am, people were yelling and motorcycles were revving their wngines so loudly it seemed they were actually up on the motel balcony. Horrible night's sleep.

This hotel has been updated and looks very nice. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Maybe not the best pillows but they did the job. Definitely would stay here again.

The microwaves and refrigerators haven't been installed yet, but I did receive a notification in advance.

Had to change rooms for consistent internet connection. Bar in parking lot had Monday special so very noisy and crowded with cars. Good security on site kept things cool. Lots of effort from hotel.

I paid for a late check out (1pm) but was woken up by housekeeping at 11am asking if I was checking out and a second housekeeper knocked half hour later asking tyne same question. Other than that, Everything was perfect.

I have stayed here numerous times, but I have never come across a staff member who was so unkind. When I called, the young man hung up on me because I was taking too long to find my confirmation. He was just so unpleasant.

We were here for a quick overnight trip. We left very early in the morning. The proximity to the highway was very convenient. The hotel was busy, but the staff were efficient and helpful.

The staff here was more than excellent. I was staying here because of the loss of my home due to a house fire. The clerk on duty the night I came in made sure I had extra towels, blankets, and toiletries to get that first night. When I got sick in the bed from the effects of smoke inhalation, they came to change the bedding immediately. I cannot give enough praise for the staff of this facility.

The only issue I had was my room was not cleaned I even went to front desk to request for someone to clean it after my 2 night and no one showed up

It was a nice experience. Great staff, nice facilities, well equipped. I don't like the fact I had to check in online and had to arrive at the hotel and wait at the frontdesk for additional 20minutes to check in again. Don't make me check in online when I have to recheck-in when I arrive. I was also charged online when checking in and charged additional when checking in again at the frontdesk. I am hoping that would be reverted. Other than these concerns, everything looks good.

I booked this hotel after our late night flight was delayed by 3 hours. I put comments in the notes section while booking that we were arriving on a late flight, the estimated time that the flight our land and specifically stated “Please hold room.” The reservation was made at 11pm Monday night and we landed at 2:06am Tuesday. After arriving at the hotel, the front desk associate told us we would have to wait to check in while she finished closing out her nightly paperwork. We complied, patiently waiting 5 minutes after being awake almost 24 hours for her to complete her paperwork. When she proceeded to “check us in” she told us she just cancelled the reservation when she turned over the day (the process she made us wait for her to do) and we would have to call Orbitz to get it fixed as there was “nothing she could do.” I asked why she would cancel the reservation when I made a note. She stated because the note said we would be there by 2am. I said, no, the note said the flight was landing at 2am and requested the room be held. She then told me I made the reservation for the wrong day and should have made it for Tuesday night and not Monday into Tuesday. I said no, because then you wouldn’t let me check in until 3pm Tuesday night, and I need the room now (it was 3am Tuesday morning). I requested that she just fix the reservation that she cancelled and she refused saying there was “nothing she could do” and she was just “doing her job.”

The room was clean and the staff very nice at check in. The hotel shares the busy parking lot with a popular bar. The area is loud and the parking lot not great after dark. Not a top choice for a woman traveling alone in my opinion.

This property was scary. We pulled in at night greeted by security/ police cars with lights flashing. Women at the desk was pleasant although hidden completely behind glass. She did want to say our room number aloud in the lobby due to safety!!!! The parking lot was full of people milling about late at night & then empty in the morning. It was pretty sketchy & scary. Don’t recommend staying here!

Decent motel in a busy urban commercial area.

If this hotel was in a nicer area and better up keep. It wouldnt be bad. We came to the hotel around 9pm after a tournament. And 3 cop cars were there arresting someone. Also the partying and screaming around 4am. Everyone staying at the hotel i talked to were nice.

Since the hotel is so close to a restaurant/bar, Security Blvd and I-695, it wasn't very quiet. But, it was a nice value for the $. Included breakfast was "continental" - muffins, breakfast bars, and coffee/tea.

The stay was comfortable and convenient to food and the highway.

It was a nice place, but it is in Baltimore so safety was a little concerning. It was also loud. You could here the traffic and people walking by during the night.

The place is close to highway. It is great for commute and close to many big stores.

Says breakfast included as a grab n go. Literally it eas coffee, juice, and a granola bar. Nothing else, this is not breakfast this is a granola bar. Need to offer fruit, yogurt, or other resdy to eat items as choices. The stairwell and elevator areas smelled like urine

Pretty average for a Super 8. Well maintained but not outstanding The most outstanding thing was the lack of breakfast. They advertise free breakfast but the only thing available was little granola bars. No fruit . No yougurt. Nothing hot. An empty 8 foot table with two little bowls of granola bars. I felt lied to and insulted.

The room was perfect. Bed and pillows were very confortable. The room was Very clean. The breakfast did not live up to my expectations. there were only pop tarts and muffins. No fruit.

Check-in procedures took FOREVER despite having gone to the trouble of going through online check-in beforehand. Although it's not under the hotel's control, the bar nextdoor seems to be a problem, as we had numerous loud people right outside our room at all hours of the night; it just didn't make for a restful experience. And if you list "free breakfast" as an accommodation, I'm going to give you low marks when it's a PopTarts (with no toaster available) and single-wrapped muffins.

Expedia advertised a complimentary breakfast, but a few hours after I booked a non-refundable room, I received an email saying that Breakfast was a light grab-and-go breakfast. In fact, they had granola bars, bad coffee, and juice. I would be embarrassed to call it a breakfast. I used the search engine to select places with Breakfast, and this hotel should be excluded from this category. Also, at 8 am, I received an annoying email to let them know my checkout time and to do my pre-checkout. I advise against it since checkout is at 11:00 am and you still need to check out in person. The rooms were very clean, the sheets spotless white. The room we stayed in smelled of cigar smoke, but it is a smoke-free hotel, so it must have come from the hallways.

For the price of the rooms outrageous for a hotel that does not serve hot breakfast. Other hotels include hot breakfast for the price that you’re paying to stay that location for any other hotels that are charging that much for one night serve hot breakfast not to go breakfast
