Great location, hotel room was super roomy for my family if six, beds super comfy and it was quiet at night and slept great! the grounds were well kept and the pool heated. The staff very friendly and helpful. Easy check in and check out! Would definitely stay again.

Downside was that the pool was not heated as promised. I called ahead to verify before making the reservation and even a day before arriving they confirmed it is heated. Once arrived the water was freezing

Beautiful Hamptons atmosphere with great rooms /suite with modern living rooms with gliding doors facing the secure fenced grounds were my dog could walk freely. Each suite comes with a semi private beautiful furniture patio area to relax and enjoy sunset. My daughter and I loved it.

I really loved this hotel. The staff was friendly and enthusiastic. They went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. It was dog friendly. The room was large and clean and had every amenity you could want. I can’t wait to go back next summer!

I loved this hotel. It was cute, quaint and a perfect girls trip stay. Only thing that was amiss was one of the tv remotes wasn’t working but my friend and I discovered that we could use the other remote to control both tvs. It was only just a battery issue with the remote which isn’t a big deal. The rooms and the pool area are so prestine. I wish I had the chance to use the pool but the activities I planned didn’t align with the time.

Had a wonderful stay at The Bentley Hotel Southampton. The room was spacious, stylish, and spotless. I especially loved the record player — such a unique and thoughtful touch that made the stay feel personal and relaxing. The overall vibe of the room and the layout were perfect. Cleanliness is clearly a high priority at this location. The room was beautifully decorated and they seem to have thought of everything in terms of what people need to enjoy their stay. Going into the summer season, it may be a good idea to a dustpan and broom for the sand.

Was greeted with a goodie bag containing a green tea & cookies from local vendors. The front desk staff was super friendly and informed us of the amenities. Our room looked exactly like the pictures on Expedia. The room was super clean and comfortable. I loved the detail they put in the decor. Pool was clean and had some pool toys. Lemonade was also offered at the pool. If you are on the fence with booking, do it! You won’t regret staying here!

We were staying one night on a Saturday. After my daughter got strep, I called the property the day before to ask if we could potentially change the date. I offered to send a doctors note and even the prescription she was provided because she was miserarble. Was told to call the morning of, which I did. Steve then said he would speak to the "team" about my request and to call in two hours. I told him I understood the weekends were now busy and was happy to stay one day during the week, prior to the June season kick off. Said the weekday made the request easier. I called in 2 hours, he was busy. Called 2.5 hours, he was busy. Called 3 hours later and he said "oh, hold on", put me on hold for 5 minutes (clearly to go speak to the "team") and then came back and said sorry we can\'t do it, you should come alone. I did tell him that I didn\'t want to waste my money and if they couldn\'t accommodate me perhaps I would go alone. However, if that were the case, I would have gone at 8am, not leaving at noon. I wasted the entire day driving instead of sitting at the pool. Absolutely dissapointed by this lack of flexibility and the lack of communication preventing me from enjoying my stay. Outside balcony was too dirty to sit on sofas. Killed several spiders in the bathroom. No bathroom at pool area. Nice room. Would not go back because of the bad customer service.

It's a bit noisy from the road nearby, but other than that I cannot complain. But... The description of the room said that it has a kitchenette and that is very important to my family. I was very happy with this stylish "mini apartment". The kitchenette has microwave and keurig coffeemaker (with supplies to make coffee) and a fridge with freezer. There are no utensils, bowls, plates etc. I would bring an ice cube tray then you don't have to go far for the ice machine, where there were also washing machines and dryers. There are 2 huge TV's and 2 sinks (one outside bathroom with a counter and huge mirror). There's A table with 4 chairs, 2 cube ottomans, a couch and another chair and desk. I could've had a party! The way the hotel is set up the balconies and pool are on the high traffic and loud side of route 27, even though the hotel is not ON route 27. The room is quiet when you close the sliding door and the bedrooms are in back and quiet. Breakfast in lobby is just wrapped muffins, cereal bars and granola bars and 24hr coffee (keurig) with liquid cream rather than powder in rooms.

Looks can be deceiving. The outside of the the Bentley reminds me of a motel, almost like a Schitt's Creek type (2 floors, walk-up stairs to get to the 2nd floor, etc.) But, I was pleasantly supprised by the room we stayed in. It was a suite and very clean and spacious. The Staff were so friendly and the area surrounding the pool looked really nice as. well. Oh yeah, each room has a record player, don't forget to bring your vinyl. But if you don't bring your own, the hotel has some vinyl records to borrow. Although the pricing seemed a bit high for off-season, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

A hidden gem. Except for the thin floors and hearing the people above’s every footstep, it was a wonderful place to stay. The king suite is a huge room, clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly and accommodating.

The hotel is located in a central part of Southampton, with most attractions within 5–10 miles. It’s clean, well-kept, and the room was spacious and well-equipped. Unfortunately, the service—specifically from Joseph—was disappointing. Upon arrival, I was mistaken for a delivery person, which felt dismissive and rude. The check-in process was quick but lacked basic information like Wi-Fi, amenities, or hotel services. I was handed a list of nearby restaurants, as the hotel doesn’t offer on-site dining beyond snacks and drinks. On checkout day, I requested a non-resident beach parking pass. Joseph provided one along with a waiver and a warning about a $500 fee if not returned the same day. He mentioned flooding and that Dune Road might be closed, but didn’t offer to check the status—despite being at a computer. Later, when I asked to return the pass by 2pm, he refused, saying it was due at checkout (11am), contradicting his earlier statement that it was valid “for the day.” He reluctantly extended the deadline to 1pm, which barely allowed time to drive to the beach and enjoy it. There was no flexibility, even though the hotel was quiet and I saw at least 10 unused passes available. Overall, while the hotel itself is fine, the lack of courtesy and accommodation from staff made the experience frustrating and disappointing.

My family and I were visiting Southampton from Queens because I was graduating from my Graduate Program at Stony Brook University's Southampton campus. Upon stepping into the main office of the hotel, I was greeted warmly (I believe the gentleman's name is, Christian). He had a big smile on his face, was super present and kind. I felt welcomed right away. He asked if I needed any help with luggage, and I told him that I didn't, but he helped my family and I anyway. The complimentary bag of waters and snacks was such a great touch. The suite my family and I stayed in was clean, spacious, and welcoming! I will definitely return!

We checked into The Bentley in South Hampton & found it to be Superb! Everything was Outstanding especially Steve! A Special Thank You to Steve for the Early check in of our Three Spacious, Clean, Rooms with All the Comforts needed Plus!! We arrived extra early & we were All Graciously Accommodated Immediately & with Courtesy, Respect & a Smooth & Quick Check In! We were attending a Wedding in Aquabogue & were Graciously accommodated! Thank you again Steve for Going All Out for Us!! And Thank You for Assisting us with much needed Directions! Look forward to returning to this Gem!

The only negative takeaways was the pool closes too early compared to other hotels we stay at. I wish i was refunded at least some of the money from a cancelation we made or at least offer us another night with a similar price to what we previously paid. I think there could have been a little flexibility with that situation. We will consider staying there again on our next trip to the Hamptons.

We were staying one night on a Saturday. After my daughter got strep, I called the property the day before to ask if we could potentially change the date. I offered to send a doctors note and even the prescription she was provided because she was miserarble. Was told to call the morning of, which I did. Steve then said he would speak to the "team" about my request and to call in two hours. I told him I understood the weekends were now busy and was happy to stay one day during the week, prior to the June season kick off. Said the weekday made the request easier. I called in 2 hours, he was busy. Called 2.5 hours, he was busy. Called 3 hours later and he said "oh, hold on", put me on hold for 5 minutes (clearly to go speak to the "team") and then came back and said sorry we can\'t do it, you should come alone. I did tell him that I didn\'t want to waste my money and if they couldn\'t accommodate me perhaps I would go alone. However, if that were the case, I would have gone at 8am, not leaving at noon. I wasted the entire day driving instead of sitting at the pool. Absolutely dissapointed by this lack of flexibility and the lack of communication preventing me from enjoying my stay. Outside balcony was too dirty to sit on sofas. Killed several spiders in the bathroom. No bathroom at pool area. Nice room. Would not go back because of the bad customer service.

Was really impressed with the recently renovated property. The room were spacious and had everything I needed. Even spare toothbrushes and toothpaste already in the room. The coffee station and fridge/freezer were also clutch. Great deal compared to everything else I was seeing in the area. Pool was great too! While I wouldn’t exactly call it walkable in the sense of having much around it, it was conveniently located considering you drive just about everywhere in the Hamptons anyhow. I did go for a walk to the shoreline in the morning, and while there’s no sidewalk or walking path, it was easy enough and felt safe. Only took about 15 minutes. Would stay here again and could have easily had room for the family.

The Bentley is beautiful and you will not be disappointed. Just prepare yourself for the traffic if you stay in season. Although you are ten minutes from the village it could easily take triple that and there is no where to eat within walking distance. Pool is awesome and rooms are very clean and comfortable. We will be back for sure!

The location is a bit far from ammenities so need a car to travel back and forth. Its an older Motel, that has been converted to a boutique hotel. Rooms are spacious and comfortable and a great base to hang out. Pool is small but enjoyable and the lawn is great to relax.

I was very happy with this stylish "mini apartment". The kitchenette has microwave and keurig coffeemaker (with supplies to make coffee) and a fridge with freezer. There are no utensils, bowls, plates etc. I would bring an ice cube tray then you don't have to go far for the ice machine, where there were also washing machines and dryers. There are 2 huge TV's and 2 sinks (one outside bathroom with a counter and huge mirror). There's A table with 4 chairs, 2 cube ottomans, a couch and another chair and desk. I could've had a party! The way the hotel is set up the balconies and pool are on the high traffic and loud side of route 27, even though the hotel is not ON route 27. The room is quiet when you close the sliding door and the bedrooms are in back and quiet. Breakfast in lobby is just wrapped muffins, cereal bars and granola bars and 24hr coffee (keurig) with liquid cream rather than powder in rooms.

Peace, My Bentley hotel experience was superb! The staff is very hospitable, friendly, helpful, courteous and professional. The suite was very nice. I love the fact that you have to go through two securely locked, solid doors in order to get inside. I also loved the lay out, including the fact that there is a outdoor sitting area in the back which is connect to a big backyard. Although I did not get a chance to utilize much of the amenities, because I only stay one night, I plan on utilizing them the next time I visit. (smile)
