WoodSpring Suites Orlando East UCF

Excellent

Hotel was nice! I believe it to be a newer property; still have the new smell to it. Clean hotel, friendly staff and good pricing. Located on the east side of Orlando far from attractions but close enough if you prefer not to be amongst other tourist. Highway 50 takes you directly into downtown and has access to I-4 if you want to avoid the many toll roads in Orlando. The thing that was weird about my room is that none of the power outlets worked once the lights were turned out. I’ve never seen anything like that before. I noticed the clock was blinking when I entered the room but didn’t quite understand why, nor did it bother me because I have my own devices for time. Needless to say, overnight charging of my phone, iPad and watch was never completed due to the power going out as I slept. Small thing I guess, but strange to say the least.

Kind of a sketchy area, many homeless people in the bushes while walking the dog early in the morning. No ice. Asked for extra towels (they only provide 2) and was told “I’ll have to check your account”. Beds are very cheap, on “feet” so they move around a LOT. Walls are very thin, I could hear the guests phone vibrating in the room next door. Overall too pricey for what you get. Won’t stay again, but, needed something and they were the only place within my price range.

We were extremely pleased with the experience at WoodSpring. The facility was extremely clean and well kept. Everything looked brand new. We were pleased at home close it was to Orlando parks. The staff was super helpful and very professional. My family could have not been more pleased with our experience.
