Staff was excellent property was clean. Was disappointed that the pool did not have a bar. The roof top bar did not have restroom. Was not expecting so many families with young children.

The hotel was nice. The room was clean and well decorated. The pool and the pool furniture were great. They provided towels too. I saw the workout room, and it looked nice as well. I didn't actually use it. The hotel parking was way too high priced. That is a huge downside. We parked for free on the street, and luckily, our car was fine. The hotel should reduce the on site parking rates. One suggestion is to let the customers who do not need valet park in the garage on their own. We were given a pool pass and allowed to stay at the pool after checkout. There were clean restrooms by the pool. We had a great stay and will stay again for sure.

The hotel in general was super clean, the staff were very helpful. Check in was smooth, one thing to keep in mind is that you have to pay for parking daily ($57). They have the Annex in the premises which is a rooftop type of vibe very chill and nice.

We stayed in a 1 bed suite and it was lovely. Everything was very new and in great condition. The decor was very stylish but also comfortable. The hotel was in a great central location and the facilities were excellent….great gym, rooftop bar and pool area. Would definitely recommend!

Enjoyed our stay at Le Meridien. The only draw back was there wasn't a bar at the pool. You had to go downstairs to order a cocktail. Only Beer and wine could be delivered to the pool.

Really nice hotel, modern, clean & safe with all the amenities you want in the room and hotel. Great outdoor pool and rooftop bar & cute hotel lobby bar / restaurant (decent breakfast). Bed was super comfy, bath was very roomy with nice lighting & great shower. Would recommend.

Beware of the parking garage! My overnight parking fee is $65, in addition to the tip for the valet. They do not disclose the fee, so you get to find out the next day when your card is charged after you’ve left.

This is a new hotel located right next to the Fort Worth Convention Center (it's your view), an empty apartment building, and the railroad. It is a pretty, well-designed hotel. We rented two of the largest suites and they were very comfortable. Nicely laid out, furnished, and sized (700 square feet). Climate control is different for separate bedroom which was also nice as was the bathroom. The location is pretty close to Sundance Square and many good restaurants, which is good because there is limited dining at the hotel. Parking is valet only and expensive ($80/day). That said, they were prompt and friendly. The nitty gritty detail I wish I knew before we booked: this is a NOISY location. The windows are thick, double-paned, and even on the 13th and 8th floors, you can hear everything on the street and railroad tracks. The rooms themselves are okay- you can hear the hallway noise. If you are on the 13th floor under the "Annex" good luck trying to sleep when they are open and busy. I was also not impressed with housekeeping. Black handprints all over doors and high-touch surfaces (we bought sanitizing wipes) and I found not one, not two, but three long clumps of black hairs in three separate linens. First was in a bath towel, second was in a cloth napkin at breakfast, and the third was in a replacement bath towel.

We loved the spacious, luxurious, modern room. All the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect with an easy walk to other downtown locations. We look forward to staying again on our next visit to Fort Worth!

The climate control didn’t work upon arrival. The tv wasn’t working either which as minor, but we went back me forth with the lobby and maintenance with no success getting it to work. The room was 80° majority of the stay. I asked if they had portable units for air conditioning and they advised me they do not. This location is in north Texas. It’s hot. Why is there no solutions for when climate controls go out??

Hotel experience was solid until we needed towels.. after 2 calls and 3 hours we finally got them. Along with that, after 2 calls and 4 hours we finally got our room cleaned. Nice hotel! Below average service.

I don't usually write reviews but beware! DO NOT STAY HERE. They charge $55 a day for parking. Valet is your only option. I was then charged a $500 smoking fee at the end of my stay and I don't smoke or vape. It didn't show up on my receipt the hotel emailed me but they charged it on my card. It seems like they sneak it in to see if you will catch it. I have never experienced this in all the times I have traveled. They said I could dispute it and it would be reviewed by the manager. He will make the final decision. I will be disputing it asap. I just thought this might help someone else. We will not be returning to any Le Meridien property!

Wonderful place to stay! And Darium was exceptional; when my flights were delayed I called, concerned that I wouldn’t be able to cancel my reservation if necessary. He was so polite and reassuring. Once I arrived I heard from others in my group how fantastic their interactions with him had been; we expect to receive good service and to hear his name mentioned by others reinforced how exceptional he is!

Tucker was so kind and made sure the room we stayed in was okay for my daughter who is in a wheelchair. He went above and beyond to make sure she was comfortable and had room to move around. Tucker is the reason we chose to return to this hotel each doctor’s appointment my daughter has in Fort Worth. Thank you so much for your kindness

Great location. Very rude staff. The lady that works the late night shift never got off the couch. She just loudly called responses back and passively dismissed any question. Cool rooftop bar thing, good atmosphere, great location. Just did not encounter one person the entire time that actually seemed to enjoy their jobs there. 10/10 would not return.

Great location. Very rude staff. The lady that works the late night shift never got off the couch. She just loudly called responses back and passively dismissed any question. Cool rooftop bar thing, good atmosphere, great location. Just did not encounter one person the entire time that actually seemed to enjoy their jobs there. 10/10 would not return.

We loved the spacious, luxurious, modern room. All the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect with an easy walk to other downtown locations. We look forward to staying again on our next visit to Fort Worth!

Everyone here went above and beyond for us. We were lucky to check in early and then had to check out at the normal time but the hotel staff let us stay and use the pool and the rest of the great amenities here. It is pretty new, very clean, and right downtown so you can walk around easily but also tucked away from the main street so it is quiet. The only think that was annoying was the layout of the hallways to the rooms. If you are on the far end adjacent to the elevators, its a good walk. Nothing the hotel can do about that as the building is U shaped.

Great place. Would certainly recommend and book again. A rooftop deck, patio and bar. A westward facing rooftop pool for good sun. Can have fun there with grown friends or have a family swim. Room was clean and arranged well. The lobby bar and restaurant was quite enjoyable. Good coffee, drinks and dinner. Area is also nice. Easy street parking if you don’t want to pay for $60 separate Valet hotel parking.

The staff is outstanding, the pool is amazing, the food tasted wonderful but was a little slow coming out. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay their again; but other downtown hotels charge a little less for parking.

the hotel was lovely but the breakfast was dreadful the french toast was so sweet it was inedible and the omelet and potatoes were so salty also inedible, we had breakfast included but was still charged $9 despite not eating it

Overall, the property was pleasant to stay in. The bed was fairly comfortable, and the room was quiet. This was surprising as we stayed on New Year's Eve, and the location was just a few blocks away from the firework festivities plus there was a party going on at the rooftop bar. The food service at the restaurant left something to be desired, but it was appreciated.

The hotel was clean and in a great area. However the thermostat did not work in my room and it was triple digit heat outside. Also the pillows were awful, there was absolutely no stuffing inside them. Additionally, I was planning a surprise and romantic stay for my spouse. I called multiple times and spoke to several people who said they would take my information and have their supervisor call or email me to help me plan something special. At no point did I get a phone call or was it even brought up. A bit disappointing. At a minimum I requested a note be left in the room and even gave what I wanted it to say…when we got to our room…nothing.

The staff were exemplary - very friendly and knowledgeable. The amenities were great - gym, pool, Annex rooftop area. The room was clean and well maintained. I will stay here next time I come to Fort Worth.

I enjoyed the hotel and its state of the art elevator operating system. However, upon our arrival there was a gentleman at the front desk who couldn’t point us to the closest drugstore. I found it strange that he didn’t know what was in the area. Aside from that I would stay there again.

Room was clean. The bed was soft. The staff was very helpful. We had a ceaser salad was also very good! I love how close it is to the convention center!! I would stay again! There is no microwave.
