Déçus ils ne font pas le service de nettoyage de la chambre et nous avons demandé changer les draps et nous ont dit c’est 10$ us pour le faire

The resort was beautiful, and they had planned activities, and the pool was fun. The downside check in had 7 employees, but within 10 minutes 3 went on break or stepped away. If check in is at 4pm, having half the staff leave during the busiest time is crazy. In addition, it was disappointing to have the pool-side food shack closed both days we were there. This resort is out a ways from other restaurants and shopping. So they could really monopolize by keeping open food options during lunch. On the second day both the pool's food shack, and it's snack area were BOTH closed. I saw four or more families had to leave the pool area because of a lack of options. They post the hours as I think 11-4pm. I understand it may not be peak season, but at least do 11:30-1pm, so guests are better taken care of.

We had an awesome time. The kids loved it. We enjoyed the pools a Lot. The only downside was that they didn't let us go inside the pool area with our cooler. We had to keep on goimg back to the car for sodas and waters. We had a cooler bag but with the weather being 104 degrees the bag cooler wasn't enough to keep the drinks cold. Other than that we loved staying there.
