Geräumiges, sauberes Apartment, große Terrasse. Hübsche Anlage, etwas abgelegen, dadurch aber schön ruhig. Auto unbedingt empfehlenswert. Kostenlose Parkplätze vor der Anlage. Sehr hilfsbereites und freundliches Personal. - Beim Frühstücksbuffet war leider immer etwas leer (kein Brot, keine Milch, kein Käse etc.) Wenn dann aufgefüllt wurde, begann die morgendliche „Schlacht“ ums Buffet - das hat wirklich keinen Spaß gemacht. Nur 2 Kaffeeautomaten und zu wenig Tische für die Anzahl der Gäste machte das Ganze nicht besser. Schade!

We stayed in a 3 bed house which was clean, well maintained and had 3 lovely terraces including one with seaviews. We had the 1/2 board option and were disappointed with both the quality and variety of food on offer, particularly at the evening buffet. The dining room was poorly organised and chaotic which didn't make for a pleasant dining experience. Swimming pool area was very pleasant with both shaded and sunny spots and with lovely sea views. Lifeguard was on site but not attentive at all. We highly recommend the accommodation but would avoid using the restaurant. We would recommend Alcanada35 for food instead.

Les : la grande piscine ( mais attention non chauffée) / appartement spacieux, fonctionnel / l'emplacement, la vue Les - : contrairement à ce que laisse penser les photos ce n'est pas un duplex c'est soit terrasse soit balcon. Table balcon vraiment juste pour manger à 4. La salle de sport ne devrait pas figurer car dans son jus et aucun appareils en état de marche

God standard i leilighetene, men savnet stekeovn på kjøkken. Uteområdene var fine. Bassengområdet var stille og rolig og tilpasset alle aldre. Fine basseng med relativt god plass. Hotellfrokosten passet ikke for oss, så vi ordnet frokost selv. For vår del var det for lite utvalg av pålegg, varme alternativer og frukt og grønt. Personlig ville jeg foretrukket flere næringsrike alternativer og ikke så mye søte alternativer, samt mulighet for fersk juice.

Positive points: property comfortable and clean. Negative points: area isolated,noting to do around( not even shops!), pool freezing, not hot tube or sauna as advertised. Children very disappointed and bored. Extra money(unplanned) needed for rent a car and additional stress by driving in opposite side of the road, otherwise it would be madness. Don't think will return there,Happy to return home.

A good basic resort. Not too fancy so perfect for our kids to run around and feel comfortable. The staff are very friendly, the pools are great. Lovely that everyone gets personal space both indoors and outdoors. But one thing that really bothered me is the 15 euro per day charge for parking. They do not tell you this will be an additional charge when you book. It's a hidden cost. If they want to charge more they need to be upfront about the parking fee at the time of booking. Also it's disrespectful to their neighbours; the local street is filled with rental cars even though each apartment comes with it's own parking spot, that sits empty. I do not appreciate how they treat their neighbours and for that reason, we are only likely to return if this policy changes.

Zeer mooie omgeving zeer vriendelijk personeel. Goed ontbijt. Verouderde keuken en kleine defecten (lampen, tuinstoelen). Airco was prima, fijne zwembaden. Parking was helaas bijbetalen.

We had a wonderful stay at this resort. For some reason we were upgraded to a three bedroom house and it was absolutely perfect for our family with two small children. The air conditioning was very effective and the house very clean and comfortable. The pools were beautiful and Warmed up very nicely in the afternoon (They were a little cold in the morning). There was an Elvis tribute act playing poolside one afternoon and this was absolutely brilliant. The location is a bit problematic and taxis are flaky so I would recommend hiring a car particularly for buying groceries. It’s best to treat this as a self catering holiday as the restaurant opening hours can be a bit hit and miss with them only serving food for breakfast between 8:30 and 10:30 and dinner between 7-9. This is not so convenient for children. Overall though this was a lovely stay and self catering accommodation within resorts is hard to find so I do recommend this.

Prisvärt boende i lugnt läge för dig med tillgång till hyrbil eller som kan tänka dig att gå ned till Alcudia (ca två kilometer) Detta var femte gången jag bodde hos Ona Aucanada Club. Som alltid trevlig personal och lugnt läge vilket jag föredrar framför stöket nere i Alcudia. Lägenheterna börjar bli slitna och skulle må bra av en renovering. Dock väldigt rent och sköna sängar. Inget att klaga på egentligen. Rymliga lägenheter! Två sovrum och stort kök som standard på alla lägenheter! Finns tvättmaskin i alla lägenheter. Rymligt kylskåp samt frys. Poolen är ouppvärmd. Tv i både vardagsrum och ett av sovrummen. Numera är WIFI gratis, vilket uppskattas. Tv:n i sovrummet kunde streama youtube vilket uppskattades av yngsta sonen. Gratis Parkering på gatan bredvid hotellet, samt längst upp på gatan (större parkering). Vill du stå direkt utanför lägenheten kostar det numera pengar (vilket det inte är värt...)

Mysigt familjehotell med möjlighet att kunna laga lite mat själva. Fantastisk service men klorhalten i poolen gjorde att barnen fick eksem. Lite långt från allt om man inte har bil men annars underbart område tryggt med jättefin personal.

Die Unterkunft war super. Küche gut ausgestattet. Betten/Matratzen waren sehr gut! Spektakulärer Blick aufs Meer aus fast allen Fenstern des Appartements. Bad war sauber und auch die gesamte Unterkunft war gepflegt!

++ la localisation proche d Alicia, ideale pour les familles, le personnel très agréable et souriant - - ATTENTION, les photos sont mensongères et le personnel le sait parfaitement. Les photos avec vue ne sont disponibles exclusivement que des villas 3 chambres (peu nombreuses) et en aucun cas des chambres doubles comme indiqué. Il s'agit d'une photo prise depuis la terrasse des villas qui sont utilisés pour faire la pub d' autres chambres. Le buffet est également de faible qualité mais c'est standard all' inclusive. Forte odeur de canalisation dans les villas. Mais celle ci sont très agréables au demeurant.

Sehr nettes Personal, vorallem beim Frühstück. Frühstück war reichhaltig und lecker. Das Apartment ist renovierungsbedürftig und das Möbiliar abgewohnt. Die Reinigung und Handtuchwechsel im Apartment hätte öfters stattfinden können...ein Mal in 12 Tagen ist deutlich zu wenig. Nur nach Nachfrage, bekamen wir neue Handtücher.
Sehr nettes Personal, vorallem beim Frühstück. Frühstück war reichhaltig und lecker. Das Apartment ist renovierungsbedürftig und das Möbiliar abgewohnt. Unser Aufenthalt im Hotel war wirklich eine krasse Negativerfahrung. Ich verstehe die positiven Bewertungen nicht. Es haben die wenigsten Zimmer tatsächlich einen Meerblick und auf Bitten eines Zimmmerwechsels sollten wir für jede Nacht mehr bezahlen. Die Einrichtung der Wohnungen ist extrem runtergekommen und wirklich unschön. Wie dreckig alles war, haben wir spätestens an unseren Socken gesehen, die nicht mehr weiß sind. Auch wurde während des gesamten Aufenthalts kein einziges Mal sauber gemacht oder neue Seife hingestellt. An Schlaf war ebenfalls kaum zu denken, da die Betten uralt und unbequem sind und die Unterkunft so hellhörig ist, dass man jedes Wort der Nachbarn hören kann. Das schlimmste war jedoch das Essen. Ich verstehe warum man mehr bezahlt, wenn man ohne Halbpension buchen will. Da sollte man wirklich Geld dazubekommen, wenn man sich das reinquält. Geringe Auswahl, schlechte Qualität und im Laufe des Morgens/Abends wird auch nicht mehr aufgefüllt. WLAN gibt es übrigens auch nicht wirklich, da das kostenlose nicht funktioniert. Für das richtige WLAN müssen 5€ pro Tag gezahlt werden. Alles in allem eine große Enttäuschung. Nur die Katzen waren süß, um die sich das Hotel leider auch nicht kümmert.

Sewage smell throughout the property for our entire stay, we were told we would be transferred to another villa- this was a lie and the smell was never fixed despite the receptionist reassuring us it would be after experiencing the smell himself. A/C in 2 out of the 3 bedrooms was non-functional for the whole stay. Forcing us to sleep with windows open attracting mosquito bites, only on the penultimate day did were portable AC units into the rooms, which sounded like an engine running in the room. We would obviously not have picked this hotel had we known there was no A/C. Dirty towels were part of their "amenities". We made the property manager aware of these issues multiple times and requested compensation, who kept telling us to "take it up with Expedia". The minimum compensation I was expecting was what I paid for the booking, as we did not have A/C (as advertised), clean towels (as advertised)- but was instead met with false promises of maintenance/cleaning/relocation and a smell so bad it left us with nausea. On returning back home, I filed the complaint to Expedia who said they can't do anything as the booking was non refundable and the property manager wouldn't waive the cancellation fee. Of course, I asked Expedia to push as this was not acceptable. They replied saying Hotel Aucanada would only refund less than half of the cost of the stay and implied I should be grateful "they did not charge a penalty", and that's their final stance. Disappointed.

We were really happy to stay here, quiet area away from the busy Alcudia beach. The appartement was clean and nice, well equipped with a dishwasher and a washing machine. We had a car so easy to get around, but still in reasonable distance to walk with the kids, 4-10 years old, to the beach and back. Recommend to upgrade wifi to premium for better streaming. Nice pool area, but a little bit cold water, it was not heated. Nice and helpful personell.

Wir waren im Februar dort und in dem Appartement war es doch sehr kalt. Mit der Klimaanlage konnte man die Räume nicht wirklich erwärmen. Die Lage ist super,ein Auto von Vorteil.

Unser Aufenthalt im Hotel war wirklich eine krasse Negativerfahrung. Ich verstehe die positiven Bewertungen nicht. Es haben die wenigsten Zimmer tatsächlich einen Meerblick und auf Bitten eines Zimmmerwechsels sollten wir für jede Nacht mehr bezahlen. Die Einrichtung der Wohnungen ist extrem runtergekommen und wirklich unschön. Wie dreckig alles war, haben wir spätestens an unseren Socken gesehen, die nicht mehr weiß sind. Auch wurde während des gesamten Aufenthalts kein einziges Mal sauber gemacht oder neue Seife hingestellt. An Schlaf war ebenfalls kaum zu denken, da die Betten uralt und unbequem sind und die Unterkunft so hellhörig ist, dass man jedes Wort der Nachbarn hören kann. Das schlimmste war jedoch das Essen. Ich verstehe warum man mehr bezahlt, wenn man ohne Halbpension buchen will. Da sollte man wirklich Geld dazubekommen, wenn man sich das reinquält. Prisvärt boende i lugnt läge för dig med tillgång till hyrbil eller som kan tänka dig att gå ned till Alcudia (ca två kilometer) Detta var femte gången jag bodde hos Ona Aucanada Club. Som alltid trevlig personal och lugnt läge vilket jag föredrar framför stöket nere i Alcudia. Lägenheterna börjar bli slitna och skulle må bra av en renovering. Dock väldigt rent och sköna sängar. Inget att klaga på egentligen. Rymliga lägenheter! Två sovrum och stort kök som standard på alla lägenheter! Finns tvättmaskin i alla lägenheter. Rymligt kylskåp samt frys. Poolen är ouppvärmd. Tv i både vardagsrum och ett av sovrummen. Numera är WIFI gratis, vilket uppskattas. Tv:n i sovrummet kunde streama youtube vilket uppskattades av yngsta sonen. Gratis Parkering på gatan bredvid hotellet, samt längst upp på gatan (större parkering). Vill du stå direkt utanför lägenheten kostar det numera pengar (vilket det inte är värt...)

We stayed in a 3 bed house which was clean, well maintained and had 3 lovely terraces including one with seaviews. We had the 1/2 board option and were disappointed with both the quality and variety of food on offer, particularly at the evening buffet. The dining room was poorly organised and chaotic which didn't make for a pleasant dining experience. Swimming pool area was very pleasant with both shaded and sunny spots and with lovely sea views. Lifeguard was on site but not attentive at all. We highly recommend the accommodation but would avoid using the restaurant. We would recommend Alcanada35 for food instead.

First and foremost you could not fault any of the staff at this property, all were so friendly and obliging, you were always greeted with a smile and a genuine "hola". You will definitely need a car if staying here if you want to see more of the island. Taxis are available and reception are happy to order one for you. It is extremely hilly and your legs will know abou it. The port is about a 15 min walk away and is full of bars, restaurants, shops and a lovely beach. The apartment we stayed in, although a little bit tired is extremely spacious and has all you need in it (including a washing machine) and the view was lovely. Breakfast is buffet style and caters more on the continental style. They do offer a cooked but not your usual eggs and bacon you're probably used to but its not that bad. You can help yourself to as much or little as you want. There is a lovely restaurant called Alcanada 35 a couple of minutes walk away. The food and staff is fab. Would I stay here again "Yes"

Unser Apartment Einrichtung haben schon bessere Zeiten gesehen. Wir waren 15 Tage dort, wir hatten Frühstück gebucht. An allen 15 Tagen gab es das gleiche zum Frühstück, es war ständig die Hälfte leer, es fehlte eigentlich ständig Besteck, Teller, Tassen. Auf Nachfrage wurde es dann von Hand abgewaschen. Die beiden Frauen waren sehr nett und sehr hilfsbereit aber waren komplett überfordert und es war zu wenig Personal für die Anzahl an Gästen.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in dieser Unterkunft. Die Lage auf dem Hügel ermöglicht eine großartige Aussicht auf die umliegende Bucht. Das Hotel liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Umgebung, gleichzeitig nur 1,5km vom lebendigen Port d'Alcudia entfernt.

The apartment we stayed in, although a little bit tired is extremely spacious and has all you need in it (including a washing machine) and the view was lovely. Breakfast is buffet style and caters more on the continental style. They do offer a cooked but not your usual eggs and bacon you're probably used to but its not that bad. You can help yourself to as much or little as you want. There is a lovely restaurant called Alcanada 35 a couple of minutes walk away. The food and staff is fab. Would I stay here again "Yes"
First and foremost you could not fault any of the staff at this property, all were so friendly and obliging, you were always greeted with a smile and a genuine "hola". You will definitely need a car if staying here if you want to see more of the island. Taxis are available and reception are happy to order one for you. It is extremely hilly and your legs will know abou it. The port is about a 15 min walk away and is full of bars, restaurants, shops and a lovely beach. Mysigt boende utanför Alcudia, lugna omgivningar med ett par restauranger på gångavständ från boendet. Många trappor ner till havet så tänk på det. Bra att det fanns parkering vid lägenheten. Bäddsoffan var rätt obekväm att sova i men de andra sängarna var sköna. Plus för att det fanns en diskmaskin i köket och att det ingick ett litet "tvätt/disk-kit". Trevlig uteplats även om vårt läge inte var det bästa - vi hade ingen utsikt men det var en rymlig uteplats med bord, stolar och torkställning. Jag skulle absolut rekomendera boendet men frukosten var tyvärr inte värd pengarna. Mest fikabröd. Men eftersom man har lägenhet är det enkelt att köpa egen frukost på Mercadonan i Alcudia. Det underlättar om man har bil här men det finns buss och det tar kanske 20-25 min att gå ner till Alcudia beach.

Vraiment très calme, ideal pour se reposer. Situé en haut d'une colline, donc voiture ou bonne condition physique nécessaire. Petit déjeuner impeccable et diner avec buffet à taille humaine (pas de sentiment de gâchis de nourriture) et régulièrement approvisionné. La villa était très bien équipée avec une jolie vue sur mer.

Wir waren im Februar dort und in dem Appartement war es doch sehr kalt. Mit der Klimaanlage konnte man die Räume nicht wirklich erwärmen. Die Lage ist super,ein Auto von Vorteil.

Prisvärt boende i lugnt läge för dig med tillgång till hyrbil eller som kan tänka dig att gå ned till Alcudia (ca två kilometer) Detta var femte gången jag bodde hos Ona Aucanada Club. Som alltid trevlig personal och lugnt läge vilket jag föredrar framför stöket nere i Alcudia. Lägenheterna börjar bli slitna och skulle må bra av en renovering. Dock väldigt rent och sköna sängar. Inget att klaga på egentligen. Rymliga lägenheter! Två sovrum och stort kök som standard på alla lägenheter! Finns tvättmaskin i alla lägenheter. Rymligt kylskåp samt frys. Poolen är ouppvärmd. Tv i både vardagsrum och ett av sovrummen. Numera är WIFI gratis, vilket uppskattas. Tv:n i sovrummet kunde streama youtube vilket uppskattades av yngsta sonen. Gratis Parkering på gatan bredvid hotellet, samt längst upp på gatan (större parkering). Vill du stå direkt utanför lägenheten kostar det numera pengar (vilket det inte är värt...)

Mysigt familjehotell med möjlighet att kunna laga lite mat själva. Fantastisk service men klorhalten i poolen gjorde att barnen fick eksem. Lite långt från allt om man inte har bil men annars underbart område tryggt med jättefin personal.

Geräumiges, sauberes Apartment, große Terrasse. Hübsche Anlage, etwas abgelegen, dadurch aber schön ruhig. Auto unbedingt empfehlenswert. Kostenlose Parkplätze vor der Anlage. Sehr hilfsbereites und freundliches Personal. - Beim Frühstücksbuffet war leider immer etwas leer (kein Brot, keine Milch, kein Käse etc.) Wenn dann aufgefüllt wurde, begann die morgendliche „Schlacht“ ums Buffet - das hat wirklich keinen Spaß gemacht. Nur 2 Kaffeeautomaten und zu wenig Tische für die Anzahl der Gäste machte das Ganze nicht besser. Schade!

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub. Unser Apartment war gemütlich und die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Einziges Manko war das Essen. Das Frühstück jeden Tag gleich und wenig herzhafte Auswahl für Vegetarier.

We stayed in a 3 bed house which was clean, well maintained and had 3 lovely terraces including one with seaviews. We had the 1/2 board option and were disappointed with both the quality and variety of food on offer, particularly at the evening buffet. The dining room was poorly organised and chaotic which didn't make for a pleasant dining experience. Swimming pool area was very pleasant with both shaded and sunny spots and with lovely sea views. Lifeguard was on site but not attentive at all. We highly recommend the accommodation but would avoid using the restaurant. We would recommend Alcanada35 for food instead.

Lugnt och familjärt lägenhetshotell med fint poolområde och fin utsikt över Alcudiabukten. Fin utsikt mot havet från vår balkong. God och varierad frukost och även god kvällsbuffe och vi fick god hjälp att lösa alternativ till två av oss med Celiaki.

Das Apartment war sauber eher einfach eingerichtet aber für unseren Urlaub ausreichend. Wir sind viel unterwegs gewesen und waren selten in der Unterkunft. Zum Essen kann ich sagen, Frühstück Buffet sehr gut, Abendessen könnte besser sein.

Unser Apartment Einrichtung haben schon bessere Zeiten gesehen. Wir waren 15 Tage dort, wir hatten Frühstück gebucht. An allen 15 Tagen gab es das gleiche zum Frühstück, es war ständig die Hälfte leer, es fehlte eigentlich ständig Besteck, Teller, Tassen. Auf Nachfrage wurde es dann von Hand abgewaschen. Die beiden Frauen waren sehr nett und sehr hilfsbereit aber waren komplett überfordert und es war zu wenig Personal für die Anzahl an Gästen.

The room was fine, property great. I did not appreciate a staff member that serviced our room leaving a cigarette butt on the counter. We paid for the breakfast package. The hot food was rarely hot, mostly just barely warm. No one wants luke warm eggs, hashbrowns, etc. If the items had been hot, the breakfast would be good.

We arrived late to fine the hotel locked up. I had completed online checkin in advance and messaged via hotels.com to let them know we would be arriving late but not heard anything back. Hotels.com info stated reception until midnight and 24 hour assistance but at 2315 all locked up and dark. I called the number on hotels.com and got the ough to a central reservation number who were no help. I than called the 'only in emergency' number on the door and got a night porter who told us how to access the apartment. It was a little inconvenient but no harm done. The apartment was good. Good beds, hanging space and good in-room facilities. I liked it. It was clean and had outdoor furniture. We were ground floor and unfortunately didnt have a view but it was quiet and comfortable. Some rooms would have very nice views. The apartment was spacious as was the terrace. Breakfast was pretty good, the selection on the 'treat trolley' varied each day, fresh cookies, doughnuts and cava were what we experienced. The coffee was good. It was difficult to find somewhere to sit in the shade at peak breakfast time but we always managed in the end. Didn't use the pools but looked ok, we rented beach towels we went out for the day. Location is up a hill, we never struggled to find free parking. Overall, I liked it and would go again.

Le personnel de l'hôtel est sympathique et professionnel cependant il n'y a pas de sauna comme annoncé sur la description et les navettes annoncées 24h/24h sont payantes au même titre que les Taxis. L'Hôtel est excentré, bien pour les séjours reposants mais si vous souhaitez voir le pays et la ville, il vous faudra de bonnes jambes ou prendre les navettes qui sont payantes.

If you want to have a holiday here at Easter be mindful that they don’t see it as a part of the main holiday season; more maintance season for them. Half way through our stay the bar was closed. We had areas of the pool sectioned off to paint the area. We had no notification. They had decided to renew all the sofa beds so there were numerous mountains of broken furniture everywhere. On our arrival they were asking €10 per day to park your car. A hidden charge that I didn’t appreciate. Given the location of the complex to amenities, this was unfair. Off site parking was then at a premium, and the grounds empty. I must be not the only one who thought the prices were unjust. But the rooms were clean, laundry renewed regularly. The size of accommodation is ideal.
