Fint hotell med kundevennlig betjening! Flott utsikt fra svømmebassenget, veldig fint treningssenter og god frokost. Alt fungerte fint og jeg utvidet oppholdet med 2 netter slik at det ble 5 totalt her.

The gym and pool were great. This well located hotel was worth it's price and i strongly recommend to visitors who are visiting beijing for the first time.

Il s agit d'un très bon hébergement propre et dont les chambres sont vastes et super bien entretenues, la piscine au 13eme etage est petite (seulement 6 transat) mais offre une vue sublime sur pekin.

Rummen var verkligen fina och välstädade. Fantastiskt fint hotell med simbassäng, pool, frukost etc. Allt var perfekt för oss. Nu har vi lämnat Kina och är tillbaka i Europa igen men vi har samlat på oss fina minnen och att vi bodde på ett mycket välskött och fint hotell som vi kan rekommendera.

Room was great, especially the view. Bit of bad smell in the bathroom and I couldn’t adjust really the temperature in the room so I had to keep the window open at all times. Very comfortable bed and breakfast was good Starbucks is just within the building so if you want proper coffee is very handy too

Very hospitable staff. Spoke clear English (among other languages) and helped us with anything and everything we could ask. Rooms a bit small but well equipped. Would stay again for sure! Starbucks in the hotel was a nice surprise too! Gym is world class. Revitalized my love for fitness having daily access there.

Sehr gut war der Pool und auch das Gym ist zu empfehlen. Frühstück sehr reichhaltig, Kaffeeliebhaber müssen evtl. etwas warten (nur 2 Maschinen). Mit etwas Glück hat man eine tolle Aussicht auf die Skyline. In der Umgebung gibt es viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Etwas umständlich sind Bus- und U-Bahn-Anbindung. Letztendlich sind aber Taxis immer möglich und eine Alternative. Personal sehr nett und immer hilfsbereit. Wir waren als Familie dort und können das Hotel sehr empfehlen.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer in den Innenhof. Dieser war leider komplett geschlossen, so dass keine Luft ins Zimmer kam. Die Klimaanlage war im Oktober bereits abgestellt, somit hatten wir dauerhaft 26/27°C im Zimmer, was viel zu warm zum Schlafen war. Ansonsten war das Zimmer wirklich schön mit kleinem Sofa, Essbereich und Küche. Das Hotel ist wirklich groß mit Pool und Fitnessstudio. Auswahl beim Frühstück war ausreichend, aber nicht auf so viele Personen ausgelegt.

I stayed in LiveFortuna hotel in December 2024 for 5 days. It’s located near Ritan park and midway between subway stations. Roughly a ten minute walk either direction, Most fares are 3 rmb around the immediate area. Capital express line is 1 transfer to access and 25 rmb to the Peking International airport. Rooms are modern with a loft platform bedroom ( at least mine was) There is a stove top and microwave but you have to ask for just about all the usual cooking utensils. My room basically had 2 teaspoons, mugs, glasses and towels for the bathroom. Nothing else like plates, pans, tea towels, detergent etc. Seems like you can ask for these things, but in the end I didn’t. I guess they must have people stealing everything that’s not bolted down. But a corkscrew would have been appreciated. On the positive side. The hotel has the best gym equipment of any hotel I’ve stayed in. There is also a heated pool. However no spa or sauna. You are required to wear a bathing cap, seems to be a thing in China. They will lend you one. Buffet breakfast is good value. Runs from 7 to 10 am and a good selection of Chinese and western food. They will cook you omelets. Nice machine coffee. Ritan park is 2 minutes walk away, free entry these days. A great place to people watch. Midday check out. Lots of restaurants and eateries in the area. Hotel ATM can withdraw cash although it looks like China is rapidly moving towards a cashless transaction society ( Alipay, WeChat pay maybe Apple Pay …

The biggest let down for me that the address was incorrect at the time of booking, so it turned out to be a lot further than I needed in terms of what I had already planned to do in Beijing. We were only notified of this when in China and by that time it was too late to search for something else. The rooms were layed out as expected, but unfortunately lacked in cleanliness, especially the bathroom due to the mouldy grout, which is the last thing you want to see in a bathroom really. I was also sad about the ghetto view from our bedroom lmfao. The breakfast options were quite limited and so was the seating, so make sure you do not go for breakfast after 8:30 or you’ll be standing around with a plate of food with no where to sit.

Hotel bastante bien ubicado en el centro aunque lejos de una parada de metro, recomendamos usar DiDi o taxi para desplazarse. Por dentro, el hotel esta muy bien cuidado y limpio, la habitación era amplia y útil. Quizás el punto más negativo del hotel era un olor que notabamos cada dia al llegar a la habitación que hacia que tuviesemos que encender el extractor de aire y el aire acondicionado para poder eliminarlo.

Lage des Hotels nicht so gut, ca 20 Minuten zu Fuß zur nächsten U-Bahn Haltestelle. Zimmer hat nach Rauch gerochen, obwohl Nichtraucherzimmer gebucht. Zustand ok, Zimmer sauber. Frühstück sehr gut, Personal freundlich.

The hotel is well located, and new. The room was spacious and well equipped. The laundry room is convenient but there’s a bit of mould in the bathroom which is okay but could be improved further. The staff is attentive and the cleaning crew polite, and punctual. Overall a good value hotel for travellers on a budget.

El personal fue muy amable, aunque hubo algunas fallas durante el check in. La cama mucho más cómoda de lo que pensaba al ser en tapanco pero el aroma del cuarto haría que no me volviera a hospedar ahí. A través de la rendija del aire acondicionado entraba un olor a cigarro espantoso, las toallas del baño estaban totalmente impregnadas y secarnos con ellas fue terrible. Las habitaciones tienen buen tamaño.

Really nice room with the layout of a small apartment. Fantastic to have a washing machine inside the room. The breakfast was delicious and the receptionists were very helpful and kind, though some of them did not speak English so well. Also, there is a Starbucks right in the hotel building and the gym and pool liked great even though we didn’t get a chance to use them. In this hotel we felt great and taken care of. Only downside is the location which is about 20 min from the subway station, and although it’s fun to have an elevated bed with storage underneath, it is not optimal for people who might have leg or foot problems as you have to go up and down some steps every time. Other than that, I would warmly recommend LiveFortuna.

O quarto é bem melhor que nas fotos e tem muitos utensílios que facilitam a vida do viajante. Ponto negativo - a internet nao funciona bem nos quartos. Chamei a recepção e eles tentaram culpar a restricao chinesa mas eu estava com meu chip e VPN funcionando a todo tempo. E tambem leve um aplicativo de traducao pois nao vi nenhum funcionario que falasse ingles.
O quarto é bem melhor que nas fotos e tem muitos utensílios que facilitam a vida do viajante. Ponto negativo - a internet nao funciona bem nos quartos. Chamei a recepção e eles tentaram culpar a restricao chinesa mas eu estava com meu chip e VPN funcionando a todo tempo. It was a really good hotel the only issue is that you have a climb up into your bed which is located in an alcove and there was the constant fear I would bang my head on the wall. But other that I really liked it there and the staff was very friendly and attentive. I would definitely stay here again.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer in den Innenhof. Dieser war leider komplett geschlossen, so dass keine Luft ins Zimmer kam. Die Klimaanlage war im Oktober bereits abgestellt, somit hatten wir dauerhaft 26/27°C im Zimmer, was viel zu warm zum Schlafen war. Ansonsten war das Zimmer wirklich schön mit kleinem Sofa, Essbereich und Küche. Das Hotel ist wirklich groß mit Pool und Fitnessstudio. Auswahl beim Frühstück war ausreichend, aber nicht auf so viele Personen ausgelegt.

I stayed in LiveFortuna hotel in December 2024 for 5 days. It’s located near Ritan park and midway between subway stations. Roughly a ten minute walk either direction, Most fares are 3 rmb around the immediate area. Capital express line is 1 transfer to access and 25 rmb to the Peking International airport. Rooms are modern with a loft platform bedroom ( at least mine was) There is a stove top and microwave but you have to ask for just about all the usual cooking utensils. My room basically had 2 teaspoons, mugs, glasses and towels for the bathroom. Nothing else like plates, pans, tea towels, detergent etc. Seems like you can ask for these things, but in the end I didn’t. I guess they must have people stealing everything that’s not bolted down. But a corkscrew would have been appreciated. On the positive side. The hotel has the best gym equipment of any hotel I’ve stayed in. There is also a heated pool. However no spa or sauna. You are required to wear a bathing cap, seems to be a thing in China. They will lend you one. Buffet breakfast is good value. Runs from 7 to 10 am and a good selection of Chinese and western food. They will cook you omelets. Nice machine coffee. Ritan park is 2 minutes walk away, free entry these days. A great place to people watch. Midday check out. Lots of restaurants and eateries in the area. Hotel ATM can withdraw cash although it looks like China is rapidly moving towards a cashless transaction society ( Alipay, WeChat pay maybe Apple Pay …

We loved our stay at this hotel! The concept was unique and well thought out, especially having a washing machine in the room—so convenient for travellers. However, the machine was only in Chinese, with no English instructions, making it a bit tricky. The room tended to get a little warm, and it was hard to adjust the temperature just right, possibly because the sleeping area was close to the ceiling. While the location isn’t directly next to the metro, it’s still manageable with a bit of a walk. On the upside, there are plenty of excellent restaurants nearby serving amazing food. Overall, it was a fantastic stay with a few quirks that added to the experience!

The room was perfect, and included a small kitchen with a washer/dryer. It’s walkable from Wangfujing Street. It was very safe as well. The staff and especially the valets guys were extremely helpful, I did use Didi a lot and they helped me quite often. I would definitely recommend this hotel!!

Wasn't able to use the Wi-Fi. Had to buy 40$ worth of data. Had a guy from police at 8am at my door while I was sleeping , asking when I plan to leave China, while I provided all of this information at border control and hotel front desk upon check in. Hotel does not care about its' guests' comfort at all

Very friendly and helpful staffs. I had some issue with Didi taxi and the hotel staff called for me and solved problems. Rooms are clean and spacious. Location was very convinient for my trip (I used Didi only though). I will come back to stay.

Very hospitable staff. Spoke clear English (among other languages) and helped us with anything and everything we could ask. Rooms a bit small but well equipped. Would stay again for sure! The hotel is modern and chic upon arrival. Breakfast was superb. The rooms were spacious enough for 2 people and just may not be suitable for the elderly as there are steps to climb to the bed. Otherwise, it really is a cool room. Not to mention is very clean as well. Great air conditioning too. The surrounding of hotel has many convenience stores as well as eateries. There is a Starbucks directly beside the lobby for your caffeine needs. Service wise everyone in the hotel is friendly and is willing to assist you in any possible way. Overall is an excellent place to stay in Beijing!

The biggest let down for me that the address was incorrect at the time of booking, so it turned out to be a lot further than I needed in terms of what I had already planned to do in Beijing. We were only notified of this when in China and by that time it was too late to search for something else. The rooms were layed out as expected, but unfortunately lacked in cleanliness, especially the bathroom due to the mouldy grout, which is the last thing you want to see in a bathroom really. I was also sad about the ghetto view from our bedroom lmfao. The breakfast options were quite limited and so was the seating, so make sure you do not go for breakfast after 8:30 or you’ll be standing around with a plate of food with no where to sit.

Hotel bastante bien ubicado en el centro aunque lejos de una parada de metro, recomendamos usar DiDi o taxi para desplazarse. Por dentro, el hotel esta muy bien cuidado y limpio, la habitación era amplia y útil. Quizás el punto más negativo del hotel era un olor que notabamos cada dia al llegar a la habitación que hacia que tuviesemos que encender el extractor de aire y el aire acondicionado para poder eliminarlo.

Sehr gut war der Pool und auch das Gym ist zu empfehlen. Frühstück sehr reichhaltig, Kaffeeliebhaber müssen evtl. etwas warten (nur 2 Maschinen). Mit etwas Glück hat man eine tolle Aussicht auf die Skyline. In der Umgebung gibt es viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Etwas umständlich sind Bus- und U-Bahn-Anbindung. Letztendlich sind aber Taxis immer möglich und eine Alternative. Personal sehr nett und immer hilfsbereit. Wir waren als Familie dort und können das Hotel sehr empfehlen.

The fitness center has s good variety of machines and free weight options, very spacious. The pool is also a plus. Breakfast is great with many choices, very well stocked. Room is clean and functional, showers seals/trim may need an update to keep it cleaner. Staff are all working hard to please.

We loved our stay at LiveFortuna for the following reasons: its stylish aesthetic; its great location for a pleasant walk through the park (to an excellent crispy duck restaurant); its delicious breakfast buffet with an abundance of choices; its robots that delivered room service; its well-designed bedroom with kitchenette (including filtered water) and cosy bed; its amazing rooftop pool with views of the city skyline and its large, modern gym. If we revisit Beijing, we’ll stay again!

Great central location, rooms were spacious and facilities in the room were good. Washer Dryer was very appreciated. Rooftop pool offers one of the best views in the city.

The room felt more like a serviced apartment than a regular hotel room. It had a full kitchen and a large bathroom with the toilet and washbasin in the same room. There were two air conditioners, but both were located around the kitchen area. Because of that, it was actually quite difficult for the cool air to reach the bedroom properly. Another issue was that almost everything was in Chinese, including the washing machine, air conditioner control panel and even the bathroom exhaust remote. It was difficult for us to figure out how to use some of these things. The washing machine was a washer-dryer combo, which was convenient, but our clothes came out very wrinkled after drying. There was also a funny misunderstanding when we asked the front desk for an ironing box. They sent us a locker/safe box instead! Later I connected with the concierge manager, Zhou, who spoke English and was extremely helpful throughout our stay. Since we had to leave very early the next morning, Zhou arranged packed breakfast for us, which we really appreciated. The breakfast area was large and had an excellent selection of both Western and Chinese food. They also served dinner in the same restaurant, and there was a separate bar, which was a nice addition. Overall, there were a few things with the room that could have been better, but the service from Zhou made a big difference for us. Thank you, Zhou, for all your help.
