Our room was clean and the staff friendly. The bar by the pool was nice. The italian restaurant seemed to only offer the breakfast buffet. Cold cuts, fruit, coffee and such. Our room was right off the elevator, and other guests were not mindful of how loud they were in that area. Also a lot of street noise. If we came back, we'd want a room far from the elevator and not facing the malecon.

E l i s a Rosario was simply amazing and made our stay memorable. She was able to answer all of our questions and needs. The pool was ok although I didn't swim. They have a small bar by the pool with super cheap drinks which was nice. They breakfast in the morning was pretty sub par I have to say really nothing special. The rooms were pretty simple and could use some maintenance and color. All around for the price if you just need a place and are not too picky why not.
