Clarion Pointe Near Erie Casino

I had one night getaway had never been to Erie, but I seen good reviews so I booked. I definitely couldn't complain and would stay again.

Clean room, exceptional staff

Could tell the hotel was dated but had a fresh coat of wallpaper, flooring and bedding. Pool was not in service and only one working elevator. Sink is outside of the actual bathroom (only tub and toilet in the one room) and nowhere to hang the hand towel. Cleanliness could have been better but this was a 2.5-3 star max hotel. Staff was very friendly and breakfast offered sausage, eggs, cereal, toast/bagels, bananas, oatmeal and juices. Lots of parking and beer/wine for sale at front desk. Located right off the highway and one exit from Peach St so decent location. Lobby smelled like a smoking hotel but the rooms did not, nor the hallways thankfully. Small exercise room with some weights, bike and treadmill.
