ไอยรา อยุธยา The Aiyara Ayutthaya

The room was very good. I cannot say one bad thing aboùt it. Our thanks to the staff

Hard to find location, it's not really a hotel but a complex of appartment buildings of which one now functions as a hotel, but not really, front desk staff hardly speaks English, elevators are tiny, like 2 people could fit with one suitcase. When we arrived the swimmingpool which looks great in the pictures was closed, the room is old and tired, lots of spiderwebs around the bed, no utensils or kitchenware, curtains were not blackout curtains, matress thin and very low bed. Lighting terrible, bathroom showering in the bath tub, no bed tables on either side or light switch or plug near the bed, etc. you get the picture.

Room is clean and decent size. Pleasant to stay inside, staff is friendly. Hotel Restaurant food is horrible, inconvenient

Nice setup to visit the old city of Ayutthaya

The free breakfast hot foods were all cold and very small selection to choose from.
