The Barracks Hotel Sentosa by Far East Hospitality

Friendly Service with quality a good atitude. Needs improvement in room service protocols like sending a tea in a paper cup with tea bag inside ( as if room service should be like take away to go out) or forgetting to send salt and pepper in tray when you order scrambled eggs. They don’t have the individual portion. Air purifier in room is too noisy. So is the little fridge. Location and building are beautiful.

Everything was absolutely excellent. Great service, amenities, restaurant. This a top-tier hotel, no doubt, and they are an example for all others to follow.

The Barracks hotel has been lovingly renovated and is a fantastic hotel! Its lovely friendly staff go out of their way to ensure your stay with them is one to remember. The food is excellent and the rooms spotlessly clean. One extra special touch was speaking with Winston a war vetran, who shares his stories and sketches of being a soldier living in The Barracks during the war. This hotel was a fantastic find.

Vi är mycket nöjda och allt med hotellet var kanon.

最高の体験をありがとうございます。 1泊目の朝食のビーフンスープの中にコバエが入っているのが確認されました。特に味に支障ありませんでしたが、あり得る事かとは思います。 ロケーションが素晴らしくスタッフさんの気配りも良くて最高の体験でした。
