Gym room and laundry room.

Checked in on July 9 at 9:30 pm. Had to call the hotel number until someone answered to check me in at the front desk. I was checked into room 217. The side entrance doors to the hotel were propped open with rocks, so they wouldn’t close and be locked. People were loitering inside and outside of the building in groups blocking certain areas. The room wasn’t cleaned from the previous resident. The bed wasn’t made, dirty towels were thrown everywhere, trash was everywhere, the bed sheets were stained along with drug paraphernalia and used condoms. The deadbolt lock was broken off the wall and wasn’t able to be used. The door lock wouldn’t lock from the inside, so it couldn’t be tested to make sure it locked properly. Im a 24 yr old female traveling alone and was petrified!

Ice machine didn't work. No elevator. Bath tub faucet leaked . Little or nothing for a breakfast.

No elevator - should say so on website. Parking lot was dirty - spray bottle and broken hanger. Linen and chairs had stains. Walls were dirty.

There's a reason it's rated as a two star. I requested handicap accessable for my 80 year old mother and we requested a suite so we could stay together in the same room. Nowhere did it advertise the only suite they have is on the second floor and since it's only two stories, there's no elevator.

Laundromat and fitness center is very dirty.

The stairwell needed vacuumed.

While this is supposed to be a smoke-free motel, there is apparently no restriction on pot smoking by guests and workers on site. Smelled pot every night in my room and in the halls day and night. Not enough linens, no tissues(I was told I could use the napkins from the breakfast room), had to ask for a hair dryer ( which was handed to me in a box), free"breakfast" was cereal and bread with some coffee and juice. There was a lamp and coffee maker in the room but no outlet to plug into. The outer doors didn't close, let alone lock for the safety of the guests. Finish the renovations before advertising this place. I'm sure I'm not the only one who feels a refund is due for this ridiculous place.

this was the worst Place I have ever stayed. The staff was not friendly. I had requested a handicap room when none available I said room with 2 queen beds. My room was so small both beds which were full size touched the wall on each side of the room with only about a foot to walk between. The chair at the desk was broke. Our room was not cleaned on Saturday. Saturday night our toilet backed up I called the front desk, was told no one on duty to fix it, so they brought me a plunger and told me to fix it my self. when I went to check out on Sunday morning and asked about Breakfast And was told No breakfast today no staff to on duty to worry about. I would not recommend the Location to anyone it was a horrible experience and I am so sorry paid for it with the Affirm Card. I really would like a refund The parking lot was full of Pot holes had to drive around them.

The building is in disrepair. The room and bathroom were dirty.

Horrid place, very noisy with thin walls. Dirty and not all maintained. Turned the air conditioner on and started sneezing immediately, filters were caked with dust.

The room needed to be cleaned a little more, but it wasn’t terrible. There was some hair in the shower, little around the sink, and on the bed.

This "newly renovated" hotel is not what it promised. "Renovated" means they had a cheap paint job on most of the hallways and rooms, but neglected to patch holes correctly and didn't vacuum up the remaining drywall dust. I had to request a 2nd room because the 1st had different types of hair in the sheets as well as a weird, red stain near the toilet. 2nd room didn't have toilet paper or tissue in the bathroom, didn't have a working telephone connected to a phone jack, the shower curtain rod looked like someone placed the new rod into the old holes which weren't the right size or placement, and there were no towel racks installed. The front service desk workers were kind and tried to be accommodating. The side entrance did not latch, therefore did not lock, which means there really wasn't any security precautions for the building. The mattress was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. This property could be really nice if "renovations" were completed properly. I guess you get what you pay for.

Terrible hotel! No blankets, broken toilet paper holder, light switches installed incorrectly, breakfast was limited, and smells bad. Do not stay here! Baymont should be ashamed their name is on this hotel.

Room was very smelly like smoke and marijuana even though it’s smokeless. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was very poor as the entire establishment smelled terrible. Walked into the room and right back out to find a different hotel to stay at.

We will not be back. Very long story short, there was a guy staying at this hotel that was very loud and inappropriate both in the parking lot (our very first impression and made us feel unsafe) and inside the hotel (even in front of children). Room could've been cleaner (stained bedding, floor had not been vacuumed, tiny hairs in shower, etc.). The only reason we stayed is because I didn't see bedbugs, my father was with us, and it was close to the Covelli Center. My father froze the first night and unfortunately we didn't realize until the second night that he didn't even have a blanket on his bed (like we had). Staff told me they didn't even have an extra blanket to give him. Our room was close to front desk and laundry so we listened to loud voices and slamming doors well after midnight and early morning; needless to say we did not sleep well. My husband said there wasn't anything offered for breakfast he wanted to eat; we did try the coffee and it had no flavor. Vending machine for water did not work but front desk guy gave me money back; he was nice and professional. I think we deserve at least a partial refund so let me know who I need to contact to make that happen.

This property is very out dated. Beds uncomfortab. Only one wash cloth in bathroom. Not enough towls for two people. Bathroom walls were nasty dirty. Hall ways smelled bad. Do not recommend this property

It was the dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed at. There were hairs all over the bed upon check in, I didn't get under the covers because of that! Common areas needed to be swept and mopped. There wasn't even a toilet paper roll in our room.

The pictures online are nowhere near close to accurate. The rooms are incredibly small. The entire second floor smelled like weed all night. The entire building looks run down. They’re charging hotel rates for motel accommodations. I think they should take pictures of their actual rooms and property and post them.

Run away. No fridge, no safe, disgusting shower. Kids were screaming and banging on doors all night.

The place definitely needs some repairs, but the biggest opportunity was paper thin walls! I could hear every word on the TV in the room next to me and all the conversation between some dude and a prostitute who met him there. Crazy! Couldn’t sleep at all. Could hear people talking the entire night. They were not being loud either! It was just normal conversation. The room was extremely small and did not have any accessories like a lamp or a coffee pot or a refrigerator. You could see where all those things were there but I guess they got rid of them. I did have an old-school alarm clock in the room, but it did not work.

The room was tiny, the bathroom door frame was busted and the bathroom door itself was about an inch to two inches too small for the frame...there was no way to close the bathroom door completely and have privacy. The room is so tiny i couldnt even walk between the two beds in the room and im not big at all..5'7", 150lbs... There is no room service or cleaning between days, i stayed three nights and room was never touched, i had to go ask for clean towels on night two and three. VERY thin walls and doors...could hear literally everything in surrounding rooms...

The best I can say is that the bed was comfortable. The tv had no signal, so I wasn’t able to watch it. The sheets had yellow sweat stains on them- I’m choosing to believe that it was just stains and not dirty. The room I was in was across the hall from the stairway, so the entire night I heard people using the stairway door. There was no info given about WiFi so I was stuck using my cell phone data to entertain myself.

The room was too small for the 2 dull size beds and i had to walk sideways to go to the bed. No room to walk or no room to comfortably use the desk chair. Also the breakfast was very limited and there wasnt fresh coffee made. The entrance of your hotel speaks alot for first impressions. The entrance was dirty. Glass doors were not bright and shiny and the pavement was dirty. I did not enjoy my stay there. Cutting corners and being cheap wont bring your back.

Room was small and tried to fit two beds in a space for one.

We booked a queen suite. Check-in was easy, staff friendly. We got to the room and it was atrocious. There were takeout containers and a personal shaver left strewn about, and the room looked like it was still occupied (thankfully nobody there!). We went back to the desk and there must have been a mistake in the computer because the room was marked vacant and clean. We were given a free upgrade to a king suite and the staff carried my bag upstairs to our new room. New room looked ok when we went in but the bathroom was not clean- my sister stepped in urine (not ours!) when she went to use the toilet, and there was a mess in the tub. The beds were clean and comfortable so we just went to bed.

DO NOT STAY!!!! Listen Im usually a go with it kinda person but this was absolutely the most traumatic experience I have ever had at a hotel. Just a little on the place for the 20 mins we were there. I reserved 4 rooms for my family as we had to travel for a funeral. This was already a unplanned/unwanted visit to make so everyone was already on edge but to walk into to FOUR different rooms and have the same results was just mind blowing. The sheets were dirty, the bathrooms were nasty with stains and dirt in the tubs and toilets and even a needle top and hair in the sheets in two different rooms was the last draw. When approaching the staff about the issue we were told a new house keeper had started and could we just give them another try. Usual i would but how do you have FOUR rooms and they all have issues going on with them. Heres the bad on my part that i should have know something was up. The front desk clerk kept saying if you find issues with the room please dont hesitate to call me. This was mentioned several times during the checkin but again we just got off a plane traveled another hour and 15 minutes to this location so i thought nothing of it. But you guys the kicker is when i said no we cant do this I want my money back they refused to refund me. In the end we still did not stay and found a very accommodating hotel around the corner that went above and beyond to help my family in need. All that to say this is not a clean place to stay from 8 different people.

I just checked in and it was a disaster, we were waiting for 20 minutes for someone to assist us at the front desk, they assigned us a room on the ground floor, 124, which has a leak in the sink. They told us that they can't change us and they put a bucket and towels in the bathroom, which is a mess. There is also a lot of noise, a phone rings that is never answered and people from the laundry room chatting at this hour. It's not fair to have paid almost 200 dollars for this, we have a tired 1 year old baby and another child unable to sleep. I demand a refund.

Staff was very helpful with fixing a mistake I made booking the incorrect date

convenience and friendly service

I have been staying at this property for years and it was becoming run down and in dis repair, but new owners bought it and are completely renovating the place. i couldnt be happier w my stay. so affordable great staff no riff raff, and that is huge in todays hotels!. they are still painting the halls and a few other things but the my room was pristine. i even went down and raved to the girl at the desk how happy i was. if you have stayed here before and are scared of what it was, give it a shot you will not be disappointed

Room was small. Space between the bed and other furniture allowed passage for one person. Sink fixtures, sink and toilet bowl were stained, possibly from the use of a caustic cleaner. Electrical fixture in bathroom could not be turned off due to faulty switch. Bed was comfortable. Room had a new air conditioner and refrigerator. Space to hang clothes was small, approximately 30 inches and without hangers. Room had ironing board but no iron. Only 1 package of decaf coffee available. TV had to be programmed. By accident we learned the TV then had to be turned off and restarted after a unknown period of time. We got the TV to work by chance, not because we knew what we were doing. Staff was friendly and willing to help in any way possible but was limited in providing customer care due to the small number. Low-cost rooms at a convenient location to numerous shopping and dining options.

Dirty and very noisy. Dark parking lot. Smells like marijuana!

Was disappointed that there were no available ports in the room to charge my phone and tablet. Only available ports were down in the breakfast area. Also needs better options for breakfast, frozen egg that had to be heated in the microwave was discussing, no breakfast meats at all.

When I arrived there was no one at the front desk to check me in I had to call for someone to check in. I got to my room there were no towels, I tried to use the wifi didn't work, the coffee maker in my room didn't work ither. The next morning I went to the lobby for the free continental breakfast there was nothing there to eat other than cereal and bad coffee

The hotel is run down. Carpet os dirty and walls need to be painted. The bedding.and towels were clean and the front staff were friendly. Breakfast limited - cerela, waffle machine and pasteries.

The room was so small you could barely walk between the beds. They gave you the tiniest soap/shampoo and not even enough towels and rags for the guests. The breakfast was also pitiful. Bread, waffle maker, yogurt.

We booked a suite with 2 queen beds but the beds were only full sized. There was no bedding in the room for the pull out sofa. I asked at the desk and was given a mattress pad and one of the thin covers they put around the comforter. Only 2 bath towels were in the room, so I asked for an additional one as we had 3 people. They had none clean and gave me a damp one from the dryer. Breakfast was very limited. The only hot item was DIY waffles. They had white and wheat bread, cereal and yogurt. No fruit was available. The tables in the dining area were dirty even though nobody was eating when we went down and two employees were standing there. The building is pretty worn, though some areas have been remodeled. The smell of cigarettes and disinfectant cleaner is very strong in the hallways. Beds were comfortable, even though they were small. Pull out sofa was a twin size and had all the springs poking through the thin mattress. Window in the room did not close correctly and you could easily hear noise from outside. Was cheaper than other hotels nearby, but quality is also lower.

The breakfast was definately lacking. There was cereal, muffins, and waffles. The room was small but clean and quiet. Not a terrible place for a quick stay.

Not what I expected,no breakfast attendant ,coffee was out of order front desk didn't know how to refill it.
