Great location. Management keeps in contact and responds quickly.

For starters; the check in procedure is complicated. I was travelling with my family and didn’t know about it as I don’t have time to read the conditions. I didn’t get any message from Expedia about it in advance also. If I had, I would have contacted them. Then, the beds are too short. I’m 1.81m and my feet were outside. Not really taken into consideration that people from outside Asia are usually taller than this. Furthermore, there’s only one key card so we couldn’t split up. Next; there’s no kitchen towels, going back and forth to the bathroom to dry your hands is annoying. Further, there’s no broom to sweep the floor. Very handy if you’re with two small kids as they make a mess of each time you eat something. The apartment was full of red ants, despite being on the 20th floor. Annoying and disgusting. Finally, I requested a baby bed with Expedia and the owner never got the message so we had to improvise on how we would let our 1 year old son sleep. The apartment itself was nice. Swimming pool nice, especially the hot water pool. Gym looked okay.

Very complex check in process which needs to be clearer on the listing. Right next door to a water theme park which has quite noisy music events going on until late evening.

Entire unit was very spacious. 3 rooms all clean and beautifully done. Amazing view from out balcony into tambun retreat. Complete kitchen stuffs provided. Android TV was a A plus addition. Entire unit was clean and nice. We had 3 amazing days. 4 mins walk into tambun retreat. Hope you can add mirrors inside the rooms and the door lock quite dangerous for kids. My 3 year old niece locked herself inside. Thank god she was smart enough to listen us how to unlock it. Other then that amazijg place for family holiday.
