A very nice hotel, just not quite 5 star compared to the price of other rooms. But, I would stay here again! The staff was very helpful and I liked that there was someone at the front desk most of the time. On our day of departure they called a taxi for us, we asked if we can use a credit card, however the driver wouldn't accept a card at the airport. That was the only problem for us so make sure to ask every taxi driver before taking it.

It was a great and quiet clean room in an otherwise filthy and loud city. Front desk staff was excellent. Close to the metro line to leave, which after a day or two you’ll want to. Close to some beautiful ancient churches which you access via alleys that smell of urine and garbage. Oh Naples.

We hadn't received any prior notification, so we were a little lost at first. The entrance isn't what we're used to from a hotel, but once we get to the second floor, the atmosphere is completely different. The service was excellent. Very well located. Highly recommended.

We spent two wonderful days in Naples in a freshly renovated hotel room just a short walk from the port — a true hidden gem. The comfort was exceptional, with plush bedding and sleek, modern touches that made everything feel brand new. Spotlessly clean and thoughtfully designed, the room was a perfect retreat after our visit to the captivating ruins of Pompeii. Stylish, cozy, and ideally located — it truly exceeded our expectations.
