Marais 3 Bedroom Luxury Aircon Fully Renovated 03/19

Very easy check in process. Host was terrific at communicating leading up to the stay. Great locaton, place was clean and comfortable. Amenities were good, not 5-star, but very good and perfectly acceptable. A great place for a trip to Paris.

A spacious, spotless, and very comfortable three-bedroom apartment in good condition. The location is unbeatable — art galleries, cafés, restaurants and the Metro are all just steps away — yet it’s remarkably quiet. Air-conditioning and a lift made it especially convenient. Highly recommended.

The check-in was very smooth; our host greeted us promptly and gave us a helpful tour of the apartment. We also appreciated the generous supply of towels and the endless hot water.However, the unit did not meet our expectations for a high-end stay. The kitchen was not functional for cooking, with a tiny refrigerator and older cookware. The air conditioning unit was very loud and unfortunately vented hot air directly into the kitchen. Furthermore, the apartment showed significant signs of wear and tear, including worn cabinets, broken flooring pegs, and numerous areas needing a fresh coat of paint. For these reasons, we would not consider this a suitable alternative to a 4 or 5-star hotel.

Great location close to metro and lots of markets and cafes.

3 lovely spacious bedrooms and lounge. Not quite as 5 star as it looks in the photos. Kitchen small (no proper oven) and 2nd bathroom tiny with v annoying shower. I wouldn’t expect to be taking the rubbish out or ensuring all my washing up was done, on leaving, given the amount it cost and the 10am check out time. Location cannot be beaten if you love the marais like we do!
